Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于封闭的,至少包括一个电极的电弧炉的装料装置,该炉尤其用于废铁熔炼,为了能够以适宜的量、时间和地点向炉内填料,根据本发明在炉盖(18)上设置一个环形腔(31)。在环形腔中设有一个可相对炉主轴(I)同心运动的运送装置(32),其上悬挂有起重电磁铁(35)。另外设置至少一个从侧面伸入上炉缸(13)中的物料供给(40),起重电磁铁(35)相对物料供给装置(40)以一个能可靠接收炉料的距离从装置(40)旁经过。

Description

用于电弧炉的装料装置
本发明涉及一种用于封闭的、至少包含一个电极的电弧炉的装料装置。该电弧炉尤其用于熔炼废铁,利用该装置与电极同心地并均匀地围绕着电极进行填料。
向熔炉中均匀地填入炉料非常有益于熔炼设备安全地进行生产。这尤其适用于具有相对较高炉身结构并由此具有相对较高配料柱(Mollersaule)的低身竖炉。在以常规方式通过一个装料筐向可由盖封闭的电弧炉中送料时,有多种将软熔炼物及助熔剂填进炉头的可能性。
如德国专利DE 3107016C2所公开的,其中,用于熔炼含铁材料的电弧炉设备是将输送物径一个可反向输送机以及位于其端部带有附属进料管的卸料装置将炉料填入炉中。为了相当均匀地将输送物排放到配料柱上,就必须要以不佳的方式将用于装炉的进料管引至炉头。
另外,德国专利DE 3314943C2中公开了一种用于向电热熔炉装料的装置,利用该装置将炉料从炉顶与电极同心地且均匀地围绕着电极导入,其中设有环形腔,该环形腔的底部具有至少一个可关闭的,通向着炉缸的孔,通过该孔可将炉料迭入上炉缸中。该环形腔之底部可以单独转动,从而使炉料穿过随后打开的孔落入炉中。根据该文件所公开的装料装置,输送料从较高的位置滑落到空的环形腔底部上并且在底板旋转时在处于高磨损的情况下通过底板。另外,在采用这种结构的装置时必须使笨大的部件运动,这将使该装置仅适于相对轻的颗粒材料。
本发明的目的在于提供一种简单且适于维修的装料装置,利用该装置可以预定地以适宜的量,时间和位置将含金属的炉料,尤其是废铁送进炉头。
本发明以权利要求1中特征部分的特征实现上述目的。在从属权利要求中给出了本发明的有利的进一步实施方案。
根据本发明,在炉盖上的受到保护的位置将运送装置引入环形腔中。在该运送装置上悬挂电磁铁,该磁铁从物料供给装置上取下含铁的炉料并且在其运行中与电极同轴地在其周围的指定点上将炉料卸入炉中。为此,在炉中设置测量炉料调度的水平测量装置。这个例如为铅锤形式的水平测量装置用于控制各磁铁的卸料位置。由此,这种控制不仅可以达到尽可能均匀的水平面,而且很明显为了控制炉料量还可设定所期望的水平面差。
利用物料供给装置和磁铁即可很好地输送炉料,尤其是废铁,直至最终将其置于配料表面上。
将环形腔构置成使得腐蚀性的炉气不能到达运送装置。这一目的是这样实现的,即从环形腔至炉头的通道被密封并且为环形腔(有可能的话带有轻微的过压)的内腔保持为炉头中的压力。为此,在炉盖缝的区域中设置用以将其封闭的元件。在此例如可以装入滑动板,这些滑动板在运行期间由输送机构夹紧。但也可以置入密封件,这种密封件是弹性的或者在运行期间由输送单元挤开,并且在共它时间被压在缝上。
利用物料供给装置的适宜的密封可以保证,没有烟气排出炉头,除去应该达到的位置之外。
为了向炉头输送物料设置输送带或滑槽。物料供给单元的头部伸入炉头中直至能够可靠地用电磁铁接收金属材料。
假如给物料供给单元之下的区域装料,则在采用物料输送带的情况下可以直接进行的是,在使用油槽时打开设在顶端的活门。
为了不使气体在物料供给装置的区域中从炉头向外排出,或者设置密封或者将输送单元置于一个隔离室中。在使用密封件的情况下,有利的形式是采用弹性耐热材料,另外此时由一层气膜来提高密封性并且特别是通过冷却来减少磨损。
在采用隔离室时至少包括两个闭锁件,这样在物料时输运时分别打开一个闭锁通道而气密地封闭另一个。
所建议的装料装置允许将任意量的物料供给封闭的炉子而不中断熔融过程。由于其轻巧的结构可以将装料装置设在炉头上。这样可以随着所希望的效果任意加长上炉缸,因而可以自由选择配料柱的高度并使其明显高于至今常用的高度。
这种轻巧的结构允许至少在一个限定的角度之中更换整个炉缸。利用向外突出的供料装置还可以实施在已知界限内位置准确的装料。
附图中表示了一个本发明的实施例。其中:
图1是在使用输送带时炉子的剖视图;
图2是在使用一个滑槽时的局部视图。
在此,图1表示了一个电弧炉的下炉缸11,其上设有一个放液装置12。上炉缸13与下炉缸11固定连接,且上炉缸13还包括一个冷却区14。用炉盖18将上炉缸13气密封闭。
在图1的左侧有一个电极21穿过炉盖,该电极固定在一个没有表示出来的支承装置上,而在图1的右侧有一个置于炉的主轴线I上的电极22,该电极在电极座23中突出直至下炉缸11的区域中。
在炉盖上向外或向内突出地设置一个环形腔31,其中设有一个可在导轨33上运动的运送装置32。可以相互平行或垂直地水平设置导轨33。
在运送装置32上设有一个悬挂装置34,将起重电磁铁35挂在该装置上。通过设在炉盖18上的缝对起重电磁铁35导向。用盖板36最大限度防尘地将缝19封住。
在上炉缸13的圆柱形外壳中设有通道15,例如以配料输送带41的形式穿过该通道15向炉内输料。在图1的左侧由突出部分16包围着输送带41,突出部分16具有一个盖17。在图1的右侧,输送带41在其通道15处由密封件47包围,该密封件最大限度地防止烟气外溢。这种密封可以由用于生成气膜的装置(图中未进一步表示)来予以改善。
将带有泵51和导管52的压力站连接在环形腔31上,因此通过利用此压力站生成轻微的过压来保持环形腔无尘和冷却。
在上炉缸13中设有一个水平测量装置61,该铅锤62形式的装置固定在由绞盘64门导的绳索63上。
在图2中将滑槽42表示为物料供给装置40,滑槽42设在一个隔离室44中且在其头部处设有一个活门43。隔离室44有一个外隔离室孔45和一个内隔离室孔46。
另外,隔离室44通过导管54与用于产生轻微过压的泵53相连接。

