现将在以下实施例中详细地描述本发明的一些实施方案。
合成S1-24:清洁增强剂
使用Symyx装置制备清洁增强剂,该装置包含带有48(6x 8)个平行压力反应器的板。使用配备有机器人控制的针和压缩气体微型阀的ISCO注射器泵分别递送氧化丙烯(PO)和氧化乙烯(EO)。每个使用过的反应器的布局都使用Library软件设计。将玻璃插入物以及用于每个反应器的可移除PEEK搅拌桨在真空烘箱中在125℃下干燥。
双(3-氨基丙基)甲胺(14.5g)和环氧丙烷(17g)在高压釜中混合并在140℃下搅拌8小时。将获得的材料与水性KOH(4g,45重量%KOH)混合,随后除去水。该混合物用环氧丙烷(27.7g)在115℃下丙氧基化24小时以形成具有近似组成的中间体(二胺)(PO)8。
在氮气下将得到的含有约3重量%KOH的中间体(二胺)(PO)8手动装入PPR的24个反应器中。加到每个反应器中的材料的具体数量列于表1。将玻璃插件和合适的搅拌桨装载到反应器中。然后将反应器密封,然后由机器人用表1中记录的PO量装料。将温度升高至115℃,并且在达到过程温度后将反应混合物搅拌24小时。观察到反应器压力下降并在加热期结束时逐渐趋于平稳,表明反应已完成。将反应器冷却、排气并用氮气吹扫。然后将反应器加热到130℃并如表1中列出的计算EO的量由机器人介绍。将内含物在130℃下搅拌4小时。压力曲线显示反应完成。该合成产生具有不同组成和不同PO/EO比率的样品。在冷却、排气和用氮气吹扫反应器后,从反应器中取出少量样品用于合成S19、S20、S23和S24进行NMR和GPC分析,结果在表2中。
合成S25:清洁增强剂
合成S25以与合成S1-S24类似的方式进行,但改变加到反应器中的原料((二胺)(PO)8;PO和EO)的量。合成S25产物的NMR和GPC分析报告于表2。

比较实施例C1-C5的液体衣物洗涤剂制剂的主要清洁性能在Launder-Ometer(SDLAtlas,Model M228AA)中在22℃的设定测试温度下使用18分钟的洗涤循环和每次运行使用的20个1.2升罐评估。洗涤的织物在Eberbach E6000往复式振荡器中在300mL的100ppm(2/1Ca/Mg)硬度调节水中在环境温度下以260osc/min冲洗5分钟。测试中使用的沾污织物和沾污压载物是来自缝合到预缩棉联锁织物上的Testfabrics的PCS-S-132高分辨皮脂BEY颜料和PCS-S-94皮脂/灰尘ASTM污渍。棉联锁的尺寸为5x5cm。沾污样本为2.5x3cm。将一个5x5cm切割的SBL-CFT土壤压载物加到每个罐中,为洗涤溶液提供基线土壤。将用于研究的水硬度调节为100ppm CaCO3(Ca:Mg摩尔比为2:1)并通过EDTA滴定检查以确认。洗涤液中的总表面活性剂浓度为200ppm。

使用ASTM方法D4265-14确定在初级清洁性能测试1-3中评估的每种液体洗涤剂制剂的去污指数(SRI)。从每种条件的8个样本(每个罐两个样本,4个罐)中获取的平均SRI提供于表5中。

4.根据权利要求3所述的液体衣物洗涤剂制剂,其中所述清洁增强剂具有1,750至9,000道尔顿的重均分子量。
5.根据权利要求4所述的液体衣物洗涤剂制剂,其中所述清洁增强剂包含基于所述清洁增强剂重量90至99.5重量%的醇盐基团;其中所述醇盐基团选自-CH2CH2O-基团和-CH2CH(CH3)O-基团;并且其中所述清洁增强剂中的≤70重量%的醇盐基团是-CH2CH(CH3)O-基团。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液体衣物洗涤剂制剂,其中所述清洁表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液体衣物洗涤剂制剂,其中所述清洁表面活性剂还包括非离子表面活性剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的液体衣物洗涤剂制剂,进一步包含溶剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的液体衣物洗涤剂制剂,进一步包含水溶助长剂和助洗剂。
10.一种洗涤本发明的织物制品的方法,所述方法包括:提供弄脏的织物制品;提供根据权利要求1所述的液体衣物洗涤剂制剂;提供洗涤水;以及将所述洗涤水和所述液体衣物洗涤剂制剂施加到脏织物上以提供清洁的织物制品。
