In the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention, in order to avoid the situation in consideration that the material distribution of the device may be insufficient when the first user goes to the device for use, the following scheme is implemented in combination with embodiment 1 of the present invention:
the server counts the material distribution residual quantity of the equipment, and when the material distribution residual quantity is larger than a first preset threshold value (the first preset threshold value is usually set according to empirical values, for example, if the total quantity of one roll of printing and material distribution can support 100 times of printing, the corresponding first preset threshold value can be set to be 20, and if the total quantity of printing and material distribution can support 200 times of printing, the corresponding first preset threshold value can be set to be 30), the server notifies the first user to go to the subscription equipment for printing; when the material distribution residual quantity of the equipment is less than or equal to a first preset threshold value, the method comprises the following steps:
when the first user selects to appoint one device for subscription, the server sends early warning to the first user intelligent terminal to inform the first user of insufficient material distribution and suggest to go to the subscription device for printing or reselect the device for subscription as soon as possible;
when the first user selects to subscribe in the appointed equipment, the server counts the material distribution number of all the equipment of the same type, all the equipment with the material distribution residual quantity larger than a first preset threshold value are screened out and sent to the first user intelligent terminal, and the first user can go to the equipment by himself to print.
The server needs to count the residual quantity of the equipment material distribution, and the technology is specifically applied to the technology that the loaded material distribution is standardized, and the printed count is within an estimated range after the material distribution is loaded once. At the moment, once the tracking thread captures the printing result of the specified equipment, a user result data request is sent to a hospital system database, and the corresponding material distribution counting is started, so that the real-time counting of the material distribution residual quantity of the equipment can be realized. The real-time counting of the material distribution residual quantity of the equipment can ensure that a user knows the running state of the equipment before printing, avoid the user from running for one time, and ensure that the equipment can run normally when the user operates the equipment. The function greatly improves the medical experience of the user and improves the service quality of the hospital.
In the implementation process of the embodiment of the invention, the medical experience of the patient is considered, the material preparation amount of the equipment is ensured to be sufficient all the time, and the user can operate and use the equipment at any time. Therefore, with reference to embodiment 1 of the present invention, the following is specifically implemented:
the server counts the material distribution surplus of the equipment, and when the material distribution surplus is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold value, the server sends the position of the equipment to the intelligent terminal of the medical staff to inform the medical staff of supplementing the material distribution quantity.
When the server monitors that the equipment is in the state that the material distribution is about to be used up, the server timely informs medical staff to supplement the material distribution, avoids the long-time shutdown of the equipment, increases the operation efficiency of the hospital, and improves the medical experience of patients and the work experience of the medical staff.
In the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention, in consideration of the problem of the operational efficiency of the server, the long-time working data accumulation of the server is avoided, and in combination with embodiment 1 of the present invention, the following method processes are involved:
determining that the subscription message of the first user is sent at the server, monitoring that the characteristic word of the first user is revised into a printed state, and automatically releasing the subscription relationship; or sending a prompting message for welcoming the subscription function to be used again next time and ending the subscription to the first user.
After the first user finishes printing, the server automatically releases the subscription relation with the first user, reduces the operation load of the server and occupies unnecessary operation performance.
Example 2:
compared with embodiment 1, the embodiment of the invention shows a technical scheme from a more complete operation process, and the equipment in the corresponding embodiment 1 is expressed as a self-service printer; the first user in the respective embodiment 1 is expressed as user a, which is the patient himself in the present embodiment, and user a is not convenient to move during the hospitalization due to physical problems; the first preset threshold in the corresponding embodiment 1 is expressed as 10%.
As shown in fig. 3, the medical material updating method includes:
in step 201', the user a uses the smart terminal to enter an application mall or scan a two-dimensional code provided in a hall of the hospital to download an official APP of the hospital.
In step 202', in the registration process, the user a performs personal account registration through a personal mailbox or a phone number, and a personal name and an identity card number need to be provided in the registration process to perform real-name authentication, so as to ensure that some subsequent operations have security and privacy. The APP registration process is not a substantial innovation of the present invention, but is a component of the introduction of the inventive solution in the prior art, and therefore, will not be described in detail.
In step 203', the user a can perform a normal visit procedure after the registration is completed. The process comprises the following steps: registration, appointment for seeing a doctor, payment for taking medicine, appointment for printing an inspection result and the like. The above operations are also very mature procedures for using a large number of commercially available hospitals APP, and are not described herein.