Claims (10)

1.用于封闭的、至少具有一个电极的电弧炉的装料装置,该电弧炉尤其用于熔炼废铁,利用该装置与电极同心地并均匀地围绕着电极将炉料填入,其特征在于,在炉盖(18)上设置一个环形腔(31),在环形腔(31)中设置一个可相对炉主轴同心运动、与导轨连接的运送装置(32),在运送装置(32)上悬挂有可控制的起重电磁铁(35),至少设置一个侧向伸入上炉缸(13)中的物料供给装置(40),起重电磁铁(35)以相对物料供给装置(40)相距一个使电磁铁可靠接收炉料的距离从物料供给装置(40)旁经过。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在炉盖(18)中设置一个环形走向的缝(19),一根杆状的起重电磁铁(35)的悬挂装置可通过该缝(19)导引。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,在悬挂装置(34)之间设置盖板(36),该盖板防止灰尘从上炉缸(13)中进入环形腔(31)中。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,盖板(36)为环形滑动板的形式。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的装置,其特征在于,经导管(52)将环形腔(31)与泵(51)相连,利用该泵可以调节环形腔(31)中的轻微的空气过压。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,物料供给装置(40)是一个循环输送带(41),例如是一个平板管。
7.如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,在通道(15)处,输送带(41)穿过上炉缸(13)的侧壁穿过设置成密封件(47)的围墙。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,密封件(47)由弹性耐热材料制成并制成成形结构。
9.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,物料供给装置(40)为滑槽(42)。
10.如权利要求6或9所述的装置,其特征在于,炉料可以穿过气密的,可关闭的隔离室(44)进料。
