Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the beverage supply device according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external configuration of a beverage supply device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a block diagram schematically showing a characteristic control system of the beverage supply device shown in fig. 1. The beverage supply device 1 illustrated here is a beverage dispenser installed in facilities such as restaurants and food squares, for example, and the beverage supply device 1 includes a device body 10 and a control unit 50.
The apparatus main body 10 is a box having an opening on the front surface (hereinafter also referred to as a front surface opening), and a plurality of adjustment legs 11 for adjusting the height are provided on the bottom of the apparatus main body 10. The front surface opening of the apparatus body 10 is opened or closed by a front surface door 12. The front door 12 is a door body having a heat insulating structure and has a size sufficient to cover not only the front opening but also a part of a lower region of the front opening, and the front door 12 is provided so as to be swingable around a central axis of a shaft portion, not shown, extending in the up-down direction at a front side edge portion of the apparatus main body 10.
The front surface of the front surface door 12 constitutes a passenger receiving surface, and the display operation unit 13 is provided on the front surface door 12. The display operation unit 13 is configured by, for example, a liquid crystal touch panel, and displays various information and is operated by an input operation based on a touch operation. When the touch operation is performed, the display operation unit 13 sends the input signal to the control unit 50.
The apparatus body 10 includes a supply table 20 and a beverage producing section 30. The supply table 20 is configured by providing a recess in a lower portion of the front surface of the apparatus main body 10, that is, in a lower region of the front surface opening. The supply table 20 includes: a mounting plate 21 having a mounting surface 21a on which the cup C is mounted; a rear wall 22 covering the rear surface of the carriage plate 21; and a top wall, not shown, facing the placement surface 21 a.
A cup guide 21b as a positioning member for placing the cup C and a drip tray 21C for collecting the scattered beverage are provided on the placement surface 21a of the placement plate 21. The top wall is provided with a beverage nozzle, not shown. The drink nozzle is provided on the ceiling wall so as to be provided in a region directly above the cup C placed and guided by the cup guide 21 b.
The beverage producing unit 30 is connected to the slurry tank 40, the carbonic acid gas tank 43, and the water tank 44 by respective pipes, and includes a pump group 31, a valve group 32, and a sensor group 33.
The slurry group 40 includes a plurality of (e.g., 2) bag-in-box (hereinafter also referred to as BIB)41 and a plurality of (e.g., 6) slurry tanks 42. BIB 41 is used to further store a baglike container in which a slurry (e.g., sugar-free slurry: stock beverage) is sealed in a box-like container, and BIB 41 is configured, for example, such that a plastic bag container in which a slurry is sealed is further stored in a corrugated paper box container. When the slurry sealed in the BIB 41 is poured out, the bag container contracts inside the tank container, so that air is prevented from entering the bag container, and the slurry is prevented from being oxidized. The plurality of BIBs 41 are housed in a state of being cooled by a cooling chamber inside the apparatus main body 10.
The slurry tank 42 stores slurry (e.g., syrup solution: stock beverage). The carbonic acid gas tank 43 stores carbonic acid gas, and the water tank 44 stores cooling water.
The pump unit 31 is configured to include a plurality of tube pumps. These tube pumps are used to pump out the slurry sealed in the BIB 41, and a tube pump is provided for each BIB 41. The pipe pump is attached to a pipe, not shown, connected to the corresponding BIB 41, and is driven by a motor built therein, thereby drawing the slurry from the BIB 41 so as to press the pipe with a plurality of rollers or the like, and discharging the slurry from the open end of the pipe to the cup C.
The valve block 32 includes valves provided in pipes connecting the respective slurry tanks 42 to the drink nozzles, valves provided in pipes connecting the water tanks 44 to the drink nozzles, and valves provided in pipes connecting the carbonated gas tanks 43 so as to merge with the pipes connecting the water tanks 44 to the drink nozzles. The valve block 32 having these valves opens the corresponding valves to supply any one of the slurry and water (dilution water), the slurry and carbonated water (dilution water), carbonated water only (including dilution water), and water only (including dilution water) to the beverage nozzle, and to discharge the slurry and water from the beverage nozzle to the cup C.
The sensor group 33 includes: a sold-out sensor for detecting the presence or absence of the slurry in the slurry group 40, the carbonic acid gas in the carbonic acid gas tank 43; and a flow sensor for detecting the flow rate of each pipe. These sensor groups 33 send the detection results to the control unit 50 as detection signals.
The control unit 50 is electrically connected to the display operation unit 13 and the beverage production unit 30, and controls the operations of the respective units collectively according to programs and data stored in a storage unit 51 that are electrically connected in the same manner, and the control unit 50 includes a display control processing unit 50a and a beverage production processing unit 50 b.
