the seat body 15 is fixed with a fixed column seat on the heat insulation shell 3, the spring column seat 152 extends into the lower end of the return spring 17, the upper end of the return spring 17 is inserted into the spring seat 162, the microswitch 14 is fixed on the switch fixing part, the driven rod 161 extends out of the rod hole 311 to be matched with the annular flange 41 of the inner container 4, and the driving block 163 is matched with the button of the microswitch 14. After the top cover and the upper bakeware component 10 are buckled with the lower bakeware component, the top cover and the upper bakeware component act on the driven rod 161, the driving piece 16 moves downwards, and the inclined plane of the driving block 163 acts on the button of the microswitch 14;
the microswitch 14 acts as a signal switch or a power switch. By adopting the structure, the main control board is electrically conducted only after being buckled; after the cover is opened, the driving block 163 leaves the microswitch 14, and the main control panel is powered off, preventing operation in the open state.

1. A multi-functional culinary art all-in-one which characterized in that: it comprises a base, a shell, a heat insulation shell, an inner container, a lower baking tray component, an elastic supporting component, a cross flow fan, an oil receiving box, a top cover, an upper baking tray component and a main control panel which are arranged on the top cover,
the base comprises a main control board cavity arranged at the front part, a fan cavity arranged at the rear part, a functional hole arranged on the bottom plate and an oil receiving box cavity arranged on the bottom plate and provided with a front opening, the top of the fan cavity is provided with an air inlet hole, one side of the bottom of the fan cavity is provided with an air outlet hole, and the bottom plate of the oil receiving box cavity is provided with a non-functional hole;
the heat insulation shell comprises a top annular seat plate, an annular shoulder, an air outlet cavity arranged at the rear part, an air return cavity arranged at the front part, an oil discharge hole arranged at the other side of the bottom plate and an oil guide groove communicated with the oil discharge hole, wherein the oil guide groove extends to the annular shoulder through a side wall plate;
the inner container comprises an annular flanging with an upper opening, a through hole and an oil collecting hole which are arranged on the bottom plate, an annular baffle plate arranged at the upper end of the through hole, a return air hole arranged on the front wall plate and an air outlet hole arranged on the rear wall plate, and the annular baffle plate and the inner container wall plate form an annular oil collecting tank;
the main control board is arranged in the main control board cavity, the through fan is arranged in the fan cavity, and the lower end of the shell is fixed with the base; the oil receiving box is detachably matched with the oil receiving box cavity, the heat insulation shell is embedded into the shell, and the upper end of the shell is fixed with the top annular seat plate of the heat insulation shell; the inner container is embedded into the heat insulation shell, the annular flanging is embedded with the counter bore on the top annular seat plate, the circumferential wall of the inner container is attached to the heat insulation shell, the air outlet hole is communicated with an air inlet interface at the upper end of the air outlet cavity, and the air return hole is communicated with an air return air outlet interface at the upper end of the air return cavity; the fan cavity supports a bottom plate of the heat insulation shell at the air outlet cavity and is communicated with the air outlet cavity, and a return air inlet interface of the return air cavity is matched with the main control board cavity to form a return air channel; the residual oil drain hole on the lower baking tray component is opposite to the annular oil collecting groove, the oil collecting hole is communicated with the oil guide groove, and the oil drain hole is opposite to the upper opening of the oil receiving box; the elastic supporting component is arranged on the bottom plate of the heat insulation shell and supports the lower baking tray component, the upper baking tray component is arranged in the top cover, and the top cover is hinged with the heat insulation shell.

The all-in-one multifunctional cooking machine according to claim 1, wherein: the lower baking tray component comprises a lower tray body, a lower electric heating tube and a lower electric heating tube seat with an upper opening, and a lower electric heating tube groove is formed in the lower surface of the lower tray body;
the lower electric heating tube seat comprises a wiring terminal extending hole arranged on the bottom plate and an annular supporting plate arranged on the upper opening,
the elastic support component is fixed with the lower electric heating tube seat, the lower electric heating tube is fixed on a bottom plate of the lower electric heating tube seat, the lower disc body is buckled with the lower electric heating tube seat and can be detachably matched with the lower electric heating tube seat, and the lower electric heating tube is embedded into the lower electric heating tube groove.

the upper electric heating tube is fixed in the upper electric heating tube seat, the upper tray body is embedded and can be detached with a counter bore of the upper electric heating tube seat, the upper electric heating tube is embedded and can be detached with the upper electric heating tube groove, and the annular cover plate is buckled with the top cover.
