In an alternative implementation of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the suture trimming mechanism 42 includes: suture block 421, suture moving gear 422, trimming blade 423, tension spring 424, suture fixing block 426, moving mating block 427 and moving gear 428; when a user stands in the working range of the suture trimming device 4 and the suture trimming guide rod 41 is adjusted to the figure size of the user, two suture blocks 421 are arranged in the suture trimming mechanism 42 and are used for mutually matched and pressed to suture cloth; the suture moving gear 422 is rotatably installed at the inner side of the suture block 421, and a tooth slot meshed with the suture moving gear 422 is formed on the suture trimming guide rod 41; the trimming blade 423 is fixedly installed below the sewing block 421 and is used for trimming excessive cloth; suture trimming mechanism 42 begins operation; the two stitching blocks 421 are matched to heat and stitch the cloth, and simultaneously the lower trimming knife 423 trims the excess cloth after stitching; a suture rotating shaft 425 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the suture block 421, and one end of the suture rotating shaft 425 far away from the suture block 421 is rotationally connected with a suture fixing block 426; both ends of the tension spring 424 are fixedly connected to the inner sides of the two suture rotary shafts 425 respectively; the suture trimming mechanism 42 is sleeved on the suture trimming guide rod 41 through a movable matching block 427, and a movable gear 428 meshed with a tooth slot formed in the suture trimming guide rod 41 is arranged in the movable matching block 427; the sewing moving gear 422 in the moving matching block 427 rotates to drive the whole mechanism to move on the sewing trimming guide rod 41, so that the sewing of clothes is realized, and the user does not need to wear the sewing trimming guide rod by himself, so that the sewing can be completed in the sewing trimming process.
In an alternative implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the sterilization and dust removal device 5 is further included, where the sterilization and dust removal device 5 includes: an ultraviolet sterilization device 51 and an ion waterfall 52; the ultraviolet sterilization device 51 is fixedly arranged on the roof of the house main body 1 near the sewing and trimming device 4, and the ion waterfall 52 is fixedly arranged on two sides of the cloth cutting device 3 for dust removal of cloth; the ultraviolet sterilization device 51 is turned on at all times to perform continuous cloth and sterilization of a user, and meanwhile, the ion waterfall 52 is intermittently turned on for cloth dust removal.
In an alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, 10, and 11, the moving mechanism 43, the transporting moving block 713, and the size adjusting moving block 714 all move on the rail using gears; the device can not only move on the track by using gears, but also move by using magnetic force or a pull rope and the like.
Claims (8)
1. The model-adjustable sterile clothes rail-fixing cutting wearing device comprises a house main body (1), wherein the house main body (1) is provided with an isolation door; characterized by further comprising: a cloth storage device (2), a sewing and trimming device (4), a cloth moving device (7) and a controller (8); the roof in the house main body (1) is fixedly provided with a cloth storage device (2), a plurality of cloth storage devices (2) are arranged, and a cloth cutting device (3) fixedly arranged with the house main body (1) is arranged below the cloth storage devices; the sewing and trimming device (4) is fixedly connected with the house main body (1) at one side far away from the cloth cutting device (3); the cloth moving device (7) is fixedly connected with the roof of the house main body (1) at two sides of the cloth storage device (2), and one end far away from the cloth storage device (2) extends to the upper part of the sewing and trimming device (4); the controller (8) is arranged outside the house main body (1) and is used for collecting size information and controlling the operation of the device;
the suture trimming device (4) comprises: a suture trimming guide rod (41), a suture trimming mechanism (42), a moving mechanism (43), a transverse moving rail (44), a suture lifting rod (45), a longitudinal moving rail (46) and a movable telescopic rod (47); the plurality of suture trimming guide rods (41) and the plurality of suture trimming mechanisms (42) are arranged, the longitudinal moving rails (46) are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the house main body (1), and the suture trimming guide rods (41) are matched and slidingly connected with the longitudinal moving rails (46) through the moving mechanisms (43); the suture trimming mechanism (42) is slidably mounted on the suture trimming guide rod (41), and the suture trimming guide rod (41) is divided into: the straight shape, the L shape and the U shape; the transverse moving rail (44) is fixedly arranged on the base (66) and is in sliding connection with the L-shaped stitching trimming guide rod (41) through the moving mechanism (43); two ends of the movable telescopic rod (47) are fixedly connected with the moving mechanism (43) and the L-shaped stitching trimming guide rod (41) respectively; the stitching lifting rod (45) is fixedly arranged between the two L-shaped stitching trimming guide rods (41), and the U-shaped stitching trimming guide rods (41) are fixedly connected with the stitching lifting rod (45);
the suture trimming mechanism (42) includes: a suture block (421), a suture moving gear (422), a trimming knife (423), a tensioning spring (424), a suture fixing block (426), a moving matching block (427) and a moving gear (428); two sewing blocks (421) are arranged in the sewing trimming mechanism (42) and are used for mutually matched and pressed to sew cloth; the sewing movable gear (422) is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the sewing block (421), and a tooth slot meshed with the sewing movable gear (422) is formed in the sewing trimming guide rod (41); the trimming knife (423) is fixedly arranged below the sewing block (421) and is used for trimming redundant cloth; a suture rotating shaft (425) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the suture block (421), and one end, far away from the suture block (421), of the suture rotating shaft (425) is rotationally connected with a suture fixing block (426); both ends of the tensioning spring (424) are fixedly connected to the inner sides of the two sewing rotating shafts (425) respectively; the suture trimming mechanism (42) is sleeved on the suture trimming guide rod (41) through a movable matching block (427), and a movable gear (428) meshed with a tooth slot formed in the suture trimming guide rod (41) is arranged in the movable matching block (427); the two sewing blocks (421) are matched to heat and sew the cloth, and simultaneously, the lower trimming knife (423) trims the excess cloth after sewing.

A model-adjustable sterile garment rail cutting wear device according to claim 1, further comprising a wind direction assist device (6), the wind direction assist device (6) comprising: a transverse baffle (61), a longitudinal baffle (62), an air suction device (63), a wind direction guide plate (64), a lifting rod (65) and a base (66); the base (66) is fixedly connected with the house main body (1); the transverse baffle (61) and the longitudinal baffle (62) are adjacently and fixedly arranged in the base (66) and are used for preventing broken cloth from being rolled into the air suction device (63);
the air suction device (63) is fixedly connected with the base (66) and is arranged on one side of the transverse baffle (61) and the longitudinal baffle (62) far away from the suture trimming device (4); the wind direction guide plate (64) is arranged below the cloth storage device (2) and used for limiting the position and angle of the cloth to be placed down, the lifting rods (65) are arranged in a plurality, and two ends of each lifting rod are fixedly connected with the base (66) and the wind direction guide plate (64) respectively and used for pushing the wind direction guide plate (64) to move up and down.
