The first electric valve 13 is opened, the second electric valve 15 is closed, and the single third electric valve 23 is opened, so that the single chassis oil tank 2 can be directly supplied with oil, the chassis oil tank 2 can be supplied with oil or even output oil, and diesel oil in the single chassis oil tank 2 can be replaced.
The method is different from the prior art, the first liquid level sensor 11 is electrically connected with the control module 3, and the control module 3 controls the total oil quantity of the independent oil tank 1 according to the oil quantity of the independent oil tank 1; the second liquid level sensor 21 is electrically connected with the control module 3, and the control module 3 controls the oil quantity of a single chassis oil tank 2 according to the oil quantity of the chassis oil tank 2; when one of the chassis oil tanks 2 breaks down, the independent oil tank 1 stops supplying oil to the chassis oil tank 2, even diesel oil in the chassis oil tank 2 can be transmitted to the adjacent chassis oil tank 2 or the independent oil tank 1 is transmitted back, the use and maintenance time of other diesel generator sets is prolonged, and the service life of the diesel generator set is prolonged.

Claims (7)
1. The oil tank management system of the diesel generating set is characterized by comprising independent oil tanks, more than two chassis oil tanks and a control module, wherein the independent oil tanks are arranged on one sides of the more than two chassis oil tanks;
the independent oil tanks are used for receiving oil supply of an external oil source, are respectively communicated with more than two chassis oil tanks and respectively supply oil to the more than two chassis oil tanks, and are internally provided with first liquid level sensors for monitoring the oil quantity of the independent oil tanks;
the first liquid level sensor is electrically connected with the control module and sends an oil quantity signal of the independent oil tank to the control module, the control module controls an external oil source to supply oil to the independent oil tank according to the oil quantity signal transmitted by the first liquid level sensor, each second liquid level sensor is electrically connected with the control module and sends the oil quantity signal of the chassis oil tank to the control module, and the control module controls the independent oil tank to supply oil to one or more than two chassis oil tanks according to the oil quantity signal transmitted by the second liquid level sensor;
the control module is also used for controlling more than two chassis oil tanks to supply oil to each other according to the oil mass data of the second liquid level sensor of each chassis oil tank, the control module can monitor the oil mass of each chassis oil tank according to the second liquid level sensors of the plurality of chassis oil tanks, and when the oil mass of one or more chassis oil tanks is abnormal, the control module can control the more than two chassis oil tanks to supply oil to each other, so that the oil mass of each chassis oil tank is ensured to be average;
the independent oil tank is provided with oil outlet pipe, and the independent oil tank is linked together with the chassis oil tank more than two respectively through oil outlet pipe, is provided with second electric valve on the oil outlet pipe, and control module connects and controls second electric valve, all is provided with an oil supply pipe on each chassis oil tank, and oil supply pipe is linked together with oil outlet pipe, all is provided with a third electric valve on each oil supply pipe, and control module connects and controls third electric valve.
2. The system for managing the oil tank of the diesel generator set according to claim 1, wherein an oil inlet pipe is arranged on the independent oil tank, a first electric valve is arranged on the oil inlet pipe, and the control module is connected with and controls the first electric valve.

The system for managing the oil tank of the diesel generator set according to claim 1, further comprising an oil adding mechanism, wherein the oil adding mechanism comprises a first pipeline and an oil pump, the first pipeline is provided with a fourth electrically operated valve, the fourth electrically operated valve is used for opening or closing the first pipeline, the oil pump is communicated with the first pipeline, the oil pump is used for providing power for the oil in the first pipeline, and the first pipeline is respectively communicated with the diesel generator sets on each chassis oil tank and provides the oil for the diesel generator sets.

The system for managing the oil tank of the diesel generator set according to claim 3, wherein the first pipeline is communicated with the diesel generator set on the oil tank of the chassis through a second pipeline, and a fifth electric valve is arranged on the second pipeline and is used for opening or closing the second pipeline.

The system according to claim 3, comprising an oil inlet pipe in communication with the independent tank and a header tank, the oil inlet pipe being in communication with the header tank via a quick-connect coupling, the first pipe being in communication with the header tank via a quick-connect coupling.
6. The system for managing the oil tank of the diesel generator set according to claim 5, further comprising a pipe rack, wherein the oil inlet pipeline, the first pipeline and the oil pump are all arranged on the pipe rack.

The system for managing the oil tank of the diesel generator set according to claim 1, wherein the system for managing the oil tank of the diesel generator set comprises an oil inlet pipeline communicated with the independent oil tank, a first electric valve is arranged on the oil inlet pipeline, and the oil inlet pipeline is used for supplying oil to the independent oil tank and more than two chassis oil tanks.
