The gas branch pipe 442 includes a pipe 4421, a rod head 4422 and a check valve 46, wherein the pipe 4421 is communicated with the gas pipe 441, so that gas enters the pipe 4421, the pipe head 4422 is also made of metal, the pipe head 4422 is an L-shaped rod, the pipe head 4422 is provided with a plurality of gas outlets with upward openings, gas leaks from the gas outlets 4422a, and the rod head 4422 is designed into an L-shaped structure, which can ensure uniform flame after the gas is ignited.
With further reference to fig. 14-15, the check valve 46 is disposed inside the tube 4421, and the check valve 46 is used to prevent dust in the furnace 100 from entering the tube 4421 from the air outlet when the gas stops being transported, so as to prevent carbon deposition inside the tube 4421. The check valve 46 includes a valve seat 461, a valve element 462 and a return spring 463, wherein the valve seat 461 is a stainless steel metal seat, the valve seat 461 is cylindrical, and a plurality of triangular ports 4611 are formed on a side wall of the valve seat 461, and the ports 4611 are designed to be triangular, which has the advantages that the valve seat 461 is high in strength and is not easily damaged. Meanwhile, a connecting seat 4612 is integrated at one end of the valve seat 461, a movable opening 4612a is opened on the connecting seat 4612, and a rotation stopping protrusion 4612b is arranged on the inner wall of the movable opening 4612 a. The valve core 462 is a thin-wall metal core with a hollow inner part, and the valve core 462 specifically comprises a blocking part 4621 and a core rod 4622, wherein the blocking part 4621 is disc-shaped, and the middle of the blocking part 4621 is recessed towards the core rod 4622 to form a concave part 4622a with an arc-shaped surface, and the concave part 4622a can accumulate gas in the concave part 4622a, so that the blocking part 4621 can be pushed to move more quickly. This accelerates the movement of the valve element 462, and thus the gas pressure of the gas in the gas branch pipe 442 is not too high to push the valve element 462. The core rod 4622 is a hollow metal rod, the core rod 4622 is provided with a rotation stopping groove 4622c, and the rotation stopping groove 4622c corresponds to the rotation stopping protrusion 4612b, so that the valve core 462 cannot rotate, and the stability of the movement of the valve core 462 is ensured. A return spring 463 is fitted over the stem 4622, and one end of the return spring 463 contacts the stopper 4621 and the other end contacts the connecting seat 4612, so that the return spring 463 pushes the valve element 462 to close the front end of the valve seat 461.
Meanwhile, the inner wall of the gas branch pipe 442 is provided with a positioning convex part 4429, the positioning convex part 4429 is a convex ring, one end of the valve seat 461 abuts against the positioning convex part 4429, the inner wall of the rod head 4422 is provided with two limiting convex parts 4422c, and when the rod head 4422 is connected to the rod body 3151, the two limiting convex parts and the positioning convex part 4429 cooperate to clamp the valve seat 461, so that the one-way valve 46 is fixed. Specifically, the gas guiding tube 41 is connected to the gas tube 441, and the gas guiding tube 41 controls the gas amount through a valve arranged on the furnace body 11, so as to adjust the flame size. The pressure reducing valve 42 is connected to the gas line 41, and then the pressure reducing valve 42 is connected to the liquefied gas cylinder. Of course have the ignition switch of gas in this application, this ignition switch is the same with the ignition mode of gas range on the existing market, for prior art, also can adopt the lighter to ignite simultaneously, and it is prior art, consequently no longer gives unnecessary details here.
In fig. 16-17, a gas distributor plate 47 is arranged inside the furnace body 11, the gas distributor plate 47 is a metal plate with an inverted V-shaped cross section, a socket 471 is arranged at a position of the gas distributor plate 47 close to the end, and the socket 471 is a square opening. Fixed blocks 472 are respectively arranged on the front and rear inner walls of the furnace body 11, the fixed blocks 472 are metal blocks, the section of the fixed blocks 472 is approximately Z-shaped, the fixed blocks 472 include a connecting plate 4721, a transition plate 4722, an inclined plate 4723 and a fixed plate 4724, wherein the connecting plate 4721 is a plate along the height direction of the furnace body 11, the transition plate 4722 is a metal plate vertically integrated on the connecting plate 4721, the inclined plate 4723 is obliquely arranged at one end of the transition plate 4722, and the inclined plate 4723 is a metal plate with a triangular section. The end of the inclined plate 4723 extends forward to form the fixing plate 4724, and a sleeve joint block 4725 is integrated on the fixing plate 4724, when the gas distributor plate 47 is placed on the fixing block 472, the sleeve joint block 4725 is sleeved in the sleeve joint 471, so that the gas distributor plate 47 is supported and fixed.

