high-pressure spray pipe 515, high-pressure spray pipe 515 coaxial set up in interior roller 513, its both ends are fixed set up in on work or material rest 2, and its one end and outside compressed air source intercommunication, set up on the body of high-pressure spray pipe 515 with the opening 516 of interior roller 513 intercommunication.
It should be noted that, the two ends of the high-pressure nozzle 515 are fixedly arranged, and the high-pressure nozzle 515 is communicated with an external compressed air source, after the compressed air source enters the high-pressure nozzle 515, a high-speed flowing air flow is formed, a suction force is formed at the suction pipe 514, an adsorption capacity is generated through the vacuum washing hole 4442, and the garment material is adsorbed and transferred, the body of the high-pressure nozzle 515 is not completely communicated with the suction pipe 514, only the suction pipe 514 at the opening 516 is communicated with the high-pressure nozzle 515 to generate the suction force, and other suction pipes 514 covered by the high-pressure nozzle 515 do not generate the suction force, so that the garment material is separated from the vacuum suction holes 512 at these positions to realize the transfer.
It is further explained that the gas introduced into the high-pressure nozzle 515 is heated compressed gas, and the hot gas heats the garment fabric, so that the texture of the garment fabric is improved, the adsorbability of the garment fabric to pigment in the printing process is improved, and the color of the printing is fuller.
