The sleep assisting method disclosed in this embodiment may be executed by a projection apparatus, and specifically may be executed by a sleep assisting device, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware and configured in the projection apparatus. Alternatively, the sleep assistance method disclosed in this embodiment may be executed by a server, and the server may be in communication connection with the projection device. For example, in a smart home scenario, a server controls all home devices that are communicatively connected to it.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a sleep assistance method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the sleep assistance method may include the following steps.
In step 110, after the projection apparatus enters the sleep-assisted mode, the projection apparatus is controlled to perform a pre-sleep operation, where the pre-sleep operation includes playing the first multimedia data to create a sleep environment for the user through the first multimedia data.
Here, the projection apparatus entering the sleep-assist mode means that the projection apparatus starts assisting the user to fall asleep. For example, the projection device may enter the sleep-assist mode passively, for example, after the projection device receives a sleep instruction, the projection device enters the sleep mode. In some embodiments, the sleep instruction may be sent by a peripheral product configured with the projection device. For example, the peripheral product may be a function key, and the function key is in communication connection with the projection device and is set to correspond to different operation instructions in different click modes. For example, the functional key is clicked to represent that a sleep instruction is sent to the projection device, and the projection device enters a sleep auxiliary mode after receiving the sleep instruction sent by the functional key. Alternatively, double-clicking the function key may characterize waking up the projection device. Or, pressing the function key for a long time represents canceling entering the sleep-assist mode and the like.
Alternatively, the projection device entering the sleep-assist mode may be actively triggered by the projection device, for example, after a set time to fall asleep is reached, the projection device enters the sleep-assist mode; as another example, when the projection device detects the presence of a sleep feature by the user, a sleep-assist mode is entered.
In some embodiments, the projection device is controlled to enter the sleep-assisted mode when the current body state of the user is a preset state condition, wherein the preset state condition represents that the sleep characteristic exists in the current body state of the user.
The projection equipment can acquire a shooting image of a user in real time through the shooting device, judge whether the current body state of the user is a preset state condition or not according to the shooting image, and enter a sleep auxiliary mode when the current body state of the user is the preset state condition. It will be appreciated that the preset state condition is characteristic of the current physical state of the user being sleep. For example, when a user is detected yawning or dozing, the projection device enters a sleep-assist mode.
In other embodiments, the projection device is controlled to enter the sleep-assisted mode when a preset sleep-in time is reached, where the preset sleep-in time is obtained through a resident process running on the projection device, and the resident process is used to receive the sleep-in time sent by the mobile terminal when the projection device is in an off state or an operating state.
The projector equipment is provided with a resident process, and the resident process can receive the sleep time sent by the mobile terminal when the projector equipment is in a power-off state or a running state. The power-off state may refer to the main board of the projection device disconnecting power supply enabling from the power supply, or the projection device disconnecting from the power supply. The operating state may refer to the projection device being in a standby, sleep or run-time state.
Through the resident process, the preset sleep time sent by the user can be received no matter what state the projection equipment is in. For example, when the projection device is in a sleep state, the user may send a preset sleep time to the projection device through the mobile terminal. When the projection device is in a power-off, standby or sleep state, a resident process in the projection device receives a preset sleep time through a Wireless communication device (such as bluetooth, Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity, etc.), and when the sleep time is reached, starts the projection device and controls the projection device to enter a sleep-assisted mode. In addition, when the projection equipment is in a power-off state, the resident process does not run any more, at the moment, the preset sleep time can be sent to the projection equipment at regular time, and when the projection equipment is plugged again, the resident process is started by itself, so that the preset sleep time is received, and when the sleep time is reached, the projection equipment is started and is controlled to enter a sleep auxiliary mode.
In the sleep-assisted mode, the projection device performs a pre-sleep operation, wherein the pre-sleep operation may include playing the first multimedia data to create a sleep environment for the user through the first multimedia data. It is worth mentioning that the first multimedia data may be content personalized by the user, and may include audio, video or pictures personalized by the user, and so on. The user can send the personalized parameters of the user to the projection equipment through the mobile terminal, and the projection equipment generates first multimedia data according to the personalized parameters after receiving the personalized parameters. The personalized parameters may include personal information (such as age, hobbies, and the like) of the user, physical health status data (such as hypertension, sleep disorder, and the like), backlog, multimedia data for sleep assistance (such as images, audio, video, and the like), and the like. Of course, in other embodiments, the user may also select one or more of the candidate multimedia data as the first multimedia data in advance.
It should be understood that before the user falls asleep, the user may be in an anxious or excited state, and in this state, if the sleep-assisting content is directly played, the effect of the sleep-assisting content is not obvious because the user is in the anxious or excited state, and often after the sleep-assisting content is played, the user cannot fall asleep, and even the user is excited.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the purpose of the projection device performing the operation before sleeping is to create a good sleeping environment for the user, so as to stabilize the emotion of the user, so that the user can have the physical state condition of falling asleep.
