Abstract
The invention relates to a system and a method for detecting fan function in a pressure-dividing way, wherein the system comprises: the power supply module is used for supplying power; the fixed module is provided with a PCB, and a direct current jack is arranged on the PCB; the processing module is connected with the fixing module and is provided with an adjusting resistance unit; the fan is connected with the processing module and has a heat dissipation function; the system and the method for detecting the fan function by voltage division not only solve the problems of time and labor waste caused by the fact that the fan is assembled to a complete machine for testing and short circuit caused by the fact that the fan cannot bear the change of output voltage, eliminate potential safety hazards, but also are suitable for fans of different types, ensure the quality of the fan and greatly improve the detection efficiency of the heat dissipation function of the fan.

the fan is connected with the processing module and has a heat dissipation function;
the measuring module is connected with the fan, a voltage measuring unit and a grounding unit are arranged on the measuring module, the voltage measuring unit is used for measuring the actual input voltage of the fan, the grounding unit is used for grounding, and the grounding unit has the function of protecting an internal circuit of the system.
Optionally, a sliding rheostat is arranged on the adjusting resistance unit, and the sliding rheostat has the functions of blocking current and adjusting voltage on the circuit.
Optionally, the sliding rheostat divides the input voltage of the power module into a first voltage and a second voltage respectively.

(9) judging whether the fan normally works under the second voltage;
(10) the test is successful;
(11) the test failed.
Optionally, the first voltage and the second voltage are between 0 and 19V, and the second voltage is greater than the first voltage.

Wherein the first voltage and the second voltage are between 0-19V, the second voltage being greater than the first voltage.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any simple modifications of the above embodiments based on the technical solution of the present invention, equivalent changes and modifications are within the scope of the present invention.

the measuring module is connected with the fan, a voltage measuring unit and a grounding unit are arranged on the measuring module, the voltage measuring unit is used for measuring the actual input voltage of the fan, the grounding unit is used for grounding, and the grounding unit has the function of protecting an internal circuit of the system.
