Description

Rat-proof flame-retardant ABS composition and preparation and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of modified plastics, and particularly relates to an ABS composition, and preparation and application thereof.
Background
styrene-butadiene-Acrylonitrile (ABS) resin has the characteristics of both the rigidity and heat resistance of acrylonitrile, the gloss and processability of polystyrene, the impact resistance of polybutadiene and the like, and is widely applied to the fields of household appliances, office equipment, instruments and meters, transportation, building materials, daily appliances, packaging materials and the like.
In the modern society, the requirement for the fire-proof safety of materials is higher and higher. In the field of household appliances and the like, there is a risk of short-circuit ignition due to contact with electricity, and thus flame retardancy is required for the material. In addition, plastic with little nutritive value can be bitten and damaged by rats due to the biting habit of the rats in the foraging process. The mouse gets into the plastic product, which may cause a risk of leakage short circuit.
Therefore, the rat-proof flame-retardant ABS composition has a great market.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a rat-proof flame-retardant ABS composition and preparation and application thereof.
The invention relates to an ABS composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

Preferably, the mass ratio of the inorganic rat-proof agent to the organic rat-proof agent is 2 (3-5).
Preferably, the bromine-containing flame retardant is one or more of decabromodiphenylethane, brominated epoxy, brominated triazine, brominated imine, tetrabromobisphenol A and octabromoether.
Preferably, the flame-retardant synergist is at least one of antimony trioxide and talcum powder.
Preferably, the toughening agent is one or more of high rubber powder, SBS, SEBS and MBS.
Preferably, the organophosphorus drug is phosphorus dibromide.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent is one or a mixture of several of a heat stabilizer, a light stabilizer, a processing aid, a toner and a pigment.
The auxiliary agents can be used singly or in a composite way according to different technical requirements and the like. The heat stabilizer can improve the heat aging resistance of the material during processing and use, and can be selected from more than one of phenols, phosphites and thioesters. The light stabilizer can improve the light aging resistance of the material in the using process and can be hindered amine or ultraviolet absorbent. The processing aid is one or more of low molecular ester stearic acid, metal soap (CABST, Znst), stearic acid complex ester or amide (erucamide).
Preferably, the components comprise the following components in parts by weight:
Figure BDA0003406891430000021
the invention provides a preparation method of the ABS composition, which comprises the following steps:
weighing the components in parts by weight, uniformly mixing the ABS resin, the flame retardant, the flame-retardant synergist, the toughening agent, the rat-proofing agent and the auxiliary agent to obtain a premix, and then carrying out melt extrusion, granulation and drying to obtain the ABS composition.
Preferably, the melt extrusion conditions are: the first zone temperature is 180-; the length-diameter ratio of the twin-screw extruder is 40: 1.
The invention provides an application of the ABS composition in the fields of household appliances, automobiles or electronics and electrics.
In the ABS composition, the molybdenum element/tungsten element of the inorganic ratproof agent has the function of low-temperature catalytic carbonization on plastics, and can promote the polymer in the system to generate cross-linking reaction when being heated to generate carbide, and the carbide covers the surface of the material to form a protective layer, thereby playing the role of isolating oxygen and heat; meanwhile, the organic phosphorus rat-proofing agent is easy to decompose to generate phosphoric acid when being heated, has strong dehydration and carbon formation effects, and forms a protective layer in a condensed phase to isolate oxygen and heat; simultaneously, releasing inert gas to dilute the oxygen concentration in the combustible region; the bromine-antimony flame retardant system in the same gas phase is mutually cooperated and supplemented, and the flame retardant property and the rat-proof effect are greatly improved.
Advantageous effects
The rat-proof flame-retardant ABS composition has the effects of fire prevention and flame retardance, and also has the rat-proof effect of preventing short circuit of an electric appliance caused by biting of rats, and is applied to contact parts of the electric appliance.
