the lower pressing block (143), the third limiting block (141) is provided with the lower pressing block (143) which is used for enabling the water blocking block (9) not to block the disinfection box (1) any more, the poking rod (142) is connected with the lower pressing block (143) in a sliding mode, and the lower pressing block (143) is matched with the water blocking block (9).