Claims (10)

1. A solid-gas dual-fuel type smoking oven comprises an oven, an oven foot for supporting the oven, a fuel conveying device for conveying solid fuel into the oven and a gas combustion device for combusting gas, wherein the fuel conveying device is arranged at one side of the oven, and the gas combustion device is arranged in the oven; the gas combustion device is characterized by comprising a gas guide for conveying gas, a pressure reducing valve arranged at one end of the gas guide, an external sleeve arranged in the oven and an internal ignition tube, wherein the internal ignition tube is arranged on the external sleeve and is used for unidirectional gas supply.
2. The solid-gas dual-fuel type smoking oven according to claim 1, wherein the internal ignition tube comprises a gas tube and a plurality of gas branch tubes arranged along the length direction of the gas tube, the gas branch tubes are communicated with the gas tube, and each gas branch tube comprises a tube body, a rod head screwed with the tube body, and a check valve arranged in the tube body.
3. The solid-gas dual-fuel type smoking oven as claimed in claim 2, wherein the one-way valve comprises a valve seat, a valve core movable on the valve seat and a return spring sleeved on the valve core, and the valve core is arranged in a hollow manner.
4. The solid-gas dual-fuel type smoking oven as claimed in claim 3, wherein the valve seat is provided with a plurality of triangular through holes, and the valve seat is provided with a connecting seat with a movable hole; the valve core comprises a blocking part matched with the valve seat and a core rod penetrating into the movable opening, and the core rod and the blocking part are integrated together; and a concave part with an arc-shaped inner wall is arranged on the blocking part.
5. The solid-gas dual-fuel type smoking oven according to claim 4, wherein the inner wall of the movable opening is provided with a rotation stopping convex part, and the core bar is provided with a rotation stopping groove corresponding to the rotation stopping convex part.

The solid-gas dual-fuel type smoking oven according to claim 4, wherein the inner wall of the gas branch pipe is provided with a positioning convex part, the inner wall of the rod head is provided with a limiting convex part which is matched with the positioning convex part to clamp the valve seat, and the number of the limiting convex parts is two.
7. The solid-gas dual fuel type smoking oven of claim 1, wherein the fuel delivery device comprises a feed tank, a combustion chamber, a feeder for delivering solid fuel from the feed tank into the combustion chamber; wherein the bin is provided with a filter plate, and the filter plate is provided with a plurality of square filter holes.

The solid-gas dual-fuel type smoking oven according to claim 7, wherein the middle part of the feed box is provided with a material accumulation barrel with a circular funnel, and a material release plate for closing and opening the lower end opening of the material accumulation barrel is arranged below the material accumulation barrel.

The solid-gas dual-fuel type smoking oven as claimed in claim 7, wherein the material releasing plate is provided with a convex part, the convex part is provided with a connecting shaft connected with the material accumulating barrel, a tension spring is sleeved on the connecting shaft, one end of the tension spring is connected with the material accumulating barrel, and the other end of the tension spring is connected with the convex part; the convex part is provided with a gear, a motor is arranged outside the material box, and the motor is connected with the gear through a chain.

The solid-gas dual-fuel type smoking oven according to claim 7, wherein the protrusion is vertically provided with a material vibrating rod, and the material vibrating rod comprises a rod body connected with the protrusion, a knocking rod for knocking the outer wall of the accumulated material barrel and a spring for connecting the rod body and the knocking rod.