The display control processing unit 50a controls the display of various information in the display operation unit 13. The beverage generation processing unit 50b controls the supply of the beverage to the cup C by the beverage generation unit 30.
The control Unit 50 may be realized by executing a program, that is, software, by a Processing device such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), may be realized by hardware such as an IC (Integrated Circuit), or may be realized by using both software and hardware.
In the beverage supply device 1 having the above-described configuration, when the free-feed mode is selected by a touch operation on the setting operation screen (not shown) displayed on the display operation unit 13, the display control processing unit 50a of the control unit 50 causes the display operation unit 13 to display the language selection operation unit 13a and the beverage selection unit 13b as shown in fig. 3 in the standby state. Here, the free supply mode is a mode in which the beverage is supplied only while the user touches a predetermined region (region 13h displayed as "press") of the display operation unit 13, and will be described in detail later.
The language selection operation unit 13a is displayed in the uppermost region of the display operation unit 13, and can select one of japanese and languages 1 to 4 other than japanese, and selects japanese as an initial value.
The beverage selection unit 13b is an operation input area for selecting a beverage, and in the present embodiment, beverages "beverage 1" to "beverage 10" are displayed in a selectable manner in addition to water and carbonated water. The number of beverage selection parts 13b shown here is larger than the number obtained by adding the number of beverage liquids (the number of connected BIBs 41 and the number of connected slurry tanks 42) to the number of dilution water (the number of connected water tanks 44 and the number of connected carbonation gas tanks 43).
That is, in the beverage supply device 1, a plurality of beverages obtained by mixing a slurry with dilution water (water or carbonated water) are set in advance, and a beverage selection unit 13b capable of selecting the beverage is provided, so that the number of selectable beverages is larger than the number obtained by adding the slurry and the dilution water. In addition, the number of beverage selection portions 13b is variable.
In the illustrated example, the beverage selection unit 13b of "beverage 1" is displayed on the upper left side, and the beverage selection units 13b of beverages 2 to 10 are displayed in a row, but this shows an example, and the arrangement of the beverage selection units 13b can be changed on the setting operation screen. That is, the beverage selector 13b other than "beverage 1" can be displayed on the upper left side.
When the user touches the beverage selection unit 13b of "beverage 1" as a carbonated beverage, the display control processing unit 50a of the control unit 50 displays an array of the mixable beverage selection unit 13d, the mixing ratio adjustment operation unit 13e, the carbonation strength adjustment operation unit 13f, and the allergen display unit 13g as shown in fig. 4.
The mixable drink selection unit 13d is an area for selecting mixable drinks ("drink 2", "drink 3", "drink 5" and "drink 7") which can be mixed with "drink 1" displayed beside the selected drink display unit 13c for displaying "drink 1" as a selected drink.
The mixing ratio adjustment operation unit 13e is displayed below the selected beverage display unit 13c, and is an area for adjusting the mixing ratio between the selected beverage and the mixable beverage. The numbers "0" and "100" in the mixing ratio adjustment operation section 13e indicate the ratio of the selected beverage ("beverage 1"), and the mixing ratio can be adjusted by sliding the long bar display 131 to the left and right. The bar display 131 displays data set in advance for the selected beverage ("beverage 1") as an initial value at a position where a predetermined mixing ratio is formed (for example, selected beverage: mixable beverage: 7: 3).
The carbonation level adjustment operation unit 13f is displayed beside the mixable drink selection unit 13d, and is an area for adjusting the carbonation level. The carbonation level adjustment display unit displays "strong", "normal", "weak" and "none", and displays the selected beverage ("beverage 1") in a state where "normal" is selected, with data set in advance for the selected beverage as an initial value.
In addition, in the case where the selected beverage containing no carbonic acid is limited in sale according to the request of the manufacturer of the selected beverage ("beverage 1") or the like, the display control processing portion 50a can delete the display of "none" in the carbonic acid strength adjustment operation portion 13 f.
The allergen display unit 13g is an area for displaying the allergen ("substance 1", "substance 2", or "substance 3") when the allergen is contained in the selected beverage ("beverage 1") or the mixable beverage ("beverage 2", "beverage 3", "beverage 5", or "beverage 7").
In the arrangement display, when the touch operation is continued on the area 13h indicated as "press" after the mixable beverage has been selected and the mixing ratio has been adjusted and the strength of carbonic acid has been adjusted, the beverage generation processing unit 50b of the control unit 50 can supply a plurality of slurries (a slurry for selecting a beverage and a slurry for mixable beverage) from the slurry tank 42 to the beverage nozzles and carbonated water from the carbonated gas tank 43 and the water tank 44 to the beverage nozzles by opening the respective valves of the valve group 32 in the beverage generation unit 30 during the touch operation, and can supply the beverage to the cup C by discharging the slurries and the carbonated water from the beverage nozzles in a mixed state.
