[ detailed description ] embodiments
The following detailed description and technical contents of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings, which are provided for reference and illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
The invention provides a locking hook and an electronic device with the locking hook, as shown in fig. 1, the electronic device with the locking hook (hereinafter referred to as electronic device) comprises: a body 900 and at least one anti-loose hook (hereinafter referred to as hook) 100. A plurality of hook brackets 9 are provided on one surface of the body 900 (hereinafter, referred to as a body surface S), and a hand-held strap L can be assembled by these hook brackets 9. One side of the hand-held strap L can be fixedly connected to one side of the body 900, in this embodiment, it is a hook frame 9 that can be length-adjusted and is disposed on one side of the body surface S; the other side of the hand-held strap L is hooked to the other side of the body 900 through the hook 100, and in this embodiment, is detachably hooked to the hook frame 9 on the other side of the body surface S through the hook 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 10 to 12, the hook frame 9 protrudes from the body surface S and has an opening 90 for hooking, the hook frame 9 further has a first frame surface 9a and a second frame surface 9b opposite to each other, and the opening 90 is communicated between the first frame surface 9a and the second frame surface 9 b. The present invention is not limited to the structure of the hook frame 9, as long as the hook 100 can be hooked, and the hook frame 9 in this embodiment is described by taking the example including two vertical rods 91 and one horizontal rod 92. The two vertical rods 91 are erected on the machine body surface S and have a free end (not labeled with reference numeral) far away from the machine body surface S, and the cross rod 92 is bridged between the free ends of the two vertical rods 91 to form the opening 90 between the hook frame 9 and the machine body surface S.
In detail, the crossbar 92 has a plurality of faces surrounding each other, the faces include a first face 921 and a second face 922 opposite to each other and a third face 923 and a fourth face 924 opposite to each other, and the first face 921 faces the body surface S through the opening 90. In addition, the first frame surface 9a of the hook frame 9 includes the third bar surface 923 of the crossbar 92 and the bar surfaces of the two vertical bars 91 located on the same side, and the second frame surface 9b includes the fourth bar surface 924 of the crossbar 92 and the bar surfaces of the two vertical bars 91 located on the same side.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 to 9, the hook 100 is connected to the other side of the hand-held hanging strap L and includes a hook body 1 and an elastic outer layer 2.
The hook body 1 may be made of any hard material, and in this embodiment, a metal hook made of a metal material is taken as an example for description, but the hook body 1 is still referred to as follows. In detail, the hook body 1 has a main body 11, an extending portion 12 and a bending portion 13 bridging between one end of the main body 11 and one end of the extending portion 12, the main body 11 and the extending portion 12 are spaced and arranged side by side and have two opposite surfaces 111, 121 opposite to each other, and the length of the extending portion 12 is shorter than the main body 11, so that the hook portion of the hook body 1 can be shaped like a U.