When the user A finishes the processes of seeing, examining, checking and the like, preparing to select a self-service printer for subscribing and printing; as shown in fig. 4:
in step 301, a user a clicks a button for printing a reservation according to a check result on a self-service printer, the self-service printer automatically generates a two-dimensional code, and the user a scans the generated two-dimensional code on the self-service printer by using an intelligent terminal.
In step 302, after the user a finishes scanning, the hospital server identifies the personal information of the user a scanning the two-dimensional code, and compares the personal information with the personal information of the patient corresponding to the inspection result.
In step 303, whether the patient himself/herself subscribes is judged according to the comparison; if the user A is the patient himself, go to step 304; in this embodiment, since the user a is the patient himself, the actual execution of the corresponding process proceeds to step 304. Otherwise, step 305 is entered.
In step 304, the system determines that this operation does not pose a threat to the personal privacy security of the patient himself, and proceeds to step 306.
In step 305, user a authenticates on APP, establishing a relationship with the patient. Since this is not specifically referred to in the present embodiment, it will be specifically explained in embodiment 3 later.
In step 306, the APP jumps to a select device subscription interface.
Due to the physical inconvenience of the user a, in the embodiment of the present invention, a preferred implementation procedure in the corresponding case is provided, as shown in fig. 5, and is performed as follows:
in step 401, user A chooses to specify a self-service printer subscription.
In step 402, after the user a completes the subscription, the server monitors all the feature words of the patients of the same type as the user a, and the feature words of the patients are revised to be printed after the patients complete the printing of the detection results. Once the server monitors that the characteristic words of the patients of the same type are revised, the fact that the patients of the same type have finished printing the detection results is proved.
In step 403, since user a is subscribed to a designated self-service printer, when the server monitors that the feature word of the same type of patient is revised, the server tracks whether the feature word is associated with the self-service printer identifier.
If the association is judged, the patient is proved to be printing on the self-service printer subscribed by the user A, and then the next step 404 can be directly performed;
if the tracking determination feature word is not associated with the self-service printer identifier, then it is verified that the patient is not printing on the self-service printer to which user A subscribes, whereupon processing jumps to step 402 to continue monitoring until it is determined that there is a user of the same type printing on the self-service printer to which user A subscribes, and processing can proceed to step 404.
In step 404, the server needs to count the material distribution residual quantity of the self-service printer:
when the server counts the material distribution residual amount of the self-service printer, the material distribution residual amount of the self-service printer is more than 10%, and then the step 405 is started; and when the server counts the material distribution residual quantity of the self-service printer, and the obtained material distribution residual quantity of the self-service printer is less than or equal to 10%, the result shows that the material distribution residual quantity of the self-service printer is seriously insufficient, if the user A selects to continue printing on the self-service printer, the risk of printing being not successfully completed exists, and the step 406 is entered at this moment.
In step 405, the server determines that the user a can successfully complete printing on the device, and sends a notification to the user through the APP to notify the user that the user can go to subscribe to the self-service printer printing inspection result. Step 407 is entered.
In step 406, the server determines that the user a cannot complete printing if the user a still prints on the device and has a high risk, and sends a notification to the user through the APP to remind the user that the user may fail to print if the user still chooses to designate a self-service printer for printing, and advises the user to go to the printer quickly to print a check report, or chooses to subscribe to another device again to print a check report. Preferably, the server can dynamically update the remaining amount of the accessories according to the selection of the user and display the updated remaining amount of the accessories to the user in real time. Preferably, the server sends the position of the self-service printer to the intelligent terminal of the medical staff to inform the medical staff of supplementing the material matching amount.
In step 407, the server monitors that the user a feature word is revised to be completed, and the server automatically releases the subscription relationship with the user a and sends a greeting thank you for subscription to the user a through the APP.
In the embodiment of the present invention, only the case where the user selects printing on a specified unique apparatus is described.
Example 3:
the embodiment of the invention provides a medical material updating method, and compared with embodiment 1, the embodiment of the invention shows a technical scheme from a more complete operation process, in the embodiment of the invention, the equipment in the corresponding embodiment 1 is expressed as a self-service printer; the first user in the corresponding embodiment 1 is expressed as a user B, the user B is not the patient himself but the relative of the patient in the embodiment, and the user B himself/herself is convenient to move, and the distances between the printing devices in the hospital where the user B is located are short; the first preset threshold in the corresponding embodiment 1 is expressed as 20%.