Here, the description is made on the assumption that the slurry of the selected beverage and the mixable beverage is stored in the slurry tank 42, but when the slurry of the selected beverage and the mixable beverage includes the sugar-free slurry, the control unit 50 drives the pump unit 31 during the touch operation to discharge the slurry from the BIB 41 to the cup C. In this case, dilution water is ejected from the beverage nozzle, and the slurry from BIB 41 and the dilution water are supplied to cup C in a mixed state.
When the user releases the touch operation on the area 13h indicated as "press", the beverage generation processing unit 50b of the control unit 50 closes the corresponding valve and stops the supply of the beverage to the cup C.
On the other hand, in the above arrangement display, when the touch operation is continued on the area 13h indicated as "press" without selecting a mixable beverage, during the touch operation, the beverage generation processing unit 50b of the control unit 50 can supply a beverage to the cup C by sending the slurry from the slurry tank 42 to the beverage nozzle (slurry for selecting a beverage) and sending carbonated water from the carbonated gas tank 43 and the water tank 44 to the beverage nozzle by opening the corresponding valve of the valve group 32 in the beverage generation unit 30, and by spraying the slurry and carbonated water from the beverage nozzle to the cup C in a mixed state.
When the user releases the touch operation on the area 13h indicated as "press", the beverage generation processing unit 50b of the control unit 50 closes the corresponding valve and stops the supply of the beverage to the cup C.
The free-feed mode in which the beverage is supplied to the cup C while the area 13h displayed as "pressed" is touched and operated as described above is useful when a customer of a restaurant in a facility such as a restaurant is a user.
When the constant-volume supply mode is selected by a touch operation on the setting operation screen (not shown) displayed on the display operation unit 13, the display control processing unit 50a of the control unit 50 causes the display operation unit 13 to display the language selection operation unit 13a and the beverage selection unit 13b, and also displays the supply amount adjustment operation units ("S", "M", and "L") 13i for adjusting the supply amount of the beverage, as shown in fig. 5, in the standby state.
In this dosing mode, the layout of the beverage selection unit 13b is common to the layout of the beverage selection unit 13b in the free-feed mode. That is, the display control processing unit 50a of the control unit 50 makes the layout of the plurality of kinds of beverages selectable in the free-supply mode common to the layout of the plurality of kinds of beverages selectable in the constant-volume supply mode.
In the constant-volume-supply mode, when one of the beverage selection unit 13b and the supply-amount-adjustment operation unit 13i is touched and the other is touched, that is, when either one of the beverage selection units 13b is touched and then the supply-amount-adjustment operation unit 13i is touched, or when either one of the beverage selection units 13b is touched and then the supply-amount-adjustment operation unit 13i is touched, the beverage generation processing unit 50b of the control unit 50 opens the corresponding valve of the valve group 32, closes the valve based on the detection result provided from the flow sensor of the sensor group 33, and supplies a predetermined amount of beverage to the cup C.
When the syrup of the beverage selected by the beverage selecting unit 13b contains a sugar-free syrup, the beverage preparation processing unit 50b drives the corresponding tube pump of the pump group 31 for a predetermined time to supply a predetermined amount of beverage to the cup C.
The constant-volume-supply mode in which a predetermined amount of beverage is supplied to the cup C when one of the beverage selection unit 13b and the supply-amount-adjustment operation unit 13i is touch-operated and the other is touch-operated is useful when a person in a restaurant in a facility such as a restaurant is a user.
In the beverage supply device 1, when a sold-out sensor constituting the sensor group 33 detects that there is no slurry or carbonic acid gas, that is, when the amount of slurry or the like is insufficient, the display control processing unit 50a of the control unit 50 displays the beverage selection unit 13b ("beverage 3", "beverage 8", or beverage 10 ") of the beverage using the slurry or the like as a component, for example, as grayed out, as shown in fig. 6, and displays the beverage selection unit 13b so as to be distinguished from the beverage selection units 13b of other beverages.
Here, it is described that the beverage selection portion 13b ("beverage 3", "beverage 8", "beverage 10") of the corresponding beverage is displayed as grayed, for example, so as to be distinguished from the beverage selection portion 13b of other beverages, but in the present invention, the following may be possible.
That is, as shown in fig. 7, the beverage selection unit 13b ("beverage 3", "beverage 8", and "beverage 10") for the respective beverages may be deleted from the display operation unit 13. In this case, the beverage selection unit 13b for another beverage may be displayed in an enlarged manner as shown in fig. 8.
