In the related art, after the calling terminal enters a call waiting state, only basic information of a called user is displayed on an interface of the calling terminal, specifically, the basic information includes a name and a telephone number of the called terminal user, and the called terminal user is on, busy, powered off, out of a service area range and owed. When the called terminal user can not answer or reject the call, the calling terminal user waits for a long time until the call is overtime; meanwhile, the call initiated by the calling terminal can disturb the ongoing activities of the called terminal user, if the called terminal is driving with the terminal navigation, the call of the calling terminal in the related technology can be displayed on the top interface of the called terminal, and the viewing navigation of the called terminal user is influenced. According to the method and the device, when the calling terminal enters the call waiting state, the called terminal feeds back the activity information of the called terminal user to the calling terminal, so that the calling user can know the ongoing activity of the called user in time, and performs the next operation according to the activity information, such as waiting or hang-up, so that the calling user experience is improved; furthermore, after the called terminal feeds back the activity information of the called terminal user to the calling terminal, the called terminal automatically performs the next operation according to the activity information of the called terminal user, if the called terminal actively hangs up the call and does not display a receiving waiting interface on the called terminal, the experience of the called terminal user is improved.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention is mainly applied to the system 100 shown in fig. 1, and the system 100 includes a calling terminal 101 and a called terminal 103 connected through a network 102. The calling terminal 101 is used to initiate a call to the called terminal 103 through the network 102. The called terminal 101 is used to receive a call of the calling terminal 103 and transmit activity information of a called terminal user to the calling terminal 101 through the network 102. The term "processor" as used herein refers to one or more terminals, circuits, and/or processing cores that process data, such as computer program instructions.
The CPU of the processor 201 and/or 208 stores the executed program code in the storage unit 204 or the storage medium 206. Alternatively, the program code stored in the storage medium 206 may be copied into the storage unit 204 for execution by the processor. The processor can execute toWith one less kernel (e.g. in LINUZ)TM、UNIXTM、WINDOWSTM、ANDROIDTM、IOSTMEtc. sold by a brand manufacturer) that controls the operation of the computing terminal 200 by controlling the execution of other programs, controlling communication with peripheral terminals, and controlling the use of computing terminal resources, as is well known.

An input device 203 is also coupled to the processor 201 and is capable of receiving user input in one or more ways. Examples of the input device 203 include a mouse, a keyboard, a touch screen terminal, a sensing terminal, and the like.
The aforementioned elements of the computing terminal 200 may be interconnected by any one or any combination of data, address, control, expansion, and local buses.
The computing terminal 200 may be a general purpose computing terminal or an application specific computing terminal. As a practical example, the above-mentioned computing terminal 200 may be an application server, a supercomputer, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a smartphone or any other terminal having a similar structure as shown in fig. 2. However, the present invention is not limited to any particular type of computing terminal. The program codes having different functions stored in the storage unit 204 form a process after being executed by the processor 201 (or the processor 208, which will be described below for convenience of description, and will be described by taking the processor 201 as an example only).
First, a called terminal user activity information receiving method according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 3.
Step S301, the calling terminal 101 initiates a call request to the called terminal 103.
The call request includes an identifier of the calling terminal, which may be specifically one or a combination of multiple types of a user name, a Media Access (MAC) address, an Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the like of the calling terminal, and may uniquely identify the identification information of the calling terminal. Illustratively, for the communication software, the identity of the calling terminal is the user name of the user logged into the communication software.
Step S302, after receiving the call request, the called terminal 103 obtains the basic state of the called terminal.
The called terminal acquires the basic state of the called terminal according to the state of the communication software. Wherein the basic states include: the busy state indicates that the called terminal can not establish a communication link with the calling terminal; the idle state is a state in which the called terminal does not communicate with the communication software of any other terminal, and indicates that the called terminal can establish a communication link with the calling terminal.
In step S303, the called terminal 103 sends the basic state of the called terminal to the calling terminal 101.
Alternatively, after step S303, the called terminal 103 enters an answering waiting state.
Step S304, the calling terminal 101 enters a call waiting state.
In step S305, the called terminal 103 acquires the status information of the called terminal.
