wherein the floating piece (4) floats when meeting water, and the floating piece (4) drives the sleeve bag (3) to be unfolded.
2. The electrical box of claim 1, wherein: a magnetic adsorption piece (6) is fixed between the floating piece (4) and the conductive soft film (6);
