Abstract
The invention discloses a high-coating-rate light gypsum mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 900 parts of semi-hydrated gypsum, 30-160 parts of light aggregate particles, 0-15 parts of dispersible emulsion powder, 0.25-3 parts of retarder and 0.5-5 parts of water-retaining agent; the lightweight aggregate particles refer to closed-cell vitrified micro-beads and/or open-cell perlite; and the particle diameters of the light aggregate are divided into four types, which are respectively: 20 meshes to 30 meshes, 30 meshes to 50 meshes, 50 meshes to 100 meshes and less than 100 meshes, and the weight proportion of the four kinds of particle size lightweight aggregate is (0-2): (6-10): (4-8): (3-7). By adjusting the grading range of the lightweight aggregate particles, the coating rate of the lightweight gypsum mortar is improved while the strength of the lightweight gypsum mortar is not influenced.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building materials for plastering of building interior walls, and particularly relates to light gypsum mortar with high coating rate.
Background
With the development and progress of society, people have higher and higher quality requirements and construction requirements for the building industry. The light gypsum mortar is a novel inner wall plastering material prepared by taking inorganic cementing material gypsum as a cementing material and doping light aggregate and other additives, can effectively solve the quality defects of hollowing, cracking and the like, and is particularly favored by the construction industry because of light performance, high coating rate per unit area and high cost performance of the product.
Lightweight aggregate is generally added to lightweight gypsum mortar to adjust the coating rate of the gypsum mortar. The properties of the lightweight aggregate, such as bulk density, fineness, particle size distribution and the like, directly affect the coating rate and product strength of the gypsum mortar. In the market, in order to obtain higher coating rate, some manufacturers mix too much or poor-graded lightweight aggregate into gypsum mortar, so that the strength of the gypsum mortar is reduced, and the construction performance of the product is seriously influenced.

In order to solve the problem that the strength and the coating rate of the existing light gypsum mortar are deviated from each other, the invention provides the light gypsum mortar with high coating rate.
According to the high-coating-rate lightweight gypsum mortar, the coating rate is improved while the strength of the lightweight gypsum mortar is not influenced by adjusting the grading range of the lightweight aggregate particles.
The light gypsum mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
650-weight portions of hemihydrate gypsum and 900 portions of hemihydrate gypsum,
30-160 parts of light aggregate particles,
0 to 15 parts of dispersible latex powder,
0.25 to 3 portions of retarder,
0.5-5 parts of a water-retaining agent.
The lightweight aggregate particles refer to closed-cell vitrified micro-beads and/or open-cell perlite; the particle size range of the lightweight aggregate is less than or equal to 0.85mm, namely the passing rate of the sieve mesh with the aperture of 0.85mm (20 meshes) is 100 percent;
and the particle diameters of the lightweight aggregate are divided into four types, which are respectively: 20 meshes to 30 meshes, 30 meshes to 50 meshes, 50 meshes to 100 meshes and less than 100 meshes, and the weight proportion of the four kinds of particle size lightweight aggregate is (0-2): (6-10): (4-8): (3-7).

The dispersible latex powder adopts one, two or three of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, acrylic acid copolymer and polyvinyl alcohol.
The retarder adopts one or two of bone glue protein and sugar calcium gypsum retarder materials.
The water retention agent adopts hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose or hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, and the viscosity of the water retention agent is 30000-200000 mPa.
Under the condition of the same stacking density of the lightweight aggregate, the invention greatly improves the coating rate of the lightweight gypsum mortar by adjusting the grading of the lightweight aggregate particles, and does not influence the strength and the construction performance of the lightweight gypsum mortar.

The raw material ratio of the embodiment 7 is as follows: 853 parts of semi-hydrated gypsum, 105 parts of closed-pore vitrified micro-beads, 30 parts of open-pore pearls, 6.7 parts of dispersible latex powder, 1.3 parts of retarder and 4 parts of water-retaining agent.
The raw material ratio of the embodiment 8 is as follows: 853 parts of semi-hydrated gypsum, 35 parts of closed-cell vitrified micro-beads, 100 parts of open-cell perlite, 6.7 parts of dispersible emulsion powder, 1.3 parts of retarder and 4 parts of water-retaining agent.
The raw materials in the above examples were all commercially available, and the bulk density of the lightweight aggregate was 105. + -. 1.5kg/m3In the case where the fluctuation in bulk density is small, the particle size distribution is different between the examples and the comparative examples;

Comparative examples 1 to 2, the lightweight aggregate particles were mostly in the range of 20 to 50 mesh, i.e., large particles were more and particles smaller than 50 mesh were less. In the case of a large number of large particles, the voids between the particles are large, and in the gypsum mortar, the large voids are replaced by the gypsum slurry, and the volume per unit mass of comparative examples 1 and 2 is reduced, resulting in a coating rate that is apparently not high. Compared with the comparative examples 1 and 2, the selected lightweight aggregate has certain bulk density, but more large particles in the particles, poor particle grading, lower actual coating area of the gypsum mortar dry powder, non-fine slurry, poor viscosity and low flatness of the coated surface after construction.
Claims (7)
1. The high-coating-rate light gypsum mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 900 parts of semi-hydrated gypsum, 30-160 parts of light aggregate particles, 0-15 parts of dispersible emulsion powder, 0.25-3 parts of retarder and 0.5-5 parts of water-retaining agent; the method is characterized in that:
the lightweight aggregate particles refer to closed-cell vitrified micro-beads and/or open-cell perlite; the particle size range of the lightweight aggregate is less than or equal to 0.85mm, namely the passing rate of the sieve mesh with the aperture of 0.85mm (20 meshes) is 100 percent;