The state information of the called terminal comprises one or more of the self state of the called terminal, the state of the environment where the called terminal is located and the state of other equipment associated with the called terminal. The state of the called terminal is the state information of the called terminal, such as horizontal position change, and an examination interface is arranged on the interface. For the acquisition of the change of the horizontal position, the position of the called terminal can be periodically detected by a positioning module in the called terminal, and the movement track, the movement speed and the like can be obtained by calculation. For the acquisition of the upper examination interface state of the interface, a corresponding process can be set in the called terminal, the process extracts keywords of the content on the screen interface webpage, and then the process obtains the examination interface on the interface through the analysis of the keywords. The environment state of the called terminal is the environment information of the called terminal obtained by the called terminal, such as the intensity of the environment sound of the called terminal, the brightness of the environment of the called terminal, and the like. The acquisition of the intensity of the sound of the environment where the called terminal is located can be performed through an earphone in the input device. For the ambient brightness acquisition of the called terminal, the intensity of light can be detected through an optical sensing hole (generally located near an earphone) of the called terminal, and the detected light is used as the brightness of the environment where the called terminal is located. The states of the other terminals related to the called terminal are state information of the other terminals acquired by the called terminal from the other terminals through the communication device, such as running of a treadmill connected with the called terminal, heart rate values detected by a smart watch connected with the called terminal, and the like. For the running acquisition of the running machine connected with the called terminal, the running machine is connected with the called terminal through a network, and the running machine acquires the running state of the running machine and sends the state to the called terminal. To the acquisition of the heart rate numerical value of the intelligent watch connected with the called terminal, the intelligent watch is connected with the called terminal through the Bluetooth, the blood oxygen detection module of the intelligent watch acquires the heartbeat numerical value of a watch user, and the numerical value is sent to the called terminal through the Bluetooth.
Step S305 may be triggered after the called terminal transmits the basic status to the calling terminal at step S303. Step S305 may also be triggered after waiting for the first time after the called terminal sends the basic status to the calling terminal in step S303.
Before step S305, optionally, the called terminal 103 may authenticate the calling terminal 103 according to the identifier of the calling terminal, if the calling terminal passes the authentication, step S302 is performed, and if the calling terminal does not pass the authentication, the subsequent steps are not performed. Specifically, the called terminal may query the identifier of the calling terminal in a group in the called terminal. If the identifier of the calling terminal is in the "white list" of the called terminal, the authentication is passed, and specifically, the "white list" may be an address book, or a specific group in the address book, such as "relative", "friend", "classmate", and the like. For the "blacklist" set by the called terminal, the calling terminal does not pass authentication at the called terminal, and a specific "blacklist" can be set by the user or queried in the internet for a group with a specific identifier, such as "sales", "marketing", "fraud".
And S306, the called terminal analyzes the state information of the called terminal to obtain the activity information of the called terminal user.
The activity information of the called terminal user is information of an activity ongoing when the called terminal user receives a call of the called terminal.
The activity information of the called terminal user can be obtained by analyzing one or more of the self state of the called terminal, the state of the environment where the called terminal is located, and the states of other devices associated with the called terminal, and the analysis can be performed by establishing an analysis process in the storage unit 204 of the called terminal to obtain the activity information of the called terminal user according to the state information. As shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Status information of called terminal Activity information
Location change of called terminal The other party is moving
The top application is examination The other side is taking an examination
The automobile connected with the called terminal is in operation The other side is driving
The following are exemplary:
for the case that the self-state analysis of the called terminal 103 obtains the activity information of the called terminal user: the periodic change of the position of the called terminal 103 can be obtained through a positioning function in the called terminal, and the moving speed of the called terminal is lower than a speed threshold value, such as 6 km/h, at this time, the activity information of the called terminal user obtained by analysis is 'walking'; further, when the moving speed of the called terminal 103 exceeds a speed threshold, such as 6 km/h, the activity information of the called terminal user obtained by analysis is "running"; similarly, the periodic change of the vertical position of the called terminal can be detected by the level meter of the called terminal, the periodic change of the position of the called terminal 103 is obtained by the positioning function in the called terminal, and the moving speed of the called terminal is lower than a speed threshold value, such as 6 km/h, at this time, the activity information of the user of the called terminal obtained by analysis is "walking". In summary, the activity information of "walking" can be obtained by analyzing one or more of a plurality of states, and thus, the relationship between the states and the activity information can be many-to-one. By detecting the content of the application of the called terminal 103 located at the uppermost layer of the interface before the call is received and the operation of the called terminal user on the application, the activity information of the called terminal user analyzed at this time can be activity information such as "taking an examination", "watching a video", "playing a game", "watching news", "reporting PPT", and the like.
Analyzing the state of the environment where the called terminal is located to obtain the activity information of the called terminal user: the information can be collected by the input unit of the called terminal 103, and if there is a sound of a fixed sound source, the activity information of the called terminal user obtained by analyzing is "in a meeting" or "in a report" by looking up the corresponding relationship between the state information and the activity information of the called user.
