The emergency rapid transfer system for liquid medium on board a ship according to claim 7, wherein said power transfer mechanism (6) comprises: the device comprises a hose winch (25), a hydraulic pump station (26), an air compressor (27), a skid-mounted base (28) and a pumping device (29); the hose winch (25), the hydraulic pump station (26), the air compressor (27) and the pumping device (29) are integrated on the skid-mounted base (28) and are respectively fixed at preset positions on the power platform (5) through the fixing devices (11); when the whole transmission pipeline is not unfolded, the water pipeline (3) is wound in the hose winch (25), and the hydraulic pump station (26) provides a hydraulic power source for the hose winch (25), the air compressor (27) and the pumping device (29).

The emergency rapid transportation system for the shipborne liquid medium as claimed in claim 8, wherein the pumping device (29) is composed of a relay booster pump (30) and a submersible/water pump (7), and the relay booster pump (30) and the submersible/water pump (7) are connected through a connecting hose.
10. The emergency rapid transfer system for liquid media on board a ship according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising: an auxiliary work boat (4) for inspecting the entire pipeline.
