The blanking section 2 is a straight conveying section without grooves, the diameter of the blanking section is 8-12mm larger than that of the screw, and the purpose is to ensure that resin particles in the blanking section (2) are always in a saturated state and the conveying capacity as soon as the resin particles enter the blanking section (2).
The taper of the groove section 4 with the taper is 8-12 degrees, and the groove section is used for transition of materials from the blanking section to the spiral groove section, so that the materials stably enter the spiral forced dragging friction conveying section.
The number of the spiral grooves is 8-12, the reasonable number of the spiral grooves can ensure enough friction conveying force, and the strength and the service life of the blanking water jacket 1 are reduced due to the excessive number of the spiral grooves, so that more materials can enter the straight section 7 of the machine barrel.
The groove section 8 of the machine barrel is a gradual change type straight groove, because the contact area of the resin and the groove of the conveying groove section 5 is large, when the resin just enters the straight section of the machine barrel, the dragging friction needs to be gradually excessive, and the resin can stably and excessively reach the straight section of the machine barrel, so that a plurality of gradual change type straight grooves are formed in the first area of the straight section of the machine barrel, the material conveying stability can be kept, and the temperature runaway of the first area of the straight section of the machine barrel caused by the fact that the resin enters the straight section of the machine barrel and the friction heat is too high can be reduced, and the yield is lost.