For the situation that the state analysis of other devices related to the called terminal obtains the activity information of the called terminal user: if the automobile connected with the called terminal is running, the automobile sends the running state information to the mobile phone, and the activity information of the called terminal user obtained by analysis is 'driving'. If the running machine is running, the running machine sends the running state to the called terminal, and the activity information of the called terminal user obtained by analysis is 'running'; the television sends the information being played to the called terminal, and the activity information of the called terminal user is 'watching television' at the moment; the curtain is pulled up, the lamp is closed, the heart rate of the lamp and the heart rate of the intelligent watch are lower than a first threshold value, for example, 70 times/minute, the three devices send respective states to the called terminal, and the activity information of the called terminal user obtained through analysis at the moment is 'sleeping' and the like. The state of the wearable terminal connected with the called terminal is that the earphone (wired or wireless connection with the called terminal) is connected and the called terminal plays music, and the activity information of the called terminal user obtained by analysis at this time is 'listening to music'. The heart rate of the smart watch is higher than a second heart rate threshold value, for example, 100 times/minute, and the activity information of the called terminal user obtained by analysis is "in motion".
The activity information of the called terminal user may be the result of the combined analysis of a plurality of the above states, such as the arrival time information according to the navigation software on the called terminal and the vehicle connected with the called terminal is running, and the activity information of the called terminal user obtained by the analysis at this time is "arriving after driving for 30 minutes". The positioning function of the called terminal acquires the sound of a fixed sound source of a terminal positioned in a company, the upper layer of a screen of the called terminal is applied as PPT, and the activity information of the user of the called terminal obtained by analysis at the moment is 'reporting PPT', wherein the position of the company is stored in the called terminal in advance; the positioning function of the called terminal obtains that the terminal is located in a library and the environmental sound is lower than 10db, and the activity information of the called terminal user obtained through analysis at the moment is 'reading a book in the library'; the coffee machine connected with the called terminal is running and the environment pitch of the called terminal is higher than 50db, and the activity information of the called terminal user obtained by analysis is 'coffee grinding'. The position of the called terminal changes and the automobile connected with the called terminal feeds back the driving state information, and the activity information of the called terminal user obtained by analysis at the moment is 'driving'. The heart rate of the intelligent watch connected with the called terminal is higher than a second heart rate threshold value, such as 100 times/minute, and the treadmill is running, at this time, the activity information of the called terminal user obtained through analysis is upper activity information, such as 'sports', and the activity information can be further specifically lower 'running', so that one-to-many relationship between the visible state and the activity information can be realized. The heart rate of the intelligent watch connected with the called terminal is higher than a first heart rate threshold value, a sensor of the watch is indicated to be in water, and the activity information of the called terminal user obtained through analysis at the moment is swimming.
In the activity information of the called terminal, in addition to the above state, state information such as mute and vibration state of the called terminal may be further added to the activity information of the called terminal, so that it is convenient for the calling terminal user to determine whether to wait, if the activity information of the called terminal user is moving and the mobile phone is mute, the activity information of the called terminal user is 'the other side is moving and the mobile phone is mute'.
The called terminal can further analyze the possibility of the called terminal for receiving the call and directly add the percentage corresponding to the possibility into the activity information according to the activity information of the called terminal user. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: if the activity information of the called terminal user is examination or demonstration PPT, the called terminal user cannot answer the call with a high probability (more than 50 percent). The above percentages can be analyzed for big data, e.g. a 90 percent user looking for in the network will not answer the call when demonstrating PPT, and the percentages are added to the activity information of the called terminal.
Because the state information is more, the processing capability of the terminal is limited, the state information can be set with priority, the state information with high priority is preferentially analyzed, for example, the state information related to work is set with high priority, the state information related to heartbeat is set with low priority, the state information is that the upper application interface is PPT, and the heartbeat exceeds the threshold, and at the moment, the activity information of the called user corresponding to the condition that the upper application interface is PPT is preferentially analyzed to be ' demonstrating PPT ' rather than ' moving ' corresponding to the condition that the heartbeat exceeds the threshold '.
In step S307, the called terminal 103 transmits the activity information of the called terminal user to the calling terminal.
Step S308, the calling terminal 101 receives and outputs the activity information of the called terminal user sent by the called terminal 103.
Specifically, the called terminal 103 may feed back activity information of one or more called terminal users to the calling terminal 101. The calling terminal 101 receives the activity information of the called terminal user and displays it on the interface. Optionally, the calling terminal may output the activity information of the called terminal user by means of voice or the like.