In step 120, in response to the sleep instruction, controlling the projection device to perform a sleep-assisting operation, where the sleep-assisting operation includes playing second multimedia data to assist the user to enter a sleep state through the second multimedia data; wherein the first multimedia data and/or the second multimedia data comprise content personalized and customized by the user.
Here, the sleep instruction may be triggered when the projection apparatus reaches a preset time after completing the pre-sleep operation. For example, the projection apparatus performs the sleep assist operation after the countdown is 5 seconds after the projection apparatus completes the pre-sleep operation and after the countdown is completed. Of course, the sleep instruction may also be user triggered. For example, during the operation of the projection device before sleep, the user may send a sleep instruction through the mobile terminal, or send a sleep instruction to the projection device through voice, for example, the user may trigger the sleep instruction through the voice of "i'm ready to sleep".
In the sleep-assist mode, when the projection device receives a sleep instruction, it indicates that the emotion of the user tends to be steady by the first multimedia data, and adjusts to a state of preparing for sleep. At this time, the projection apparatus performs a sleep assist operation in response to the sleep instruction. The sleep-in assisting operation comprises playing second multimedia data to assist a user to enter a sleep state through the second multimedia data.
For example, the projection device may play the second multimedia data according to preset projection light, where the preset projection light is that the projection light of the projection device gradually gets dark until completely goes out as the playing progress of the second multimedia data changes.
Here, by playing the second multimedia data according to the preset projection light, an atmosphere that becomes dark gradually at night can be created to assist the user to enter a sleep state.
It should be understood that the second multimedia data may be content personalized by the user, and may include audio, video or pictures personalized by the user, and so on. The user can send the personalized parameters of the user to the projection equipment through the mobile terminal, and the projection equipment generates second multimedia data according to the personalized parameters after receiving the personalized parameters. The personalized parameters may include personal information (such as age, hobbies, and the like) of the user, physical health status data (such as hypertension, sleep disorder, and the like), backlog, multimedia data for sleep assistance (such as images, audio, video, and the like), and the like. Of course, in other embodiments, the user may also select one or more of the candidate multimedia data as the second multimedia data in advance.
It should be noted that the content and the role of the first multimedia data are different from the content and the role of the second multimedia data. The first multimedia data is media data for adjusting the emotion of the user before falling asleep to create a sleep environment, and focuses on reminding the user that the sleep time has been reached, prompting the user to prepare for falling asleep in advance, and adjusting the emotion of the user to a state before falling asleep. For example, the first multimedia data may include a sleeping pattern and current time information to remind the user that the sleeping time has been reached, the first multimedia data may include backlog, dressing advice, weather information, atmosphere video, or music to relax mood, etc. to remind the user to prepare before sleeping. For example, the user may be prompted to prepare for a next day to go out or be reminded of the incomplete event of the current day according to the backlog. The user may be prompted to fall asleep with the appropriate clothing, based on dressing advice, which may be determined based on weather information and/or physical health status data of the user. The weather information can be used for reminding the user of preparing for going out in the tomorrow or reminding the user of whether to close the door and window, for example, for rainy night, the user needs to be reminded of closing the window before falling asleep. According to the atmosphere video or the music with relaxed emotion, the emotion of the user can be relaxed to adjust the emotion of the user to the state before sleep. For example, the user's emotion is adjusted by a soothing piano tune or the like. The second multimedia data is media data for hypnotizing the user to assist the user to enter a sleep state, and focuses on assisting the user to quickly enter the sleep state, thereby playing a role of hypnosis. For example, the second multimedia data may be video, picture, or audio, etc. having hypnotic effects. In a specific implementation, the second multimedia data may be a material with sleep-aid effect collected according to media contents that different people categories like listening while falling asleep. When the second multimedia data is determined, the second multimedia data can be customized according to the personalized parameters of the user, for example, for a user who likes listening to white noise, the second multimedia data is media content of a white noise class. For a user who likes listening to a book, the second multimedia data is a talking sound, etc.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of second multimedia data provided in accordance with an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the second multimedia data may be a video of a change of moons. In the video, the duration of the sleep-assist operation may be displayed, for example, by "the sleep-assist process is 30 minutes, and the document content display is automatically turned off when the sleep-assist operation is ended".
It should be understood that the second multimedia data may be a hypnotic picture, a hypnotic video, and videos of various natural scenes, for example, the natural scene may be a starry sky, a rainy day, an aurora, a snowscape, and the like. The second multimedia data may also be audio that contributes to sleep, such as white noise like rain, wind, piano tunes, lounge, pre-sleep stories, sleep-aid language guides, and the like. When playing the second multimedia data, other second multimedia data can be switched in response to a user instruction, for example, when playing the hypnotic video, the user can switch the hypnotic video to the natural scene video through a remote controller or an application program or a voice control function.
