Description

Method for manufacturing attaching type bait by using grains and marine organisms
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing laminated fish bait using grains and marine organisms, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing laminated fish bait using grains and marine organisms, which is convenient to use and can selectively use various kinds of fish bait according to various kinds of fish by manufacturing various kinds and forms of laminated fish bait into a sticker form using grains and wood pulp paper raw materials, which are environmentally friendly food materials, and marine organisms.
Background
Generally, baits are used as means for trapping fish in fishing, caging, and the like, and for trapping fish, various baits such as animal baits and artificial baits of shrimp, crab, clam, earthworm, small fish, and flour baits for feed prepared by blending grain, animal, and plant are used.
In addition, recently, fishing activities have been continuously increased with the rise of leisure hot tides, but most of live baits and artificial baits have been discarded after use to contaminate water bodies and surrounding environments, and have become habitats for attracting flies or other bacteria-transmitting insects due to strong odors and nauseating odors over time. Particularly, in spring, summer and early autumn where fishing or leisure water activities are frequent, rotting is aggravated to emit unpleasant odor. In addition, live baits such as earthworms, sea earthworms, shrimps, sea urchins, fishes which are used in large quantities are excessively caught due to a large demand, so that an ecological system is destroyed, and the baits are inconvenient to wear hooks, thereby causing the dislike of novices, women and children. In addition, plastics, polyethylene, ethylene components and the like are not degraded in water, and once discarded, environmental pollution is caused.
Such live baits and artificial baits are also expensive, and the live baits are not easy to keep after use and are often discarded to the surroundings, causing a burden of cost and serious environmental pollution, thereby causing adverse effects on fishing.
In order to solve the above problems, recently, fishing using artificial baits instead of live baits is increasing. The artificial bait has the advantages of various colors and types and can be used according to the preference of fishes to be captured, but has the defect of high price. In addition, live baits are easily damaged by fish attack, easily fall off when thrown far after they are hooked, and easily damaged by external environments such as underwater rocks. In addition, since the unit price is expensive, replacing damaged baits or purchasing artificial baits that meet the preferences of various fishes causes economic burden.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating the overall process of a method for manufacturing a laminated fishing lure using grains and marine organisms according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a sectional view illustrating the arrangement of the method for manufacturing a laminated fishing lure using grains and marine organisms according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the method (1) for manufacturing a laminated fishing lure using grains and marine organisms comprises 5 steps of a material preparation step (S210), a heating step (S220), a coating step (S230), a coating step (S240), and a molding step (S250).
First, the material preparation step (S210) is a step of preparing a raw material to be a material of the bonded bait (120), the raw material being composed of a first component including pulp or korean paper as a natural material, corn or potato as a grain, gelatin which is a derived protein obtained by treating collagen as a natural protein with hot water, and a plasticizer which is an organic substance that is easily molded at high temperature, and a second component obtained by mixing bait powder such as shrimp, crab, sea urchin, earthworm, sesame oil residue, clam, silkworm pupa, and the like, in the balance.
Preferably, the second component is subjected to a sufficient drying process of the raw materials and ground into a fine powder form so as to be mixed with the first component.
The first component is prepared by mixing 30 to 50 parts by weight of paper pulp or korean paper, 5 to 10 parts by weight of corn, 5 to 10 parts by weight of potato, 1 to 5 parts by weight of gelatin, 1 to 5 parts by weight of plasticizer, and bait powder of earthworm or shrimp, silkworm pupa, small fish, crab, sea urchin, etc. as the second component in 10 to 20 parts by weight to prepare a mixed material.
In other words, the second ingredient is mixed with the first ingredient, is composed of 10 to 20 parts by weight of the bait powder mixed with the balance of the first ingredient, and is mixed with the first ingredient to prepare a mixed processed material.
For example, the second component may be constituted of crustaceans such as crabs, shrimps, sea urchins, clams, etc., and it is needless to say that the second component can be used as a powdery material by hot air drying process using shells of crustaceans, fish heads, etc. discarded as food waste after eating.
On the other hand, the first component may be a fish feed component, preferably made of environmentally friendly materials so as not to cause environmental problems.
Further, after the material preparation step (S210), the mixed processed material is preferably subjected to a ripening process at 5 to 15 ℃ for 4 to 6 hours.
The mixed processed material after the curing process is softer and more elastic when being stirred, thereby reducing the breakage or breakage to the maximum extent.
Then, the mixed processed material after the aging process is processed into a semi-finished product by steaming at a temperature of 80 to 100 ℃ for 3 to 7 minutes (S220).
During the above heating step (S220), the mixed processed material is processed into the semi-finished product having a slightly viscosity according to the contents of the gelatin and the plasticizer.
For example, gelatin is dissolved in hot water at approximately 90 ℃ to form a solid solution of 1 to 5 parts by weight, and then the solution is allowed to stand at room temperature to be converted into a gel, and the gelatin extracted from leather is stronger than the gelatin extracted from bone in terms of the strength of the gel. The gel-like gelatin is converted into liquid state again after the temperature is raised to about 60 ℃, and water, glycerin, diethylene glycol, sorbitol, dimethyl phthalate and other plasticizers can be used for adjusting the hardness and elasticity of the gel.
