Working principle: after the telescopic rod 24 is adjusted to a position to be fixed, the hydraulic cylinder 25 is started, the fixing plate 27 is driven to be pressed downwards through the hydraulic rod 26, in the pressing process of the fixing plate 27, the top block 31 can be firstly contacted with the PCB, then the top block 31 moves towards the bottom of the first groove 3, in the moving process of the top block 31, the pressure rod 35 can extrude the first elastic curved film 33 to move downwards, the first elastic curved film 33 and the closed cavity of the bottom side wall of the first cavity 32 are extruded, gas is sprayed out through the first air outlet hole 34, the fixing range of the fixing plate 27 is cleaned, meanwhile, the gas in the first groove 3 enters the second groove 4 through a hose, the auxiliary block 41 is pushed to move outwards, when the top block 31 and the auxiliary block 41 are simultaneously contacted with the PCB, the PCB is just fixed at the moment, and a space is reserved between the auxiliary block 41 and the top block 31, so that heat of the PCB can not be accumulated on a cover surface in the welding process, and the heat can be quickly dissipated; in the process of pressing down the auxiliary block 41, at this time, the first push plate 44 moves upwards in the second cavity 43, and sucks air through the first through hole 46, so that the adsorption force of the first through hole 46 is adsorbed on the surface of the PCB in the process of pressing and deforming the rubber layer 42 in contact with the PCB, and the horizontal fixing force of the PCB is increased; when the auxiliary block 41 is used for fixing the PCB, the auxiliary block 41 moves downwards at the moment, the first push plate 44 moves upwards in the second cavity 43, the screw rod 51 is driven to rotate in the upward moving process of the first push plate 44, the fan blades 52 are driven to rotate and suck air by the rotation of the screw rod 51, and the adsorption effect of the rubber layer 42 on the PCB is improved; when the auxiliary block 41 needs to release the fixation of the PCB, the fixing plate 27 moves upwards, the top block 31 moves downwards under the action of a spring, the auxiliary block 41 moves upwards under the action of the spring, the first push plate 44 is driven to move downwards in the second cavity 43, the screw rod 51 is driven to rotate reversely, the fan blade 52 is driven to blow by the screw rod 51 to accelerate the flow of air flow, the adsorption effect is rapidly removed, and in the process of moving the auxiliary block 41 upwards, the first through hole 46 always blows outwards, so that the rapid heat dissipation effect can be achieved on the welded PCB; in the process of upward moving and downward moving of the auxiliary block 41, the vibration balls 72 are in contact with the trapezoid blocks 71, the vibration balls 72 vibrate under the action of the elastic protruding points and the elastic rods 73, the auxiliary block 41 is driven to generate vibration effect, welding impurities on the rubber layer 42 are removed through vibration, some welding impurities are prevented from being attached to the rubber layer 42, and the fixing effect of the PCB is guaranteed.
The front, rear, left, right, up and down are all based on fig. 1 in the drawings of the specification, the face of the device facing the observer is defined as front, the left side of the observer is defined as left, and so on, according to the viewing angle of the person.