Therefore, by controlling the projection equipment to play the first multimedia data, a proper sleeping environment can be created for the user based on the first multimedia data so as to assist the user to prepare before falling asleep. And then the projection device is controlled to play the second multimedia data, so that the user can be assisted to enter the sleep state based on the second multimedia data. According to the sleep assisting method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the anxiety or excited emotion of the user can be effectively relieved by performing sleep assistance in stages, and a proper sleep environment is created, so that the sleep assisting effect of the second multimedia data can be effectively improved, and the user is assisted to rapidly enter a sleep state.
In some implementations, the first multimedia data includes a reminder voice and/or a reminder screen for reminding the user to prepare before sleep, and the reminder voice and/or the reminder screen are generated according to one or more of weather information, physical health status data of the user, and backlog of the user.
Here, the first multimedia data includes a reminding voice and/or a reminding screen for reminding the user of being ready for sleep. Wherein the reminding voice and/or the reminding picture are generated based on at least one of weather information, physical health state data and backlog.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a reminder screen provided in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the reminding screen may include time information "22: 00", a sleep reminding case "is that the user is asleep, weather information" the temperature is 5 ℃ at the lowest and 10 ℃ at the highest at this night ", a dressing suggestion" take care of dressing and keeping warm at night ", a backlog" wait to go to wash at 9 am on the daytime "and the like.
The weather information can display information such as weather, temperature, air quality, humidity and the like within 24 hours after operation before sleep in an hour unit interval so as to remind a user to prepare clothes of the next day in advance. Dressing recommendations may be determined based on weather information and/or physical health status data of the user. For example, in cold winter, the user can be prompted to sleep wearing warm pajamas, and in hot summer, the user can be prompted to sleep wearing light, thin and breathable pajamas. For another example, when the user is in a cold state, the user may be prompted to fall asleep while wearing a thermal pajamas.
The reminding voice can be the content in the reminding picture broadcasted by voice. For example, the time information, the sleep reminding case, the weather information, the dressing advice, the backlog and the like can be broadcasted by adopting the anthropomorphic special effect.
It should be understood that the projection device may project the projection picture, and in the process of projecting the projection picture, synchronously play the reminding voice corresponding to the projection picture.
For example, the user may preset personalized parameters, which may include physical health status data of the user and backlog. For example, when setting a sleep aid, the user can select the time to sleep, the physical health status data, and the to-do item. Of course, when the user sets the sleep assisting items, only the time to fall asleep may be set, and other parameters are usually selected as default options. Wherein, when the sleep aid event is triggered, the projection device enters a sleep aid mode.
Therefore, the user can be prompted to prepare before sleep by playing the reminding voice and/or the reminding picture.
In some implementations, the first multimedia data further includes a user-customized sleep-aid video and/or sleep-aid audio; prior to step 120, the sleep assistance method may further include:
and controlling the projection equipment to display the sleep-assisting video and/or the sleep-assisting audio in response to the content switching instruction so as to build a sleep environment through the sleep-assisting video and/or the sleep-assisting audio.
Here, the content switching instruction may be actively triggered by the user, for example, when the projection device plays the reminding screen, the user may send the content switching instruction to the projection device, and when the projection device receives the content switching instruction, the projection device displays the sleep-aid video and/or the sleep-aid audio. Of course, the content switching instruction may also be passively triggered, for example, after the projection device plays the reminding picture and the interval is 5 seconds, the projection device displays the sleep-aid video and/or the sleep-aid audio.
The sleep-aiding video and/or the sleep-aiding audio are/is used for relieving the emotion of the user so as to create a good sleep environment for the user. Illustratively, the sleep-aid video may be a video or image with a soothing mood effect. The sleep aid audio may be audio with a relaxing mood effect. For example, the sleep-aid audio may be a soothing piano tune, audio of evening news, audio for meditation, audio of light learning content, and the like.
It should be noted that the sleep-aid video and/or the sleep-aid audio can be customized according to the personalized parameters of the user. For example, a sleep-aid video and/or a sleep-aid audio that matches the user's interests may be selected based on the user's interests. Of course, the sleep aid video and/or the sleep aid audio may also be pre-selected by the user when setting the sleep aid items.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a sleep-aid video provided in accordance with an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the sleep-aid video may be a dancing graphic, such as "California". A case for prompting the user to switch the sleep-aid video may also be displayed in the sleep-aid video, for example, "change atmosphere special effect: "one nut for one". To begin to help sleep, please say "night nut".