On the other hand, the first component may be in a liquid state or a powder state, and after kneading with the second component, the mixture is subjected to a steam-steaming process at a predetermined temperature, preferably 80 to 100 ℃, thereby maintaining a translucent color or various colors and flavors depending on the material component ratio.
This is because the starch contained in the potato, sweet potato, or corn flour of the first component is gelatinized and becomes transparent.
In other words, gelatinization is a phenomenon in which, when water is added to starch and heated, swelling occurs, viscosity increases, and the whole becomes a nearly uniform colloidal substance which is translucent, and the degree of translucency varies depending on the weight ratio of potatoes or sweet potatoes.
For example, the mixed material may be heated in steam for 3 to 7 minutes, and more preferably, for 5 to 6 minutes, to be processed into the semi-finished product as the material of the laminated fishing lure (120).
At this time, after at least one or more of loess, soil, arrowroot or sweet potato powder is mixed in the formed semi-finished product and a predetermined amount of heat is applied, the attached fishing lure (120) can embody various colors.
For example, 10 parts by weight of loess may be added to the semi-finished product of a translucent color to color the earthworm bait, which may be a live bait to make the earthworm bait look like a live bait.
In this case, natural pigments may be included to represent the colors of various fishing lures.
In the present invention, the plasticizer is an organic substance for easy molding at high temperature, and is preferably added in an amount of 1 to 5 parts by weight, more preferably 3 to 5 parts by weight, and when it exceeds this amount, there is a problem that the gel strength is too weak, and when it is less than 3 parts by weight, the elasticity of the bait becomes poor, and there is a problem that it cannot have elasticity similar to that of a biological bait.
On the other hand, the second component formed by mixing bait powder of at least one of the materials of shrimp, crab, sea urchin, crayfish, earthworm, sesame oil residue, clam and silkworm pupa according to the rest is dried by hot air, and the drying process is carried out for 1 to 3 hours at the temperature of 150 to 300 ℃ so as to keep the original flavor of the bait.
The process is a process for sufficiently removing moisture and making into a powder form, and the second component sufficiently dried in the drying process is preferably prepared so as to maintain the original flavor of the bait.
For example, in order to meet the taste of fish and further improve the seasoning property, seasoning may be added.
The seasoning is preferably made of natural seasoning, not artificial seasoning, and is made into various kinds according to the tastes of various fish species in seawater or fresh water.
Then, the semi-finished product subjected to the heating step (S220) is subjected to a coating step (S230) of forming a predetermined thickness on the upper portion of the base plate (241) having a predetermined size.
On the other hand, an adhesive material (121) is coated on the upper surface of the bottom plate (241), one surface of the adhesive material (121) is adhered to the bottom plate (241), and the other surface of the adhesive material is in contact with one surface of the semi-finished product.
In this case, the adhesive material (121) contacting one surface of the base plate (241) has an adhesive force, and preferably, the adhesive force is formed such that the semi-finished product integrally adhered to the adhesive material (121) is easily detached from the base plate (241).
For example, the adhesive material (121) is a substance that does not lose its adhesive force due to water, and is preferably an aqueous adhesive agent that can maintain its adhesive force even in seawater or river water.
On the other hand, the bottom plate (241) is preferably made of a material such as corrugated paper or yellow paper so that the semi-finished product bonded by the adhesive material (121) can be easily separated from the bottom plate (241), and the bottom plate is preferably made of a material that is not easily decomposed or broken.
In addition, the bottom plate (241) itself may be allowed to carry the fragrance of the second component through a pretreatment process (not shown), or the bottom plate (241) may be impregnated with a luring spice for luring fishes, and may be prepared with various fragrances according to tastes of various fish species.
For example, the bottom plate (241) may be in the form of a wide cardboard, preferably an environmentally friendly material, so that it can be naturally disassembled even if it is lost after use.
In addition, the bottom plate (241) is made to be foldable in multiple stages for easy storage and use, or to be rolled up into a roll.
Therefore, the volume of the base plate (241) can be reduced, the fishing lure can be easily stored in a pocket of a user, and the fishing lure can be conveniently used by being prepared to be independently separable every time the sticking type fishing lure (120) attached to the base plate (241) wound in a roll is used.
Then, the semi-finished product is subjected to a coating step (S240) of coating the upper surface of the semi-finished product with a transparent film (251) so as to increase the preservation capability of the semi-finished product and maintain the shape, and the semi-finished product subjected to the coating step (S240) is subjected to a molding step (S250) so as to form various kinds of live bait forms on the upper portion of the base plate (241).
For example, the transparent film (251) used in the coating step (S240) is made of a natural material such as grains or seaweeds, and is preferably made of a material that can prevent the semifinished product from being decomposed or dried and broken when left for a long period of time, and that can be easily stored for a long period of time.