The medical material updating method comprises the following steps:

In step 301', the user B clicks a button for printing reservation of the check result on the self-service printer, and the self-service printer automatically generates a two-dimensional code; and the user B uses the intelligent terminal to scan the generated two-dimensional code on the self-service printer.
In step 302 ', after the user B finishes scanning, the hospital server identifies the personal information of the user B scanning the two-dimensional code, compares the personal information with the personal information of the target patient, determines whether the target patient subscribes according to the comparison, and enters step 305' because the user B is the target user relative.
In step 305 ', the server determines that the target patient does not subscribe the test result to be printed, the APP jumps to an authentication interface, the user B fills in one or more items of information such as name, telephone, identity card number and relationship with the patient, completes authentication, and the process goes to step 306'.
In step 306', the APP jumps to a select device subscription interface.
Since the user B is physically convenient to move and the distances between the respective printing apparatuses in the hospital are short, as shown in fig. 6, a preferable mode is provided.
In step 501, user B chooses to specify a type of self-service printer subscription.
In step 502, when the server monitors that the characteristic words of the patients of the same type are revised, the patients of the same type are judged to be printed on the type self-service printer.
In step 503, the server counts the material distribution residual amounts of all the types of self-service printers, and screens out all the self-service printers with the material distribution residual amounts larger than 20%.
In step 504, the server sends the information of all self-service printers with the material distribution residual amount larger than 20% to the user B through the APP, and reminds the user B to go to the proper self-service printer for printing according to the self requirement.
Preferably, the server sends the positions of the self-service printers with all the material distribution residual amounts less than or equal to 20% to the intelligent terminal of the medical staff, and informs the medical staff of supplementing the material distribution amount.
In step 505, the server monitors that the characteristic word of the user B is revised to be printing completed, the server automatically releases the subscription relationship with the user B, and sends a greeting thank you for subscription to the user B through the APP.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is described that the user selects printing on a designated unique type of apparatus.
Example 4:
based on the same inventive concept, the present embodiment provides a medical material update notification apparatus for a hospital, including:
the receiving module is used for receiving a checking result printing subscription request sent by a first user through the intelligent terminal;
a monitoring module to monitor a hospital system database, track database information for one or more patients associated with the first user; wherein the associated one or more patients are user objects related to the same type of test result printing requirements as the first user;
and the notification module is used for notifying the first user to print the test result according to the information of the test result subscription record when the printed associated database information is updated in the database information of one or more patients associated with the first user.
Since the device described in the embodiment of the present invention is a device used in the method for updating and notifying medical supplies for hospitals in the embodiments 1 to 3, a person skilled in the art can understand the specific structure and the modification of the device based on the method described in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention, and thus the detailed description thereof is omitted. All the devices used in the methods of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
Example 5
Based on the same inventive concept, the present embodiments provide a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the method as described in embodiments 1-3.
Since the computer-readable storage medium described in the embodiment of the present invention is a computer-readable storage medium used in the method for notifying update of medical supplies for a hospital in embodiments 1 to 3, based on the method described in embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can understand the specific structure and modification of the computer-readable storage medium, and thus details are not described here. Any computer readable storage medium used in the methods of embodiments 1-3 of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
Example 6
Based on the same inventive concept, the present application further provides a computer device, which includes a storage, a processor, and a computer program stored on the storage and running on the processor, and the processor implements the methods of embodiments 1-3 when executing the above program.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The computer device of the present embodiment includes one or more processors 21 and a memory 22. In fig. 7, one processor 21 is taken as an example.
The processor 21 and the memory 22 may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 7 illustrates the connection by a bus as an example.
The memory 22, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store a non-volatile software program and a non-volatile computer-executable program, such as the medical material updating method in embodiment 1. The processor 21 executes the medical ingredient update method by executing the non-volatile software program and instructions stored in the memory 22.
The memory 22 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 22 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 21, and these remote memories may be connected to the processor 21 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The program instructions/modules are stored in the memory 22 and, when executed by the one or more processors 21, perform the medical supplies update methods of the various embodiments described above, e.g., perform the various steps shown in fig. 1-6 described above.

Claims (10)

1. A medical material distribution update notification method for a hospital, comprising:
the server receives a checking result printing subscription request sent by a first user through the intelligent terminal;
the server monitors a hospital system database, tracks database information for one or more patients associated with the first user; wherein the associated one or more patients are user objects related to the same type of test result printing requirements as the first user;
and when the database information of one or more patients associated with the first user is updated by the associated database information printed with the test result, notifying the first user to print the test result according to the information of the test result subscription record.
