The method of manufacturing a gum cover using a drum press according to claim 1, wherein: when the drum vulcanizing machine is started in the step S3, the vulcanizing drum (3) and the pressurizing belt (6) do not rotate, the position of the joint (11) of the rubber sleeve blank (1) on the surface of the vulcanizing drum (3) is not changed, and the joint (11) of the rubber sleeve blank (1) is vulcanized and spliced.

The method of manufacturing a gum cover using a drum press according to claim 1, wherein: the drum vulcanizer includes board body (4), inside deflector roll (23), lower deflector roll (21) and the vulcanizing drum (3) of being equipped with of board body (4), wherein go up deflector roll (23) and install in the top of vulcanizing drum (3), lower deflector roll (21) is installed in the below of vulcanizing drum (3), and vulcanizing drum (3) rear side is equipped with and stretches a wheel (25), vulcanizing drum (3) are equipped with tooth form gum cover mould (32) including main gyro wheel (31), the periphery cover of main gyro wheel (31).

A method of manufacturing a gum cover using a drum press according to claim 3, wherein: the outer peripheral surface of the vulcanizing drum (3) is divided into a vulcanizing area and a non-vulcanizing area, wherein the upper guide roller (23) is installed above the front side of the non-vulcanizing area of the vulcanizing drum (3), the lower guide roller (21) is installed below the front side of the non-vulcanizing area of the vulcanizing drum (3), and the arc angle of the vulcanizing area is larger than that of the non-vulcanizing area.
5. The method of manufacturing a gum cover using a drum press according to claim 4, wherein: running roller (24) and running roller (22) down are installed to vulcanizing drum (3) vulcanization regional top and below symmetry respectively, and pressure belt (6) encircle in proper order running roller (22) down, deflector roll (21) down, vulcanizing drum (3), go up deflector roll (23), go up running roller (24) and stretch between the wheel (23), deflector roll (21) down or go up deflector roll (23) and rotate under power device's drive, the order pressure belt (6) rotate and drive gum cover base (1) and be in the gum cover mould (32) surface is vulcanize and is derived.
6. The method of manufacturing a gum cover using a drum press according to claim 5, wherein: the drum vulcanizer further comprises a heating device (5), and the heating device (5) is arranged on the outer side of the vulcanizing drum (3) near the surface of the pressing belt (6).
7. The method of manufacturing a gum cover using a drum press according to claim 6, wherein: the heating device (5) is of an arc structure matched with the periphery of the vulcanization area of the vulcanization drum (3).
8. A method of manufacturing a gum cover using a drum press according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein: the main roller (31) is internally provided with a heating unit for heating the surface of the main roller (31).
