7) preparing an air bag: firstly, plasticating, matching, mixing and discharging raw rubber of raw materials, then, preparing the raw rubber into a rubber sheet through rotary preforming of a roller, then, placing the rubber sheet on a forming frame to be attached to a framework material by adopting an overlapping method, vulcanizing the rubber sheet in a vulcanizing tank after one-step forming to prepare an air bag main body, opening an opening on the air bag main body, fixedly installing an air nozzle for inflating at the opening position, and finally, adhering a layer of hook-and-loop fastener on the inner wall of an accommodating cavity of the air bag main body;
8) manufacturing the sock cover: coating a silica gel net coating on the bottom surface of the air bag main body obtained by the treatment in the step 7), so that the silica gel net coating is uniformly covered on the bottom surfaces of the heel part, the sole part and the toe part, and obtaining the inflatable sock;
9) combining and connecting: manually sleeving the sock body into the accommodating cavity of the inflatable sock, and realizing combined connection through adhesion between the hook and loop fastener surfaces and the hook and loop fastener woolen surface to obtain a finished sock;
10) packaging and warehousing: and (4) carrying out quality inspection on the finished socks obtained after the treatment in the step 9), and uniformly packaging and warehousing after the quality inspection is qualified.

8) manufacturing the sock cover: coating a silica gel net coating on the bottom surface of the air bag main body obtained by the treatment in the step 7) to obtain an inflatable sock cover;
9) combining and connecting: sleeving the sock body into the accommodating cavity of the inflatable sock, and realizing combined connection through adhesion between the hook and loop fastener surface and the hook and loop fastener woolen surface to obtain a finished sock;
