the side surfaces of the limiting plates facing the suspension mould are set to be V-shaped limiting surfaces protruding outwards, and the adjacent V-shaped limiting surfaces on the two adjacent limiting plates form a V-shaped deviation rectifying surface facing the suspension mould and recessed inwards.
Preferably, the V-shaped limiting surface is uniformly provided with deviation rectifying holes from top to bottom, and deviation rectifying elastic columns are inserted into the deviation rectifying holes and are horizontal and arranged towards the wire outlet ends of the suspension mold.
Preferably, the surface of the fixed template facing the suspension mould is a wavy surface, baffles are arranged at both ends of the fixed template and at the side facing the adjustable mould frame, and the height of each baffle is not more than that of the installation template; the wavy surface inclines and descends from the end close to the installation template to the other end; and mounting holes are uniformly distributed on the mounting template.
Preferably, the fixed die plate faces the side face of the adjustable die carrier and is integrally connected with a connecting support leg, a mounting groove with an axis consistent with the movement direction of the electromagnetic wire is formed in the connecting support leg, and the adjustable die carrier and the mounting groove are detachably mounted.

The connecting support leg 14 is provided with a mounting groove 15 with an axis consistent with the moving direction of the electromagnetic wire 200, and the adjustable die carrier 2 is detachably mounted on the mounting groove 15. The arrangement of the connecting support legs 14 and the mounting grooves 15 realizes the mounting of the adjustable die carrier, and is convenient for adjusting the mounting position of the adjustable die carrier. The distance between the adjustable die carrier and the fixed die carrier is adjustable, so that the electromagnetic wire painting device is convenient to adapt to painting electromagnetic wires of different models or thicknesses.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the technical solution of the present invention, the adjustable formwork 2 includes a connection plate 21 opposite to the installation formwork 12, a guide plate 22 opposite to the limit plate 13, and an installation leg 23 disposed at a side of the connection leg 14, and both the limit plate 13 and the installation leg 23 are connected to the connection plate 21. the limiting template comprises an installation template connected with the fixed template and a plurality of limiting plates which are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the installation template along the direction vertical to the conveying direction of the electromagnetic wire, a limiting groove for the electromagnetic wire to pass through is formed between the two limiting plates, and the width of the limiting groove is smaller than the outer diameter of the suspension mold;
the side surfaces of the limiting plates facing the suspension mould are set to be V-shaped limiting surfaces protruding outwards, and the adjacent V-shaped limiting surfaces on the two adjacent limiting plates form a V-shaped deviation rectifying surface facing the suspension mould and recessed inwards.
