Description

Composite abrasive material and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of metal surface treatment, and particularly relates to a composite abrasive material and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Aluminum alloys typically require grinding of their surfaces during production processes in order to obtain good surface flatness and smoothness. The grinding is carried out by a complex relative movement of the grinding tool and the processing surface under a certain pressure. The grinding liquid (containing the grinding material and the auxiliary components) between the grinding tool and the workpiece respectively has a mechanical cutting function, a physical function and a chemical function in the relative motion, so that the grinding material can cut off a very thin layer of material on the surface of the workpiece, and the workpiece with extremely high dimensional precision and extremely low surface roughness is obtained.
In the course of rough grinding of aluminum alloy, grinding fluid containing coarser grinding material is usually used in order to obtain large cutting amount, thereby achieving the effect of rapid leveling. However, the addition of a coarser abrasive will deposit on the bottom of the slurry due to gravity, resulting in a layer of cement-like agglomerates. Such plate agglomerates cannot be redispersed in the slurry by simple shaking, thereby affecting the normal use of the slurry. In the prior art, the abrasive can be suspended by adding a dispersing or suspending agent. However, the method is only suitable for fine abrasives with small particle size, and the effect is not obvious for processing coarser abrasives.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop an abrasive slurry to prevent the deposition and hardening of coarse abrasives during application.

Meanwhile, the tea seed powder and the saponin powder which are used as the anti-caking agent can play a certain lubricating and brightening effect in the grinding process.
The addition of the organic acid can increase the chemical etching effect on the aluminum alloy during grinding, so that a larger cutting amount is obtained. In addition, the molecular structures of pentaerythritol and isohexide in the lubricant of the invention contain two or more hydroxyl groups, so that the lubricant has certain lubricating capability under acidic conditions, and the lubricating capability is not too strong while the friction force of the abrasive during cutting is reduced, thereby affecting the grinding efficiency.

As can be seen from the examples 2 and 4 in the table 3, the aluminum alloy rough grinding fluid provided by the invention can effectively prevent abrasive deposition hardening. Compared with the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 1, the composite membrane material obtained by the abrasive material through membrane covering treatment can effectively reduce the hardening performance after deposition.
