Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及电池模块以及包括所述电池模块的电池组和车辆。
本申请要求于2020年2月13日在韩国提交的韩国专利申请10-2020-0017876的优先权,其公开内容在此引入作为参考。
背景技术
高度适用于各种产品并表现出优异电性能如高能量密度等的二次电池通常不仅用于便携式装置中,而且用于由电源驱动的电动车辆(EV)或混合电动车辆(HEV)中。二次电池作为用于提高环境友好性和能量效率的新能源正在引起注意,因为化石燃料的使用可以极大地减少并且在能量消耗期间不产生副产物。
目前广泛使用的二次电池包括锂离子电池、锂聚合物电池、镍镉电池、镍氢电池、镍锌电池等。单元式二次电池单元即单元式电池单元的工作电压为约2.5V至4.5V。因此,如果需要更高的输出电压,则多个电池单元可以串联连接以构成电池组。此外,根据电池组所需的充电/放电容量,多个电池单元可并联连接以构成电池组。因此,可以根据所需的输出电压或所需的充电/放电容量来不同地设置包括在电池组中的电池单元的数量。
同时,当多个电池单元串联或并联连接以配置电池组时,通常首先配置包括至少一个电池单元的电池模块,然后通过使用至少一个电池模块并添加其他部件来配置电池组。
如果常规电池模块暴露于诸如温度变化的环境变化,则在电池模块内可能发生结露。由结露现象产生的水可能会填充到电池模块内部的预定高度。此外,存在由于结露产生的水而在电池模块内的感测汇流条之间发生短路的风险。
因此,需要找到一种方法来防止内发生结露时防止感测汇流条短路的方法。

在本公开的一个方面中,提供一种电池模块,所述电池模块包括:多个电池单元;模块壳体,所述模块壳体被配置成容纳所述多个电池单元;以及汇流条组件,所述汇流条组件被设置在所述模块壳体的内部并且电连接到所述多个电池单元的电极引线,其中,所述汇流条组件包括:汇流条框架,所述汇流条框架设置到所述多个电池单元的至少一侧;多个引线槽,所述多个引线槽设置在所述汇流条框架中,使得所述多个电池单元的所述电极引线穿过所述多个引线槽;多个感测汇流条,所述多个感测汇流条被布置成面向所述多个引线槽并且连接至所述多个电池单元的所述电极引线;以及多个短路防止构件,所述多个短路防止构件安装到所述多个感测汇流条的至少一端并且被配置成围绕所述多个感测汇流条的所述至少一端。

此时,由于根据本实施方式的由绝缘材料制成的短路防止构件570围绕感测汇流条550的下端,所以可以有效地防止感测汇流条550由于冷凝水W而短路。此外,还可以有效地降低电极引线150之间短路的风险。

汇流条组件,所述汇流条组件被设置在所述模块壳体的内部并且电连接到所述多个电池单元的电极引线,
其中,所述汇流条组件包括:
汇流条框架,所述汇流条框架设置到所述多个电池单元的至少一侧;
多个引线槽,所述多个引线槽设置在所述汇流条框架中,使得所述多个电池单元的所述电极引线穿过所述多个引线槽;
多个感测汇流条,所述多个感测汇流条被布置成面向所述多个引线槽并且连接至所述多个电池单元的所述电极引线;以及
多个短路防止构件,所述多个短路防止构件安装到所述多个感测汇流条的至少一端并且被配置成围绕所述多个感测汇流条的所述至少一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池模块,
其中,所述多个短路防止构件安装到所述多个感测汇流条的下端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电池模块,
其中,所述多个短路防止构件具有形成为容纳每个感测汇流条的下端的短路防止槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电池模块,
其中,所述短路防止槽具有对应于每个感测汇流条的下端的形状。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电池模块,
其中,所述短路防止槽的上端形成有开口,使得每个感测汇流条的下端插入所述开口中。
6.根据权利要求2所述的电池模块,
其中,所述多个短路防止构件被绝缘涂覆以围绕每个感测汇流条的下端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电池模块,
其中,所述多个短路防止构件具有绝缘材料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电池模块,
其中,所述多个短路防止构件由橡胶材料制成。
9.一种电池组,所述电池组包括:
至少一个电池模块,所述电池模块是根据权利要求1所述的电池模块;以及
电池组壳体,所述电池组壳体被配置成封装所述至少一个电池模块。
10.一种车辆,所述车辆包括:
至少一个根据权利要求9所述的电池组。