For another example, the transparent film (251) may be made of korean paper or pulp paper coated with a liquid attractant perfume to improve fish attraction.
Thus, unlike the live baits which are discarded after one use, the materials and components thereof do not change even after long-term storage, and the initial state of the bait can be maintained in terms of appearance.
That is, the transparent film (251) may be coated with a material having a different composition from the mixed processed material, for example, bright oil, which is a natural coating agent processed from perilla oil.
For another example, sealwort may be added to the cypress juice to form a coating agent, and the coating agent may be used as the transparent film (251).
Then, the coated semi-finished product is subjected to a molding step (S250) of pressing into various shapes of bait through a mold.
The molding step (S250) is a step of manufacturing the laminated fishing lure (120) into various shapes in order to master various fish species, and the mold (231) includes a plurality of molds (232) therein.
For example, the laminated fishing lure (120) molded by the mold (232) preferably has a symmetrical structure with respect to a center line.
That is, the stick-type lure (120) separated from the base plate (241) in a form of a sticker may be formed in a left-right symmetrical shape so as to improve adhesion performance by locating the hook (110) at the inner center in the process of being attached to the hook (110), thereby attracting fish in the same lure shape as a real lure.
For example, the inside of the mold (231) is formed by intaglio, and the height of the internal space is preferably about 1 mm.
In other words, the semi-finished product is coated by about 1mm to 2mm on the upper portion of the base plate (241), the mold (231) is positioned on the coated upper portion of the base plate (241), and the semi-finished product is molded into the shape of the laminated fishing lure (120) corresponding to the shape of the mold (232).
On the other hand, a cutter (not shown) is further provided on the lower outer circumferential surface of each mold (232) so that the transparent film (251) can be cut along the outer edge of the laminated bait (120) after the transparent film (251) is wrapped around the laminated bait (120).
That is, the laminated bait (120) can be independently separated from the bottom plate (241).
Fig. 3 is a view showing the form of a mold and a plurality of molds equipped inside according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the mold (232) may be a shrimp mold (232a) that can be molded in a shrimp-fish bait shape, an earthworm mold (232b) that can be molded in an earthworm bait shape, or a squid mold (232c) that can be molded in a squid shape, and may be various bait shapes such as a caterpillar shape, a small fish shape, and a crab shape.
In this case, each of the models (232) is preferably formed so as to have a bilaterally symmetrical structure with respect to the center line of the interior.
Fig. 4 is a view illustrating a form of each laminated fishing lure coated on a base plate according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a variation view illustrating a form in which the laminated fishing lure is adhered to a hook according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4 to 5, as shown in fig. 4, the laminated bait (120) manufactured by the manufacturing method (1) is coated on the upper portion of the base plate (241) with various kinds and colors of the laminated bait (120) such as shrimp, earthworm, caterpillar, corn, squid, etc.
For example, only shrimp-shaped pieces of the laminated fishing lure (120) may be coated on the base plate (241), and it is preferable that various kinds of the laminated fishing lure (120) may be coated so as to be selectively used according to personal preference or a target fish species.
For example, the shrimp bait in the laminated bait (120) is mainly prepared from shrimp bait powder, sesame powder, arrowroot powder, rice flour and paper pulp, and the main fish species can be black sea bream, reticulated fish, peeled fish, white sea bream and the like.
In addition, the main components of the earthworm bait are prepared from earthworm bait powder, sweet potato powder, paper pulp raw materials, corn, crab shell powder and the like, and the main fish species can be hemibarbus maculatus, sebastiscus marmoratus, grouper, eel, mosquo, rainbow fish and the like.
In addition, when fish species such as stone sea bream, small sea bream, black sea bream, blue sea bream, spot sea bream, and weever are used as the target, sea urchin powder, crab powder, arrowroot powder, corn flour, pulp raw material, and soybean flour can be used as the raw material.
On the other hand, the base plate (241) may have predetermined longitudinal and lateral dimensions so that a plurality of the laminated lures (120) can be coated at the same ratio according to the length or size of the live baits, and it is preferable that various kinds of the laminated lures (120) can be coated in the actual live baits or in a reduced form.
In addition, when using laminating formula bait (120), laminating formula bait (120) can follow bottom plate (241) is independent to be separated, owing to use the central line to constitute bilateral symmetry shape as the benchmark, consequently will fishhook (110) wrap up in laminating formula bait (120) is inside, the left and right adhesive surface of laminating formula bait (120) adheres to each other, can further improve the adhesive force.
The attached laminated bait (120) is made of a material having elasticity and elasticity greater than or equal to a predetermined value, and can provide an elastic feeling, and the laminated bait (120) made of a material having elasticity and elasticity can partially absorb external impact caused by ocean currents or fishes, and can minimize damage.
In addition, since the bottom plate (241) can be folded or rolled, the user can easily keep the device, and the device can provide convenience in use.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the technical spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The embodiments described above are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive.
