The database of the computer equipment is used for storing the ETC electronic account information of the incoming vehicles, the parking information of the vehicles, the heat energy information of the parking spaces and the light information of the parking spaces. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a parking fee payment method for an ECT device based parking lot.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring ETC electronic account information of an approaching vehicle;
judging whether the ETC electronic account can be deducted by a parking lot according to the vehicle ETC electronic account information;
acquiring vehicle parking information;
judging whether the vehicle finishes parking in the parking lot according to the parking information of the vehicle;
and when the ETC electronic account is judged not to be deducted by the parking lot and the vehicle is judged to finish parking in the parking lot, the information containing the state of the ETC electronic account is sent to the corresponding client.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring ETC electronic account information of an approaching vehicle;
judging whether the ETC electronic account can be deducted by a parking lot according to the vehicle ETC electronic account information;
acquiring vehicle parking information;
judging whether the vehicle finishes parking in the parking lot according to the parking information of the vehicle;
and when the ETC electronic account is judged not to be deducted by the parking lot and the vehicle is judged to finish parking in the parking lot, the information containing the state of the ETC electronic account is sent to the corresponding client.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (10)

acquiring ETC electronic account information of an approaching vehicle;
judging whether the ETC electronic account can be used for deducting fees in a parking lot according to the vehicle ETC electronic account information;
acquiring vehicle parking information;
judging whether the vehicle finishes parking in the parking lot according to the parking information of the vehicle;
and when the ETC electronic account is judged not to be deducted by the parking lot and the vehicle is judged to finish parking in the parking lot, the information containing the state of the ETC electronic account is sent to the corresponding client.
2. The ECT device-based parking lot payment parking fee method of claim 1, wherein the parking lot payment parking fee method further comprises:
when the fact that the vehicle is parked in the parking space is recognized, the fact that the vehicle is parked in the parking space is judged;
acquiring the state information of a vehicle in a parking space, and judging whether the vehicle is ready to drive away from the corresponding parking space according to the state information of the vehicle in the parking space;
and if so, sending the information containing the vehicle parking fee value and the payment two-dimensional code to the corresponding client.

The ECT device-based parking lot parking fee payment method according to claim 2, wherein the acquiring the state information of the vehicle in the parking space and determining whether the vehicle is ready to drive away from the corresponding parking space according to the state information of the vehicle in the parking space comprise:
acquiring parking space heat energy information;
judging whether the heat energy change value of the parking space in a preset time is within a preset change range threshold value or not according to the heat energy information of the parking space;
and if so, judging that the vehicle is ready to leave the corresponding parking space according to the state information of the vehicle in the parking space.

The ECT device-based parking lot parking fee payment method according to claim 2, wherein the acquiring the state information of the vehicle in the parking space and determining whether the vehicle is ready to drive away from the corresponding parking space according to the state information of the vehicle in the parking space comprise:
acquiring light information of a parking space;
judging whether the light intensity of the front end and the light intensity of the rear end of the parking space fall in a preset range simultaneously according to the light information of the parking space;
and if so, judging that the vehicle is ready to leave the corresponding parking space according to the state information of the vehicle in the parking space.
5. The ECT device based parking lot payment parking fee method as recited in claim 4, wherein if yes, the vehicle status information within the parking space is determined to be after the vehicle is ready to drive out of the corresponding parking space, the method comprising:
sending the information containing the inquiry about whether the client is off-site to the corresponding client;
acquiring client response information;
and when the client response information is not off-site, the light information of the parking space is obtained again.
6. The ECT device-based parking lot payment parking fee method of claim 5, wherein the parking lot payment parking fee method further comprises:
acquiring parking fee payment information;
judging whether the vehicle owner pays the parking fee within the preset time or not according to the parking fee payment information;
and if not, re-sending the information containing the vehicle parking fee value and the payment two-dimensional code to the corresponding client.
7. An ECT device based parking lot parking fee payment device is characterized in that the parking lot parking fee payment device comprises:
the account information acquisition module is used for acquiring ETC electronic account information of the approaching vehicle;
the parking lot fee deduction judging module is used for judging whether the ETC electronic account can be deducted by the parking lot according to the vehicle ETC electronic account information;

and the payment information sending module is used for sending the information containing the vehicle parking fee value and the payment two-dimensional code to the corresponding client if the payment information is positive.

A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in said memory and executable on said processor, characterized in that said processor when executing said computer program implements the steps of the ECT device based parking lot payment parking fee method according to any of the claims 1 to 6.