After step S301, the calling terminal displays the call waiting status on the GUI of the display screen, and after step S307, adds the activity information of the called terminal user on the GUI, taking the calling terminal as an example of a smart phone, and fig. 4 shows the process of changing the GUI of the calling terminal. The called party is small and bright, after the calling terminal enters a call waiting state, the interface displays 'on-going', the calling terminal receives the activity information of the called terminal user, and if 'the opposite party is driving', the activity information of the called terminal user is displayed on the interface of the calling terminal.
In the process performed in steps S301 to S308, if the called terminal 103 answers or rejects the call, the flow is ended.
Optionally, in the call waiting process of the calling terminal, steps S305 to S307 are executed at predetermined time intervals, and the calling terminal periodically updates the activity information on the interface of the calling terminal.
After step S306, the called terminal may perform an operation according to the activity information of the called terminal user.
Specifically, the activity information of the called terminal user is classified, different operations are executed according to the classification, and the corresponding relation between the operations and the activity information of the called terminal user can be set by the called terminal user in advance and stored in the called terminal. The correspondence of activity information to operation is shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Activity information of called terminal user Operation of
Walking/watching news/watching television Continuing call waiting and displaying answering waiting state
Sleep Hang up, display calling terminal information on the top layer of the interface
Demonstrating PPT/driving Hang up, not display the calling terminal information on the top layer of the interface
Further, the called terminal may also perform different operations according to the user information of the calling user and the activity information of the called terminal user, for example, the called terminal may ignore the operation corresponding to the activity information for the call of the user in the "white list", for example, the called terminal may not hang up the call of the "lover" and display the call on the interface of the called terminal. Further, different operations of non-tag users can be executed according to the tags of the users, if the activity information is sleep, the calling terminal user is a 'leader' or 'lover', the executed operation is 'adjusting ringing to maximum intensity' or 'hands-free answering', and the non-tag users execute hang-up operation.
It should be noted that, for the important activity information of the called terminal user, such as "demonstration PPT", at this time, the called terminal user does not want to have any disturbance, the called terminal 103 may not enter the waiting state after S303, that is, after the called terminal 103 receives the call of the calling terminal, and after the called terminal 103 sends the activity information of the called terminal user to the calling terminal, the called terminal 103 performs hang-up operation on the call, and does not display the calling terminal information on the uppermost layer of the interface.
The called terminal executes different operations according to different activity information of the terminal user, so that the calling terminal user is ensured not to be disturbed or the call of the important calling user is not missed during important activities, and the experience of the called terminal user is improved.
Similarly, the calling terminal may also perform subsequent operation setting according to the activity information of the called terminal user, such as: the activity information of the called terminal user is "examination, and is finished after 30 minutes", and after 30 minutes, the calling terminal 101 automatically initiates a call to the called terminal.
In the first embodiment, the calling terminal user can determine that the called terminal user may not answer or may answer a call greatly according to the activity information of the called terminal, so that the calling terminal user can know the activity information of the called terminal user in time when the call is waiting, and select to hang up in time, continue to wait or perform other actions, thereby improving the experience of the calling user.
Example II,
In the first embodiment, the called terminal analyzes the status information in step S306 to obtain the activity information of the called terminal user, and in practical applications, the status information may be directly used as the activity information of the called terminal user without analyzing, such as "the terminal is playing video", "the terminal environmental noise is 80 DB", "the television is playing", "the treadmill is running". After the calling terminal user obtains the activity information of the called terminal user directly obtained from the state information, the calling terminal user judges the ongoing activity of the called user represented by the information, and selects to hang up in time, continue waiting or perform other actions.
Example III,
The first embodiment discloses a state receiving method in the process of calling a called terminal by a calling terminal for establishing communication through an IP network. In practical applications, for ordinary telephone calls, the conventional telecommunication network can only feed back information preset by the operator, such as busy, idle, arrearage, no signal, and the like. The calling terminal cannot directly acquire the activity information of the called terminal user through the telecommunication network in the first embodiment. The third embodiment provides a method for receiving the activity information of the called terminal user in the ordinary telephone call.
Third embodiment of the system as shown in fig. 5, the system 500 includes a calling terminal 101, a called terminal 102 and a status server 104 connected through a network 102, and the calling terminal 101 and the called terminal 105 are also connected through a telecommunication network 105. The calling terminal 101 is used to initiate a call to the called terminal 103 via the telecommunication network 105 and to request activity information of the called terminal user from the status server 104 via the network 102. The called terminal 101 is used to receive a call from the calling terminal 103 through the telecommunication network 105 and to send activity information of the called terminal user to the state server 104 through the network 102. The state server 104 is configured to send the activity information of the called terminal user to the calling terminal 101 after the calling terminal 101 initiates a request. Unlike the telecommunication network 105, the network 102 is used to transmit information between the calling terminal 101 and the called terminal 102 and the status server 104, and the telecommunication network 105 is used to transmit call information of the calling terminal 101 and the called terminal 103. The specific call state reception flow is described later.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating the process of receiving the activity information of the called user in the third embodiment.
