As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning mechanism includes a nozzle 31, a delivery pipe 11, a connection seat 20, an infusion pump 18 and a delivery pipe 19, the infusion pump 18 is fixed at the bottom of the liquid storage chamber 16, an outlet of the infusion pump 18 is provided with the delivery pipe 19, the other end of the delivery pipe 19 is fixedly connected with the connection seat 20, the connection seat 20 is rotatably installed at the middle part of the second rotary pipe 14, the delivery pipe 19 is communicated with the inner cavity of the second rotary pipe 14 through the connection seat 20, two ends of the second rotary pipe 14 are respectively connected with the corresponding first rotary pipe 10 through the delivery pipe 11, the inner wall of the end part of the meshed box body 30 is further provided with the nozzle 31 connected with the elastic pipe 29, and the nozzle 31 is communicated with the inner cavity of the second rotary pipe 14 sequentially through the elastic pipe 29, the rotary disk 9 and the delivery pipe 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting seat 20 is rotatably and hermetically installed on the second rotating pipe 14, a communicating opening 35 is formed in the second rotating pipe 14 in the connecting seat 20, the conveying pipe 19 is communicated with an inner cavity of the connecting seat 20, and the inner cavity of the second rotating pipe 14 is communicated with the inner cavity of the connecting seat 20 through the communicating opening 35, so that the conveying pipe 19 can convey the cleaning liquid to the second rotating pipe 14 conveniently, and the normal rotation of the second rotating pipe 14 is not affected.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a disinfection lamp 4 and a drying lamp 5 are further installed on the lower side of the box cover 2, the disinfection lamp 4 and the drying lamp 5 are installed in a staggered manner (as shown in fig. 4), the disinfection lamp 4 is preferably an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, the drying lamp 5 is preferably an infrared drying lamp, the washed endoscope can be dried by the drying lamp 5, and then the disinfection lamp 4 can sterilize and disinfect the endoscope and the inner cavity of the washing box 1, thereby improving the treatment quality.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an anti-reverse assembly 21 is further installed at an upper portion of the waste liquid chamber 22, the anti-reverse component 21 comprises a lower concave plate 36, an elastic rope 37 and a blocking ball 38, the lower concave plate 36 is of an arc-shaped concave structure at the middle part, the outer ring of the lower concave plate 36 is fixedly connected with the upper cavity wall of the waste liquid cavity 22 in a sealing way, the middle part of the lower concave plate 36 is provided with a circular liquid passing hole 39, the middle part of the lower side of the lower concave plate 36 is provided with a blocking ball 38 capable of blocking the liquid passing hole 39, the outer side of the blocking ball 38 is circumferentially provided with a plurality of elastic ropes 37, one end of each elastic rope 37 far away from the corresponding blocking ball 38 is fixed on the lower side of the lower concave plate 36, can make blocking ball 38 elasticity shutoff through elasticity rope 37 on passing liquid hole 39, and the setting of many elasticity ropes 37 is favorable to blocking ball 38 and passes liquid hole 39 after separating, stable shutoff once more is on passing liquid hole 39. When the device is applied, the waste liquid is gathered on the lower concave plate 36, and when the gravity of the waste liquid is greater than the elastic supporting force of the elastic rope 37 on the blocking ball 38, the waste liquid can flow down from the gap between the blocking ball 38 and the lower concave plate 36; the part setting has the anti-reverse effect, namely, the influence of the waste liquid in the waste liquid cavity 22 on the cleaning in the cleaning cavity 28 is reduced, and the working reliability is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sterilizing lamp 4, the drying lamp 5, the infusion pump 18 and the motor 26 are controlled by the prior art, and the types and circuit connections of the respective components are not particularly limited and can be flexibly set in practical applications. Furthermore, the circuits, electronic components and modules referred to are well within the art of prior art and, as such, are not to be considered as limitations of the present invention nor are they to be construed as involving software and process modifications.
The embodiment of the invention provides a cleaning auxiliary device for a digestive endoscope in a gastroenterology department, which is used for synchronously cleaning through matching of rotary elastic centrifugal shaking and drying sterilization to achieve better cleaning efficiency and effect of the digestive endoscope. In addition, the supply and the recovery of the cleaning liquid are convenient, and the overall working reliability is further improved.

Claims (10)
