receiving a conversation message through instant messaging software, and intelligently identifying and determining whether intelligent reply is needed or not according to the conversation message and the social relationship map;
and when the intelligent reply to the conversation message is determined to be needed, starting an intelligent chat assistant to carry out intelligent reply to the conversation message.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the attribute information specifically includes one or any combination of the following relationships:
friend label relationship, group label relationship, work label relationship, family label relationship.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the generating a social relationship graph according to the attribute information specifically comprises:
and determining whether the first identity has a direct label relationship according to the attribute information, establishing a first-layer map after grouping the direct label relationship, acquiring an indirect relation person in the first-layer map if the first identity has an indirect label relationship, and setting the indirect label relationship in a second-layer map under the relation person.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the intelligently identifying whether an intelligent reply is required based on the conversation message and the social relationship graph specifically comprises:
