【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、紐留め具のうち、特に洋服や袋体等に配置される引帯や引紐或いはコード紐(以下、これらを紐と称する)を引き抜き方向の力に抗して係止する紐留め具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図10は従来の紐留め具(実公昭64−92号)を示している。この紐留め具50は、本体がブロック状をなし、空間部51を介し区画形成された左右の通し孔52a付の支持部52と、各支持体52の下部に連結されて切欠部53a,53bの存在により弾性変形可能な連結体54と、空間部51内に位置して連結体54の上面から突設されて上方に延びる押圧体55とを備えている。押圧体55は、上面から下側に向けて縦穴部56を形成しており、前記各通し孔52aに挿通される紐60の途中部分60aを縦穴部56の底面56aで受ける構成である。使用する際は、図10(a)の如く押圧体55を下向きに押して通し孔50aと縦穴部56とが連続する状態にし、洋服等に配置された紐60の端部を一方通し孔50a、縦穴部56、他方の通し孔50aに挿通した後、前記押圧体55の押圧を解放する。すると、押圧体55が同(b)の如く連結体54の弾性復帰力により元の状態になる。これにより、紐60は、両通し孔50aの間にある途中部分60aが縦穴部56の底面56aで持ち上げられ抜け止め係止される。この係止力は底面56aが通し孔50aより離れるほど大きくなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した紐留め具は、例えば、特開2000−184906号に開示されるような従来構造に対し部材数が最小限であるという利点を有しているものの、次のような点で未だ充分満足できない。即ち、この構造では、押圧体55、連結体54、切欠部53a,53bが共に高さ方向に配置されるため縦に長いブロック状となる。このため、本体が洋服に取り付けられる使用態様において、取付面からの張出量が大きく、邪魔になったり、デザインを損ねる。また、この構造では、押圧体55の弾性変位量が連結体54の肉厚や切欠部53a,53bの大きさ等に比例するため、紐60に対する係止力をより強くしようとすると切欠部53a,53bを大きくしなくてはならず、本体が自ずと大きくなる。しかも、押圧体55は空間部51から突出した上面55aを指で押す構成であり、操作性からは該上面55aをある程度大きくしなくてはならずそれに伴って全体も大きくなる。同時に、本体が洋服に取り付けられる使用態様では、押圧体55を押し操作し難くいこと、押圧体55の押し力が人体にそのまま伝わり易いこと等の問題がある。

本発明は以上の課題を一掃すべく開発されたものである。その目的は、単一部材からなるタイプにおいて、洋服等へのフィット性、紐に対する係止力、小型化、操作性共に従来品より数段優れた紐留め具を実現することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため請求項1の本発明は、図1〜図4の例で特定すると、洋服等に配置された紐10の端部を該紐10の引き抜き方向の力に抗して任意の位置に係止する紐留め具1において、前記洋服等に取り付けられる略平板状のベース部2と、前記ベース部2上に所定間隔を保って対に突設された通し孔6付の縦壁部3と、前記ベース部2上から前記両縦壁部3の間に片持ち状に突設されて、揺動端側が前記縦壁部3の通し孔6よりも上側に変位しているとともに、前記両縦壁部の各通し孔に挿通される紐の途中部分を導く略U形の受け部を有し、前記両縦壁部の各通し孔6に挿通される紐10を垂直方向へ変位させて係止する弾性押圧片部4とを一体に形成しており、前記押圧片部4が、前記縦壁部3の各通し孔6に挿通される紐10の途中部分を、前記受け部4cに掛けて前記各縦壁部3の通し孔6との間に生じるせん断力により係止することを特徴としている。
また、請求項2の本発明は、請求項1の『略U形の受け部4c』を、『頸状の受け部14c』に変更しものであり、図2〜図8の例で特定すると、洋服等に配置された紐10の端部を該紐10の引き抜き方向の力に抗して任意の位置に係止する紐留め具11において、前記洋服等に取り付けられる略平板状のベース部12と、前記ベース部12上に所定間隔を保って対に突設された通し孔16付の縦壁部13と、前記ベース部12上から前記両縦壁部13の間に片持ち状に突設されて、揺動端側が前記縦壁部3の通し孔6よりも上側に変位しているとともに、前記両縦壁部13の各通し孔16に挿通される紐10の途中部分を導く頸状の受け部14cを有し、前記両縦壁部の各通し孔16に挿通される紐10を垂直方向へ変位させて係止する弾性押圧片部14とを一体に形成しており、前記押圧片部14が、前記縦壁部13の各通し孔16に挿通される紐10の途中部分を、前記受け部14cに掛けて前記各縦壁部13の通し孔16との間に生じるせん断力により係止することを特徴としている。

