The wrapping strip is extruded into a groove shape or a U shape and then maintains the state, the first power source 242 drives the moving member 243 to restore to the original position, and the wrapping strip 100 on the delivery device 20 reserves the wrapping strip with the groove shape or the U shape, so when the press fitting member 110 clamps the stub bar and rotates the storage roller 11, the wrapping strip with the groove shape can counteract the instant stretching force generated when the storage roller 11 rotates, the stub bar can not break away from the technical problem of the storage roller 11, and the wrapping efficiency of the bead ring wrapping machine is improved. In addition, the winding ring device 10 provided with the storage roller 11 is provided with an opening part M, the material delivery plate 21 on the material delivery device 20 can movably convey the wrapping band 100 to the N part of the groove of the storage roller 11 in a mode of penetrating through the opening part M, and the material head of the wrapping band 100 is pressed in the N part of the groove by the pressing piece 110.
Preferably, the second stopping element 221 is disposed at the upstream of the rolling device 244 in the conveying direction of the wrapping band 100, and the second stopping element 221 is disposed below the rolling device 244 to prevent the wrapping band in a groove shape or a U-shape from naturally recovering to the original state after the moving member 243 is reset and removed.
According to the repeated experiments of the applicant, the pressing and separating effect of Bao Butiao tape head is better when the pressure value applied by the pressing member 110 is 20 to 240 newtons. The length of the transfer plate 21 is preferably 14 cm to 42 cm, and the moving travel range of the transfer plate is preferably 13 cm to 39 cm, so as to achieve a better technical application effect.
In addition, the storage driving device 30 of the present invention includes a bottom plate 31, a second sliding rail 32, a second sliding block 321 and a third driving source 37 (such as a cylinder) disposed on the bottom plate 31, a fixed plate 33 fixed to the second sliding block 321 and capable of moving reciprocally along the second sliding rail 32 under the driving of the third driving source 37, a bracket 34 disposed on the fixed plate 33, a second power source 35 (such as a motor) disposed on the bracket 34, and a gear assembly 36, wherein the second power source 35 can drive the gear assembly 36 to rotate, and the gear assembly 36 can be a single gear or a combination structure of multiple gears, and the present invention adopts 3 gear linkage structures (as shown in fig. 6). The storage driving device 30 is arranged on one side of the storage roller 11 and is arranged in the same straight line direction with the protective cover 111, so that the butt joint stroke of the gear assembly 36 and the protective cover 111 is shortened, the running time is saved, and the working efficiency of the whole machine is improved.
