Abstract

The two end fixing claws 1 are fixedly connected with the two sliding blocks respectively (or integrally processed), so that when the sliding blocks move along the axial direction of the screw rod, the torsion spring can be driven to compress by the end fixing claws 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the middle fixing claw 2 has a rod structure with a limit groove at one end, and can drive the torsion spring 7 to twist 180 degrees after limiting the middle part of the torsion spring 7; the middle fixing claw 2 is provided with a threaded hole; the connecting seat 5 is arranged on the lower side of the torsion spring 7, and the middle fixing claw 2 is arranged on the upper side of the torsion spring 7 in the initial stage, and the middle part of the torsion spring 7 is limited through the limiting groove; then the middle fixing claw 2 is turned downwards to drive the torsion spring 7 to twist downwards. The connecting seat 5 is provided with a vertical bulge, and a threaded hole matched with the fixing screw is arranged on the bulge; after the intermediate fixing jaw 2 is turned down to a set angle (at this time, the intermediate fixing jaw 2 is located at the lower side of the torsion spring 7), the intermediate fixing jaw 2 is fixedly connected with the connection base 5 by a fixing screw.

when the torsional spring 7 is assembled by adopting the torsional spring installation tool, the torsional spring 7 is firstly fixed in a limiting groove above a torsional spring fixing claw (at the moment, the middle fixing claw 2 is positioned on the upper side of the torsional spring 7), and a limiting rod 6 penetrates into a central hole of the torsional spring 7; after the torsion spring is twisted by 120 degrees through the middle fixing claw 2, the fixing screw is screwed to fix the middle fixing claw 2 and the connecting seat 5. Then, the torsion spring 7 is pressed from two ends through the compression assembly 3, the torsion spring 7 is compressed to a set length, then the torsion spring 7 is sent to a torsion spring installation position, the limiting rod 6 is detached, the wing shaft is penetrated, the fixing screw is detached after the torsion spring 7 is installed in place, and the middle fixing claw 2 and the rest tool assemblies are respectively taken down.
