the arc-shaped groove 10 is arranged in the turntable 9, as the welding part needs to be welded linearly or in an arc shape, in order to clean the arc-shaped welding part more conveniently, the fixing rod 15 is rotated manually, the inner end of the fixing rod 15 is connected with the welding gun 1 in a rotating manner, the outer end of the fixing rod is connected with the air pipe 4 in a fixed manner, the air pipes 4 on the left side and the right side of the welding head 2 are respectively internally provided with a connecting rod 11 and a hollow rod 12, the lower end of the connecting rod 11 is fixedly connected with the brush 7, the lower end of the hollow rod 12 is connected with the slag removing brush 8 in a rotating manner, the air pipe 4 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the fixing rod 15, so that the connecting rod 11 and the hollow rod 12 are driven to rotate, the positions of the brush 7 and the slag removing brush 8 are adjusted, the radian degree of the arc-shaped groove 10 is 160 degrees, the angle for adjusting the fixing rod 15 is greatly increased, the cleaning range of the brush 7 and the slag removing brush 8 is increased, and the condition that workpieces with different sizes cannot be cleaned by a cleaning assembly is avoided, so as to deal with more variable conditions;
for the safety of equipment, the connecting rod 11 and the hollow rod 12 are respectively arranged at two sides of the welding head 2, and the working environment is changeable, so that the connecting rod 11 or the hollow rod 12 is prevented from deforming due to collision in working, the hair brush 7 connected with the connecting rod 11 and the slag removing brush 8 connected with the hollow rod 12 cannot be normally adjusted, and then the cleaning effect cannot be maximized, so that the connecting rod 11 and the hollow rod 12 are respectively arranged in the air pipe 4, the adjustment assembly can be normally adjusted, and the safety of the equipment is ensured;

the adjusting component is arranged below the welding gun (1) and used for adjusting the position of the cleaning component in a working state.

the upper ends of the two air pipes (4) are respectively connected with the air pump (3) through a turntable (9), and the lower ends of the air pipes (4) respectively extend to the left side and the right side of the welding gun (1);
the two dust hoods (14) are arranged on two sides of the welding head (2), the left dust hood is a first dust hood (5), the right dust hood is a second dust hood (6), and the first dust hood (5) and the second dust hood (6) are respectively communicated with the corresponding air pipes (4);
the brush (7), the said brush (7) is set up in the first suction hood (5);
the slag removing brush (8), the slag removing brush (8) is arranged inside the second dust hood (6);
and the dust filtering bag (16) is arranged between the air pipe (4) and the air pump (3) and is fixedly connected with the air pipe (4).
3. The laser welding apparatus with automatic pre-weld and post-weld cleaning according to claim 1, wherein: the adjustment assembly includes:
the two arc-shaped grooves (10) are arranged in the turntable (9) in a left-right mode;
the connecting rod (11) is arranged below the welding gun (1), the connecting rod (11) is positioned in the air pipe (4) inside the turntable (9) and is fixedly connected with the air pipe (4), and the lower end of the connecting rod (11) is fixedly connected with the hairbrush (7);
the welding gun comprises a hollow rod (12), the hollow rod (12) is arranged below the welding gun (1), the hollow rod (12) is positioned in an air pipe (4) inside a turntable (9) and is fixedly connected with the air pipe (4), and the lower end of the hollow rod (12) is rotatably connected with a slag removing brush (8);
the motor (13) is arranged inside the hollow rod (12) and is fixedly connected with the hollow rod (12), and an output shaft of the motor (13) is fixedly connected with the slag removing brush (8);
the fixing rod (15), the fixing rod (15) sets up in carousel (9) top, the fixing rod (15) inboard is rotated with welding rifle (1) and is connected, trachea (4) fixed connection of the dead lever (15) outside and parcel connecting rod (11) and hollow rod (12).
4. A laser welding apparatus with automatic pre-weld and post-weld cleaning according to claim 2, characterized in that: the material of the air pipe (4) adopts ceramic fireproof and fire-resistant silicon rubber for wires and cables.