In other embodiments, when the projection device is displaying the sleep-aid video and/or the sleep-aid audio, the projection device may switch other sleep-aid videos and/or sleep-aid audio in response to the adjustment instruction. For example, when the projection device displays the sleep-aid video and/or the sleep-aid audio, the user may switch the sleep-aid video and/or the sleep-aid audio through an application program or a remote controller associated with the projection device, or may switch the sleep-aid video and/or the sleep-aid audio through voice control of the projection device.
Therefore, the user emotion can be relieved by displaying the sleep-aiding video and/or the sleep-aiding audio, and a good sleep environment is created for the user.
In some implementations, the pre-sleep operation further includes performing a first control operation on the first household device to create a sleep environment, wherein the first control operation includes controlling the light fixture to present a first preset light effect and/or closing the curtain.
Here, when the projection device plays the first multimedia data, the projection device may further perform a first control operation on the first home device to cooperate with the first multimedia data to create a sleep environment. Wherein the first control operation comprises: the projection device controls the light fixture to present a first preset light effect and/or to close the curtain.
It will be appreciated that when a person is sleeping, the light causes the eyelids to stimulate optic nerves and inhibits the pineal gland from secreting melatonin, so that a better sleeping environment can be created by controlling the light fixture to assume the first preset light effect and/or closing the curtain.
Wherein the first preset light effect is a light effect for assisting a user in sleeping. The first preset light effect may be set according to a personalized parameter of the user. For example, for a user who is afraid of black, the main light source may be turned off, leaving a portion of the atmosphere lamp. Or the lamp is adjusted to the sleeping lamp effect, for example, the lamp can be controlled to imitate the light rays in sunset so as to create a good sleeping environment.
It should be noted that the projection device may be in communication connection with a lamp and a curtain of a whole house, and the projection device controls the opening and closing of the lamp and the curtain through the communication connection.
Therefore, when the first multimedia data are played, the lamp is controlled to present a first preset light effect and/or close the curtain, and a better sleeping environment can be created for a user.
In some implementation manners, the sleep-in assisting operation further includes performing a second control operation on the second home equipment to assist the user to enter the sleep state, where the second control operation includes at least one of controlling the lamp to present a second preset lighting effect, controlling the preset home equipment to enter the sleep mode, and adjusting the opening degree of the window to be a preset opening degree.
Here, when the projection device is playing the second multimedia data, the projection device may further perform a second control operation on the second home device to assist the user to enter the sleep state in cooperation with the second multimedia data. The second control operation comprises at least one of controlling the lamp to present a second preset light effect, controlling the preset household equipment to enter a sleep mode and adjusting the opening degree of the window to be the preset opening degree.
It should be noted that the second preset lighting effect may be set according to personalized parameters of the user, for example, for a user who is afraid of black, the whole house lighting fixture may be turned off while a part of the atmosphere light is kept. Of course, for other users, the second preset light effect may be turning off the whole house light. The preset household equipment entering the sleep mode can mean that air conditioning equipment, air purification equipment and the like enter the sleep mode, and in the sleep mode, the noise of the air conditioning equipment, the air purification equipment and the like is low. Certainly, the preset home equipment entering the sleep mode may also refer to closing the smart door lock. The preset opening degree can be determined according to the physical health state data of the user, for example, for a cold user, the window can be closed to prevent the user from catching a cold. For healthy users, the window can be opened, and the indoor ventilation effect is improved.
Therefore, when the second multimedia data is played, the second control operation is carried out on the second household equipment, and the user can be assisted to enter the sleep state more quickly.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a sleep assistance method according to another exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, a sleep assistance method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure may include the following steps.
In step 510, personalization parameters are obtained.
Here, the personalized parameters may include preset sleep time, personal information of the user (such as age, hobbies, and the like), physical health status data (such as hypertension, sleep disorder, and the like), backlog, multimedia data for sleep assistance (such as images, audio, video, and the like), and the like.
For example, the user may set the time to sleep on the projection device or through a remote control or application.
In step 520, after the projection device enters the sleep-assisted mode, the projection device is controlled to perform a pre-sleep operation to create a sleep environment, wherein the pre-sleep operation is determined based on the personalized parameters.
Here, the projection apparatus enters a sleep mode when a preset fall-asleep time arrives. When the preset sleep-in time is up, if the projection device is in a projection state, the display that "22: 00 in night now, and the preset sleep-in time is up, the projection device will enter the sleep-assisting mode after 10 seconds" can be displayed in the projection picture. If the user sends an instruction for controlling the projection equipment to stop entering the sleep-assisting mode, the projection equipment reminds the user of entering the sleep-assisting mode again after the preset time interval. If the projection equipment is in a power-off state or a sleep state, when the preset sleep time is reached, the projection equipment is started, and the projection equipment directly enters a sleep auxiliary mode. It should be understood that the preset sleep onset time may include one or more.
After the projection equipment enters the sleep-assisting mode, the projection equipment performs the operation before sleep based on the sleep-assisting long parameter setting so as to create a good sleep environment for the user.