2. The medical material distribution updating notification method for the hospital according to claim 1, wherein the manner of the server receiving the test result printing subscription request sent by the first user through the intelligent terminal is as follows: a first user scans codes on equipment through an intelligent terminal to print and subscribe a check result;
the first user is the patient, the patient friend or the patient family, before the first user scans the code on the device through the intelligent terminal to print and subscribe the test result, the method further comprises identity verification,
when the first user is the patient, the information submitted to the identity verification interface by the patient through the intelligent terminal comprises one or more of a name, an identification card number and a registration number;
when the first user is a patient friend or a patient family, the information submitted to the identity verification interface by the patient friend or the patient family through the intelligent terminal comprises one or more of the name of the patient, the contact telephone of the patient and the relationship with the patient.
3. The medical auxiliary material update notification method for hospitals according to claim 1, characterized in that the hospital system database is previously provided with a characteristic word with a printing status of the examination result according to the type of the examination result of the patient, the characteristic word is used for representing two statuses of not printed yet and printed completely, and the characteristic word is not printed and revised to be printed after the patient is printed completely; the server monitors a hospital system database, tracks database information for one or more patients associated with the first user, and specifically includes:
the server inquires a hospital system database to obtain parameter values of the characteristic words of one or more patients belonging to the same type of test results as the first user;
according to the acquired parameter values of the characteristic words of one or more patients belonging to the same type of test results as the first user, one or more patients which are newly added after the first user and belong to the same type of test results as the first user are positioned, and the parameter values of the characteristic words in the database information of one or more patients associated with the first user are tracked.
4. The medical material distribution update notification method for hospitals according to claim 2, wherein after the first user passes the authentication, the method further comprises: a first user selects a designated device to perform subscription printing according to own requirements;
when a first user selects to subscribe to a single device, the server generates one or more patient information tracks; when finding that the characteristic words of the patient of the same type as the first user are revised into a printed state, the server judges whether the patient finishes printing on the equipment subscribed by the first user;
if so, counting the material distribution surplus of the equipment subscribed by the first user, and sending a notification to the first user according to a first material distribution surplus counting result;
if not, the server continues to track one or more patient information until a patient finishes printing on the first user subscription device;
when the first user selects one type of equipment for subscription, the server generates one or more patient information tracks, and finds that the characteristic characters of the patients of the same type as the first user are revised into a printing finished state, the server directly counts the material distribution residual quantity of all the equipment of the same type as the equipment selected by the first user, and sends a notice to the first user according to a second material distribution residual quantity counting result.

The medical material update notification method for the hospital according to claim 4, wherein when the first user selects to subscribe to a single device, and when the server finds that the feature word of the patient of the same type as the first user is revised to be in a printed state, determining whether the patient is finished printing on the device subscribed by the first user comprises: the server monitors that the characteristic word of the patient of the same type as the first user is revised, judges whether the characteristic word of the patient of the same type as the first user is associated with the equipment subscribed by the first user or not,
if the characteristic word of the patient of the same type as the first user is associated with the equipment subscribed by the first user, the patient is indicated to be printed on the equipment subscribed by the first user; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
if the characteristic word of the patient of the same type as the first user is not associated with the device subscribed by the first user, the patient is not printed on the device subscribed by the first user.

The medical material distribution update notification method for the hospital according to claim 4, wherein when the first user selects to subscribe to a single device, the server counts the material distribution remaining amount of the device subscribed by the first user, and notifies the first user according to the first material distribution remaining amount count result, comprising:

The medical material distribution updating notification method for the hospital according to claim 4, wherein when the first user selects a device of one type for subscription, the server directly counts the material distribution residual quantity of all the devices of the same type as the device selected by the first user, and notifies the first user according to the second material distribution residual quantity counting result, comprising:
the server counts the material distribution number of all the devices of the same type as the device selected by the first user, and sends out a notification to the first user according to the material distribution residual quantity counting result, wherein the notification comprises the following steps:
and if the second material blending residual quantity is larger than a first preset threshold value, screening out the equipment with the material blending residual quantity, and sending the equipment with the material blending residual quantity to the intelligent terminal of the first user so that the first user can go to the equipment by himself to print.