Step S601, the calling terminal 101 initiates a call request to the called terminal 103 through the telecommunication network 105.
The process of initiating a call is the same as a telephone call in the prior art and will not be described herein.
Step S602, the calling terminal 101 receives the basic status information of the called terminal through the telecommunication network 105.
The basic state information includes busy, idle, owing, no signal, etc.
The dashed lines in fig. 6 are information sent through the telecommunications network 105 and the solid lines are information sent through the network 102.
Step S603, the calling terminal 101 enters a call waiting state according to the basic state of the called terminal.
After determining the basic state of the called terminal, such as idle or busy state, the calling terminal establishes connection with the called terminal through the telecommunication network, the calling terminal 101 enters a call waiting state, and the called terminal 103 enters a waiting answering state.
Step S604, the called terminal acquires the state information and acquires the activity information of the called terminal user according to the state information.
After the called terminal enters the call answering state, the called terminal obtains the activity information of the called terminal user according to the obtained state information, and for obtaining the specific activity information of the called terminal user, reference is made to steps S304-S305 of the first embodiment or to the same two embodiments, which are not described herein again.
In step S605, the called terminal 103 transmits the activity information of the called terminal user to the state server 104.
Optionally, the called terminal may not process the status information in S604, and then in step S605, the called terminal 103 feeds back the status information to the status server 104, and the status server 104 obtains the activity information of the called terminal user according to the obtained status information. The process of obtaining the activity information of the called terminal user according to the obtained state information is carried out in the state server, and the obtained activity information of the called terminal user is stored in the state server and corresponds to the called terminal identification due to the strong information processing capacity and the higher processing speed of the server.
Step S606, the calling terminal 101 sends a request for acquiring the activity information of the called terminal user to the state server 104.
After step S603, the calling subscriber enters a call waiting state, at which point S606 is triggered.
The called terminal user activity information acquisition request comprises a called terminal identifier. The called terminal identification is used for the state server to inquire the corresponding called terminal user activity information.
Step S607, the state server 104 sends the activity information of the called terminal user to the calling terminal 101.
Step S608, the calling terminal 101 receives the activity information of the called terminal user and outputs the activity information on the interface.
In the process performed in step S601 to step S608, if the called terminal 103 answers or rejects the call, the flow is ended.
Optionally, the state server may synchronize activity information of all terminals connected to the state server at predetermined intervals, and after the first terminal initiates a call to the second terminal and enters a call waiting state, the first terminal sends a request to the state server, where the request includes a second terminal identifier, and the state server sends a latest state of the second terminal to the first terminal.
Since the telecommunication network for mobile terminals or fixed telephones in the related art can only transmit fixed information, such as busy, arrearage, no signal, idle, etc. By setting the state server 104, the activity information of the called terminal user is sent to the calling terminal, so that the user of the calling terminal of the traditional telephone service can obtain the activity information of the called terminal user in time, the experience of the calling terminal user is improved, meanwhile, the called terminal can execute subsequent operation according to the activity information of the called terminal user, and the experience of the called terminal user is improved.
Example four,

Step S701 to step S703 are the same as step S601 to step S603.
Step S704, the calling terminal 101 sends a request for acquiring the activity information of the called terminal user to the status server 104.
The called terminal user activity information acquisition request comprises the identification of the called terminal.
Step S705, the state server 105 requests the called terminal to acquire the activity information of the called terminal user.
Alternatively, the called terminal may obtain the activity information of the called terminal user after receiving the request from the state server 105 to the called terminal.
Step S706, the called terminal 103 obtains the activity information of the called terminal user according to the state information.
In step S707, the called terminal 103 transmits the activity information of the called terminal user to the state server 104.
Step S708 to step S709 are the same as step S607 to step S608.
Different from the third embodiment in which the state server actively transmits the activity information of the called terminal user, in the fourth embodiment, the called terminal passively transmits the activity information of the called terminal user.
Example V,
In the third and fourth embodiments, the calling terminal obtains the activity information of the called terminal user through the state server. For a telecommunication network call, it is also possible to receive and obtain the activity information of the called terminal user by setting communication software or processes in the calling and called terminals. The system model is shown in fig. 8.
