Abstract

本申请提供了一种无线通信方法和装置，该方法包括：支持两个以上用户身份的终端设备需要进行RRC切换时，终端设备向第一接入网设备发送第一消息，请求以第二用户身份建立或恢复第二RRC连接，其中，第一消息包括辅助信息，第一接入网设备可以根据辅助信息确定释放或者去激活第一RRC连接；第一接入网设备确定释放或者去激活第一RRC连接，并通过第二消息指示终端设备释放或者去激活所述第一RRC连接。通过向接入网设备发送包括辅助信息的请求消息，能够使接入网设备确定去激活或释放RRC连接，避免数据传输的突然中断，也避免了终端设备以多个用户身份建立RRC连接时乒乓切换，优化了用户体验。
