2. The punch module of claim 1, wherein the support portion is formed of a material having a hardness of T, wherein T is 40HBW ≦ T ≦ 45 HBW.
3. The punch module of claim 1 wherein the support portion comprises acrylic or silicone.
4. The punch module of claim 1 wherein the punch assembly further comprises a first knife drive assembly mounted to the frame for driving the first knife from the first knife preparation station to the operative position.
5. The punch module of claim 4 wherein the first knife drive assembly includes a first drive cylinder having a cylinder block mounted to the housing, a piston rod of the first drive cylinder having a travel in a first direction, and a free end of the piston rod drivingly connected to the first knife.
6. The punch module of claim 4 further including a reset member disposed between the first knife and the housing, the reset member being configured to reset the first knife from the operative position to the first knife preparation station.
7. The punch module of claim 6 wherein the return member comprises a spring, one end of the spring being connected to the first cutter and the other end of the spring being connected to the housing.
8. The punch module of claim 4 wherein the housing comprises:
the fixed seat is provided with a driving station, the driving assembly is installed on the driving station, and the driving end of the driving assembly has a movable stroke along a first direction;
the movable seat is rotatably installed on the fixed seat, a plurality of first tool preparation stations and a plurality of punching stations corresponding to the first tool preparation stations are arranged on the movable seat at intervals along the circumferential direction of a rotating shaft of the movable seat, each first tool preparation station is provided with a first tool, each first tool preparation station has a driving preparation position corresponding to the driving station in a movable stroke of the movable seat, and the driving end can push the first tool to move to the working position in the driving preparation position.
9. The punch module of claim 1 wherein the support portion is movably mounted to the housing in a first direction;
the punching assembly further comprises a supporting part driving assembly, the supporting part driving assembly is arranged between the supporting part and the machine base and used for driving the supporting part to move.
10. The punching module of claim 9, wherein a guide structure is further disposed between the support portion and the housing, the guide structure includes a sliding slot extending along the first direction and a protrusion adapted to the sliding slot, the sliding slot is disposed on the housing, and the protrusion is disposed on the support portion.
11. The punching module of claim 1, wherein the frame further comprises a waste collection assembly disposed corresponding to the support portion and/or the first cutter for collecting waste films cut during punching.
12. The punching module of claim 11, wherein the first cutter and/or the support portion has a cutting surface for abutting against the protective film, the cutting surface having a through-feed hole therethrough;
the waste material collecting assembly comprises an adsorption cavity communicated with the material passing port, and the adsorption cavity is used for adsorbing the waste film from the material passing port to the adsorption cavity.
13. The punch module of claim 1 further comprising a smoothing assembly disposed on the base for smoothing out a protective film on the workpiece.
14. The punch module of claim 13 wherein the smoothing assembly comprises:
the mounting frame is movably mounted on the base so as to have a smoothing working position;
the roller is arranged on the mounting frame in a rolling mode and is in rolling contact with the workpiece with the film when the roller is located at the smoothing working position;
and the smoothing driving assembly is used for driving the mounting rack to move.
15. A punch module as recited in claim 14 wherein the stroking drive assembly comprises a second drive cylinder.
16. The punching module of claim 15, wherein the second drive cylinder has an operating air pressure of F, wherein F is 0.1MPa or less and 0.2MPa or less.
17. The punching module of claim 1, wherein the workpiece is further provided with a gap, and a protective film is covered at the gap;
the punching module further comprises a second cutter, and the second cutter is movably mounted on the base, so that the second cutter has a cutting working position which moves to the gap to cut the protective film.
18. A film laminating apparatus comprising a punching module according to any one of claims 1 to 17.
19. The film laminating machine of claim 18, wherein the machine base comprises a fixed base and a movable base, the fixed base is provided with the punching station, the fixed base is further provided with a loading station, a film laminating station and a cutting station, the loading station is used for loading the movable base, and the movable base is rotatably mounted on the fixed base so as to be switched among the loading station, the film laminating station, the punching station and the cutting station;
the pad pasting mechanism still includes:
the film sticking module is arranged at the film sticking station and used for sticking a film on a workpiece; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the cutting module is arranged at the cutting station and is used for cutting the punched workpiece.