As described above, according to the beverage supply device 1 as the embodiment of the present invention, when the touch operation for selecting any one of the beverages is performed, the display operation unit 13 displays a plurality of selectable beverages as the control unit 50 of the beverage selection unit 13b, and the arrangement display is a display in which the selected beverage and a mixable beverage in which the selected beverage can be mixed are displayed on the display operation unit 13.
In particular, when the control unit 50 performs the arrangement display, the mixing ratio adjustment operation unit 13e for adjusting the mixing ratio between the selected beverage and the mixable beverage is displayed, and therefore, the mixing ratio between the selected beverage and the mixable beverage can be adjusted, and convenience can be further improved.
In addition, since the control unit 50 displays the carbonic acid strength adjustment operation unit 13f for adjusting the strength of carbonic acid when performing the alignment display, the strength of carbonic acid can be adjusted, and convenience can be improved.
In addition, when the control unit 50 performs the arrangement display and selects the beverage or the mixable beverage containing the allergen, the allergen display unit 13g displays the allergen, so that the user can select the beverage by paying attention to the allergen, and the convenience can be further improved.
According to the beverage supply device 1, the control unit 50 switches between the free supply mode in which a plurality of selectable beverages are displayed on the display operation unit 13 and the constant supply mode in which the display operation unit 13 displays the plurality of selectable beverages and the constant supply mode in which the supply amount adjustment operation unit 13i for adjusting the supply amount of the beverage is displayed, according to the input operation on the setting operation screen displayed on the display operation unit 13.
In particular, since the control unit 50 makes the layout of the plurality of kinds of beverages selectable in the free supply mode and the layout of the plurality of kinds of beverages selectable in the constant supply mode common, the user does not need to set the layout of the beverages again in association with the mode switching, and convenience can be further improved.
In addition, when one of the plurality of kinds of beverages and the supply amount adjusting operation unit 13i is input and the other is input in the constant-volume supply mode, the control unit 50 supplies a predetermined amount of the selected beverage to the cup C, so that the selection of the beverage and the adjustment of the supply amount can be performed in different orders, and the convenience of the user can be further improved.
In addition, according to the beverage supply apparatus 1, the controller 50 can increase the number of the plurality of types of beverages to be selected, including the beverage obtained by mixing the plurality of types of slurries with the dilution water, compared to the number of the plurality of types of beverages to be selected, and thus can increase the number of the beverages to be selected by the user, thereby improving convenience.
In particular, when the amount of any one of the slurries is insufficient, the control unit 50 displays the beverage having the slurry as a component so as to be distinguished from the other selectable plural beverages, so that the user can recognize the beverage having the insufficient amount of the slurry, and the convenience can be further improved.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
When the beverage to be promoted to be supplied (for example, "beverage 9" and "beverage 10") is set in the beverage selection unit 13b displayed in the standby state, the control unit 50 preferably displays "recommendation" in the vicinity of the beverage selection unit 13b of "beverage 9" and "beverage 10" as shown in fig. 9. This makes it possible to advertise the drink to be promoted to be supplied to the user.
As shown in fig. 10, the control unit 50 may display the beverage selection unit 13b of the beverage to be promoted to be supplied (for example, "beverage 9" and "beverage 10") in an enlarged manner as compared with the beverage selection units 13b of the other beverages, thereby announcing the user of the beverage to be promoted to be supplied.
When the user selects a beverage in the constant-volume supply mode and the supply amount is adjusted by the supply amount adjustment operation unit 13i, the control unit 50 may display a preset advertisement or promotion on the display operation unit 13 or may display a countdown until the beverage supply is completed.
In the beverage selection unit 13b for a beverage having the slurry in the slurry tank 42, which has been disconnected from the beverage production unit 30, as a component, the control unit 50 may detect the disconnection and delete the beverage selection unit 13b from the display operation unit 13. In this case, the beverage selection unit 13b displayed on the display operation unit 13 may be displayed in an enlarged manner.
When a language other than japanese (language 1, language 2, language 3, and language 4) is selected in the language selection operation unit 13a, the control unit 50 may change the initial values of the display of the mixable beverage, the mixing ratio, and the strength of the carbonated beverage based on the setting data associated with the selected language when performing the arrangement display. In addition, when a language other than japanese is selected, the display may be returned to japanese after a predetermined time (for example, 2 minutes) has elapsed.
When the selected beverage displayed on the display operation unit 13 includes an alcohol beverage, the control unit 50 may display a screen for indicating that the beverage is an alcohol beverage and displaying a screen for selecting an age of 20 years or older when the alcohol beverage is selected.
Note that the respective configurations shown in the above-described embodiments are functional outlines, and do not necessarily need to be physically shown. That is, the form of distribution and integration of the respective devices and components is not limited to the illustration, and the whole or a part of the form can be configured by functionally or physically distributing and integrating in arbitrary units according to various usage situations and the like.
