Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a related structure of the controller in the present embodiment. It should be noted that, in order to implement the related control functions of the following controller, different corresponding functions, such as analog-to-digital acquisition, conversion, communication, execution, etc., need to be combined, and preferably, in the figure, besides the controller, a basic data unit, an analog/digital signal acquisition unit, a CAN communication unit, an execution unit, etc. are further provided.
Referring to fig. 4, in particular, with regard to the controller in the present embodiment, it is configured for performing the following method steps:
s11, receiving an input signal generated by any signal generator according to the touch of a user;
and S12, outputting control information according to the input signal so that each light-emitting piece works according to the control information.
In step S11, the signal generator can detect the touch of the user' S finger and generate an input signal, and then send the input signal to the controller. The finger touch control modes of the user are various, such as sliding, long pressing, point pressing and the like, and correspond to different input signals.
In step S12, the controller may output control information including starting the light emitting member, stopping the light emitting member, increasing the brightness, decreasing the brightness, changing the light emitting mode, etc., according to the input signal. Illustratively, when a user touches the light-emitting panel, the controller supplies power to the light-emitting member, and the light-emitting member is activated to emit light. Further, a brightness adjustment gesture of the light emitting member may be set. For example, when it is detected that a finger slides on the light emitting panel in the vehicle head direction, the luminance of the light emitting member is increased; when the finger is detected to slide on the light-emitting panel towards the tail direction of the vehicle, the brightness of the light-emitting piece is reduced, and therefore the brightness adjustment of the light-emitting piece is achieved.
In order to facilitate an understanding of the invention, some preferred embodiments of the invention will now be described.
In one implementation, the controller is further configured to:
acquiring current working state information of each luminous piece;
comparing the current working state information with the control information to generate a comparison result;
and controlling the light-emitting piece to carry out work adjustment according to the comparison result.
Specifically, the current working state information of each luminous element is obtained through each set actuator. Then, comparing the preset mapping relation between the control information and the working state information to generate a comparison result; wherein, the comparison result comprises consistency and inconsistency of comparison. Specifically, when each actuator receives the control information, the operation information to be executed by the light-emitting panel included in the control information, that is, the operation state information, can be identified according to the mapping relationship. Illustratively, the output control information is a mode one, and the corresponding working state information comprises a brightness first gear, a non-breathing lamp mode and a non-water lamp mode; the output control information is in a mode two, and the corresponding working state information comprises a first brightness gear, a breathing lamp mode and a no-water lamp mode.
Further, when the current working state information is judged to be inconsistent with the control information, working adjustment is carried out on the light-emitting piece until the current working state information is consistent with the control information. When the light-emitting panel starts to work, each actuator carries out detection once and returns current working state information to the controller. For example, when the control information is in a mode one, if the current working state information returned by the actuator includes a breathing lamp mode, it is determined that the working state information is inconsistent with the control information, and at this time, the working adjustment of the light-emitting member is required.
Further, a seat massage switch can be arranged on the luminous panel. Illustratively, the output control information comprises a gear of a seat massage switch for executing three gears, if the display value on the panel is two gears, the current working state information is judged to be inconsistent with the control information, and at the moment, the display value of the panel needs to be adjusted.
In another implementation, the controller is further configured to:
when more than two input signals are received within a preset starting time, acquiring the generation time of each input signal;
acquiring a first input signal corresponding to the most advanced generation time;
and outputting control information according to the first input signal.
Specifically, the activation time is set according to each function, and for example, the activation time of the light emitting member may be set to 3 s. When two light emitting panels are provided, if a touch operation is simultaneously performed on the two light emitting panels, two input signals are received within 3 s. At this time, a first input signal corresponding to the most advanced generation time is acquired, and control information is output according to the first input signal. In this way, when the left and right light-emitting panels are simultaneously operated and adjusted, only the light-emitting panel which is touched firstly is identified, and then the control information is simultaneously sent to the two light-emitting panels, so that the operation and the display of the two light-emitting panels are free from delay and deviation.
Further, an air conditioning adjusting module can be arranged on the light-emitting panel. Illustratively, a corresponding start-up time of the air conditioner is set. When any side triggers the air conditioning function, the two sides display corresponding information at the same time. If the two panels are operated simultaneously and adjusted together left and right, only the first contact is identified, and then the control information is sent to the two panels simultaneously, so that the operation and display of the air conditioners on the two sides are not delayed or deviated.
In another implementation, the controller is further configured to:
acquiring light mode information input by a user;
generating a light control instruction according to the light mode information so that the light-emitting piece works according to the light control instruction;
calculating corresponding mode working time according to the light mode information, and starting timing;
and outputting a light mode closing instruction after operating the mode working time.
Referring to fig. 3, specifically, the controller is connected to a human-computer interaction module, and a user may input light mode information through the human-computer interaction module, where the light mode information may be preconfigured or may be set by the user. The light pattern information includes a light emitting time, a light emitting brightness, a light emitting pattern, whether to cooperate with other devices, and the like of each light pattern. For example, the light mode may be classified into an immersion mode, a rest mode, a fantasy mode, and the like. Illustratively, the information of the immersion mode includes light emission for 5 minutes, light emission luminance for two levels, a breathing light mode, cooperation with a music device, and the like. Wherein the music may be selected by the user.
Further, the controller can calculate the corresponding mode working time according to the light mode information and start timing; and outputting a light mode closing instruction after operating the mode working time. The mode operation time is the light emitting time in each mode. Preferably, when the light mode information includes the information matched with other devices, the working time of the other devices is acquired, and the mode working time is set as the working time of the other devices. For example, in conjunction with a music device, the mode operation time is set to the duration of music play, i.e., the light mode is turned off after music ends.
In another implementation, the controller is further configured to:
when the light mode closing instruction is output, timing is started;
and starting an energy-saving mode if the input signal is not received within a preset time interval.
For example, the time interval may be set to 1 minute, and if there is no operation for 1 minute, that is, if no input signal is received for 1 minute, the power saving mode is initiated. In this embodiment, the energy saving mode includes extinguishing all backlights except the glass-lifting module, and the start energy saving mode command is sent to all light emitting panels simultaneously, so that both sides are extinguished simultaneously. When the energy-saving mode needs to be exited, the light-emitting panel is touched lightly. In other embodiments, the energy saving mode may also extinguish all lights, which is not limited in the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a control method of the door trim panel lighting system, which is realized based on the door trim panel lighting system and executed by a controller, and comprises the following steps:
receiving an input signal generated by any signal generator according to the touch of a user;
and outputting control information according to the input signal so that each light-emitting piece works according to the control information.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
acquiring current working state information of each luminous piece;
comparing the current working state information with the control information to generate a comparison result;
and controlling the light-emitting piece to carry out work adjustment according to the comparison result.
Preferably, the comparing the current working state information with the control information to generate a comparison result includes:
comparing according to a mapping relation between the pre-configured control information and the working state information to generate a comparison result; wherein, the comparison result comprises consistency and inconsistency of comparison.
Preferably, the controlling the light emitting element to perform work adjustment according to the comparison result includes:
and when the current working state information is judged to be inconsistent with the control information, working adjustment is carried out on the light-emitting piece until the current working state information is consistent with the control information.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