The elastic outer layer 2 can be any elastic body capable of covering the hook body 1, and the elastic outer layer 2 in this embodiment is described by taking a soft colloid as an example, but the elastic outer layer 2 is still referred to as the elastic outer layer 2. The elastic outer layer 2, which may be a soft colloid, is covered outside the hook body 1 and has an outer surface 21, and the elastic outer layer 2 is further formed with at least one convex body 22 on the outer surface 21, for example: an elongated protrusion 22 as shown in fig. 4, the protrusion 22 is correspondingly located at the other end of the extension portion 12 (the elongated protrusion 22 can be parallel to the other end of the extension portion 12 as shown in fig. 3) and protrudes from the outer surface 21 toward the main body 11, such that the protrusion 22 is correspondingly erected on the opposite surface 121 of the extension portion 12, in other words, the opposite surface 121 of the protrusion 22 corresponding to the extension portion 12 is erected on the outer surface 21 of the elastic outer layer 2; alternatively, the two protrusions 22 may be arranged in a manner that the two protrusions are separated in the middle as shown in fig. 5, and the separated portion 221 between the two protrusions 22 shown in fig. 5 corresponds to a plurality of ejection holes 16 (see fig. 5 and 9, which will be described later) formed in the hook body 1, so as to be used as a ejection space when the mold is ejected. The convex body 22 in this embodiment is described by taking two examples. In an embodiment, a protrusion (not shown) may be formed at a position corresponding to the protrusion 22 on the extension 12, and the protrusion 22 of the elastic outer layer 2 is formed on the extension 12 in an overlapping manner. In an embodiment, a hook (not shown) may be further formed at the other end of the extension portion 12 to extend toward the main body 11, and the protrusion 22 of the elastic outer layer 2 is formed to cover the hook at the other end of the extension portion 12.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, since the bending portion 13 is connected to one end of the extending portion 12, the convex body 22 is correspondingly located at the other end of the extending portion 12, so that the positions of the bending portion 13 and the convex body 22 are opposite to each other.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, when the hook 100 is inserted into the opening 90 of the hook frame 9 from the first frame surface 9a toward the second frame surface 9b with the other end of the extending portion 12, since the protrusion 22 has elasticity and the height of the other end of the extending portion 12 and the protrusion 22 is equal to or slightly higher than the height of the opening 90, the protrusion 22 will be elastically deformed when entering the opening 90 together with the extending portion 12, so that the extending portion 12 and the protrusion 22 move together in the opening 90 toward the second frame surface 9b, and at the end of the movement, the protrusion 22 is pushed out of the opening 90 from the second frame surface 9b and is reversely buckled to the fourth rod surface 924 of the cross bar 92 by elastic recovery. Therefore, the hook 100 of the present invention can be hooked on the hook frame 9 through the extension 12, and can also be reversely fastened on the cross bar 92 through the protrusion 22, so as to have the anti-loosening effect. At this time, the extending portion 12 and the body portion 11 of the hook body 1 are respectively located on the first bar surface 921 and the second bar surface 922 of the cross bar 92, the bending portion 13 and the convex body 22 are respectively located on the third bar surface 923 and the fourth bar surface 924 of the cross bar 92, and the two ends (one end and the other end) of the extending portion 12 are respectively located on the third bar surface 923 and the fourth bar surface 924 of the cross bar 92. In addition, when the hook 100 exits the opening 90 of the hook frame 9 from the second frame surface 9b toward the first frame surface 9a with the other end of the extending portion 12, the protrusion 22 is resilient to facilitate the exiting operation.
It should be noted that, since the convex body 22 is integrally formed when covering or coating the elastic outer layer 2, the convex body 22 and the elastic outer layer 2 have better structural strength and are not easy to break.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3 to 9, the hook body 1 is provided with a plurality of through holes 15, and when the elastic outer layer 2 is coated or covered, the elastic outer layer 2 can be filled into each through hole 15, so as to greatly improve the bonding strength between the elastic outer layer 2 and the hook body 1. The bending portion 13 is formed with a plurality of ejection holes 16, each ejection hole 16 is used for ejecting out a mold so as to prevent displacement of a finished product during molding, and the elastic outer layer 2 is formed with a plurality of broken holes 23 corresponding to each ejection hole 16. It should be noted that, since the respective holes 23 are formed inside the bent portion 13 as shown in fig. 4 or 5, the holes 23 are not visible from the outside of the bent portion 13 as shown in fig. 3, and the hook body 1 in the holes 23 is not visible from the outside, so that the hook 100 has an effect of not affecting the appearance when hooked on the hook holder 9.
As shown in fig. 13, the height of the other end of the extension portion 12 and the protrusion 22 may be smaller than the height of the opening 90, so that the other end of the extension portion 12 and the protrusion 22 are in a loose state in the opening 90. Even in such a loose state, the hook 100 of the present invention can be hooked on the hook frame 9 through the extension 12, and can still be reversely buckled on the cross bar 92 through the protrusion 22, so as to have the anti-loosening effect.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification and drawings are included in the scope of the present invention, and it is obvious that the present invention is also included in the claims.
