In the actual use process of the existing water dephosphorization equipment, the descaling effect is often found to be remarkably reduced after a period of use. It has been found that this is mainly due to the blockage of the spray head inside it. Because during water descaling, high pressure water jets form mechanical impact to remove scale, but form oxide dust, because the atomized droplets do not overflow and are largely able to flush out for collection, the problem of head clogging is not initially recognized. The researchers of the invention find that when the actual oxide dust is affected by the atomized liquid drops to sink and is flushed, a small part of the oxide dust is actually accumulated in the nozzle under the influence of the water tension on the surface of the nozzle, and especially in a short period of time after the operation of the nozzle is finished, a sufficient amount of atomized liquid drops are not needed to enable the oxide dust to completely sink and flush, and a large amount of oxide dust enters the nozzle and is deposited in the nozzle, and then the oxide dust is dried and solidified.