以上の各発明は従来構造の欠点を次のような工夫により解消したものである。即ち、この構造特徴は、第1形態の場合だと、略平板状のベース部2を主体とし、該ベース部上に紐10を挿通する縦壁部3及び弾性押圧片部4を付設した点にある。これは、まず、平板状のベース部2を使用箇所である洋服等へ当てて形態例の如く縫製や両面接着テーブ等により容易に取り付けることを可能にする。同時に、本発明品は、使用状態において、従来と同じく押圧部片部4を押し操作することにより洋服類に配置された紐10を使用者の好みに応じ該紐10の端部の引出量を適宜に変更する。その際、押圧片部4を押したときの押し力が平板状のベース部2に加わり、該面的に広いベース部2から人体に受けるため人体に加わる応力を従来品よりも分散して小さくできる。加えて、この種紐留め具の張出寸法は、本体下面から押圧部(図6の押圧体や図1の押圧片部等)の突出高さにより決まる。本発明品は、押圧片部4を平板状のベース部上から突出することにより、又、押圧片部と両縦壁部とを同じベース部上に設けることにより、全体の高さを抑えてコンパクト化を実現容易にする。同時に、押圧片部4の全体がベース部2上に露出されているため、押圧面積を増大し易く指で押すときの操作性も良好にする。

同時に、前記押圧片部4や14は揺動端側が前記通し孔6や16よりも上側に変位しており、前記各通し孔6や16に挿通される紐10の途中部分10aを、前記受け部4cや14cに掛けた状態で前記各縦壁部3や13の通し孔6や16との間に生じるせん断力により係止する構成である。これは本発明の紐係止作用を確認的に特定したものである。
以上の各発明は次のように具体化されることがより好ましい。即ち、前記両縦壁部3や13は略コ形状の両辺部分として形成される一方、前記押圧片部4や14は前記コ形状の両辺部分3aや13aの内側に斜め上向きに設けられて、揺動端側が前記コ形状の中間辺部分3bや13bに接近して斜め下向きに折り曲げられている構成である(請求項3)。両縦壁部3や13の形状は、コ形状の中間辺部分3bや13bの存在により、剛性を持たせて縦壁部3や13等を薄くすることを容易にし、又、各通し孔6や16に挿通される紐10の途中部分10aをコ形状の中間辺部分3bや13bの内側に位置させて多少なりとも見えなくする利点がある。押圧片部4や14の形状は、斜め上向きにすることにより押圧操作性を良好にし、又、揺動端側を斜め下向きに折り曲げることにより高さを抑えて弾性能を大きくできる等の利点がある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の2つの実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1〜図4は第1形態に係る紐留め具を示し、図5〜図8は第2形態の紐留め具を示している。このうち、図1と図5は各形態の紐留め具の概略外観図、図2及び図6の各(a),(b)は各紐留め具の正面及び背面図である。図3は図1の紐留め具の細部を示し、同(a)は図2(a)のA−A線断面図、同(b)はB−B線断面図、同(c)はC−C線断面図である。図7は図5の紐留め具の細部を示し、同(a)は側面図、同(b)は図6(a)のD−D線断面図、同(c)はE−E線断面図である。図4と図8は各形態の紐留め具の作用例を示し、図9は各形態の紐留め具の使用例を示している。以下の説明では、本発明の基本思想を第1形態の例で詳述し、第2形態により補足事項を含めて言及する。

(第1形態)この紐留め具1は、樹脂成形品からなり、ベース部2を主体とし、該ベース部2上に一体に形成された対の縦壁部3,3及び弾性押圧片部4を有している。なお、紐留め具1は作図上拡大しているが、例えば、この紐留め具1が一般的な洋服に用いられる場合、ベース部2の最大幅が30〜15mm、押圧片部4の最大突出高さが15〜3mm程度の小さなものである。

このベース部2は、横に長い略矩形の平板状をなし、両側に貫通形成された取付孔2aと、左右中間部にあって両縦壁部3,3の間を大きく欠如した切欠部5とを有している。本発明のベース部2は、形態例の如く平板状でかつ切欠部5等を付設することにより、洋服等の平面部に対し面当接し易くすることが好ましい。形状的には円形や楕円、多角形であってもよいが、形態例の如く板厚を薄くすると共に矩形角部に丸味を付けることにより、使用状態での違和感を生じないように処理される。各取付孔2aは長孔に形成されており、洋服等の平面部に縫製により取付可能にしている。但し、ベース部2は、取付孔2aを省略し、又は、省略せずに両面接着テープ等を介し被取付部に取り付けてもよい。

【発明の効果】
