Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the related art, the breakpoint continuous playing needs manual operation of a user, for example, when the user needs to replace a terminal device, the user performs operations such as querying and opening on a new terminal device, that is, a terminal device for performing the breakpoint continuous playing, so as to designate a program that needs to be subjected to the breakpoint continuous playing. Although the above operation can realize accurate breakpoint continuous playing, the operation is complex, the user experience is affected, and the application and popularization are limited.
To solve the problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a breakpoint continuous playing method based on voice, where the method may be applied to a controller having a communication relationship with each terminal device having a playing function, where the terminal device may be a smart phone, a computer, a story machine, an early education machine, and the like, and the controller may be an intelligent gateway, a cloud server, and the like that are independent from each terminal device, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited specifically to this.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a breakpoint continuous playing method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
Here, the control voice is a voice instruction spoken by the user, such as "continue playing", "then play a children's story", or the like. The control voice can be recorded by an acoustic acquisition component such as a microphone or a microphone array, and the acoustic acquisition component is arranged on the terminal device. The condition that the acoustic assembly set for the terminal equipment acquires the control voice can be sent to the controller by the terminal equipment, so that the controller can acquire the control voice. At this time, the terminal device that sends the control voice to the controller is the current terminal.
And step 120, determining the target playing information of the control voice based on at least one of the latest playing stop time of the current terminal, the playing record of the current terminal and the playing record of the terminal associated with the current terminal.
Specifically, the information related to the specifically played program, i.e., the target playing information, is continuously played at the breakpoint. When the current terminal is controlled to perform breakpoint continuous playing, target playing information required by breakpoint continuous playing needs to be provided for the current terminal.
Under the trigger of the control voice, the controller can determine the target playing information of the control voice, and further realize the breakpoint continuous playing.
In consideration of the operation habits of the user, programs that generally need to be continuously played at a breakpoint are all the programs that are recently played by the user, so when the target playing information is located, the playing record of the terminal can be referred to, and the terminal referred to here may be a current terminal, or may include both the current terminal and a terminal associated with the current terminal. Specifically, when selecting which terminal determines the target information from the play record, the latest play stop time of the current terminal may be referred to, whether the current terminal itself has a terminal associated therewith may also be considered, and whether the latest play stop time of the current terminal also has a terminal associated therewith may also be considered, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
For example, it may be determined whether the distance between the latest playing stop time of the current terminal and the current time exceeds a preset time threshold, if not, the user has a high probability that a program interrupted before by the current terminal needs to be played, and target playing information may be determined directly based on the program interrupted before; or, it may be determined whether the current terminal has an associated terminal, that is, whether other terminals supporting performing cross-device breakpoint continuous playing in conjunction with the current terminal exist, and if so, the recently played program may be selected from the play records of the current terminal and the associated terminal to determine the target play information.
It should be noted that the association between the terminals, that is, whether each terminal can jointly execute the breakpoint continuous play across the devices, may be determined by default device association or device association preset by the user.
And step 130, controlling the current terminal to perform breakpoint continuous playing based on the target playing information.
Specifically, after the target playing information for controlling the voice is determined, the target playing information can be sent to the current terminal, so that the current terminal can continue playing at a breakpoint based on the target playing information.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user can trigger the determination of the target playing information to realize the breakpoint continuous playing only by dictating the control voice without manual query control, the whole process is automatically realized, the dependence of the breakpoint continuous playing on manual operation is greatly reduced on the basis of ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the breakpoint continuous playing, the operation flow is simplified, and the application and popularization of the breakpoint continuous playing are facilitated.
Based on the above embodiment, step 110 further includes:
performing intention recognition on the control voice to obtain a control intention and a target object of the control voice;
if the control intention is a playing class and the target object is not empty, determining that the control voice indication is accurate to continue playing;
and if the control intention is a play class and the target object is empty, determining that the control voice indication continues playing.
Specifically, after the control voice is obtained, the intention recognition can be performed through the control voice, so that the control intention of the control voice and a control object under the control intention, namely, a target object of the control voice are obtained.
When the intention is recognized, firstly performing voice transcription on the control voice to obtain a transcribed text of the control voice, then performing intention recognition on the transcribed text to determine a control intention of the control voice, and in addition, performing slot filling on the transcribed text to determine a target object of the control voice, where the target object is a program that is indicated to be played by the control voice by a user, for example, the control voice "plays a western note next", the control intention is a play class, the target object is a western note, for example, the control voice "a video that has just been played continues, the control intention is a play class, and the target object is empty, that is, the control voice does not carry a specific control object.
And aiming at the condition that the control intention is the playing class and the target object is not empty, confirming that the control voice indication is accurate continuous playing, namely that the user hopes to execute the breakpoint continuous playing through the control voice and definitely giving the target object of the breakpoint continuous playing.
And confirming that the control voice indication is the universal continuous playing, namely that the user wants to execute the breakpoint continuous playing through the control voice but does not explicitly give the target object of the breakpoint continuous playing.
For different continuous playing types of control voice indication, target playing information required by breakpoint continuous playing can be determined in different modes.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 120 includes:
under the condition that the control voice indicates continuous broadcasting, if the current terminal has a running playing application, determining target playing information based on the current running information of the playing application;
if the current terminal does not have the running playing application, determining the playing stop duration based on the current time and the latest playing stop time of the current terminal;
if the playing stop duration is less than a first preset duration, determining the target playing information based on the playing record of the current terminal;
and if the playing stop time length is greater than or equal to a first preset time length, determining the target playing information based on the playing record of the current terminal and/or the playing record of the terminal associated with the current terminal.
Specifically, in the case of controlling the speech instruction to continue playing in a flooding manner, the target object at this time is unknown, and before determining the target playing information by combining the latest playing stop time of the current terminal and the playing record of the current terminal and/or the terminal associated with the current terminal, whether the running playing-class application exists in the current terminal may be considered in advance:
if the program exists, the program that the user requests to resume is likely to be the program that the running broadcast application is playing or is paused just after playing, and the target playing information may be determined based on the current running information of the broadcast application, where the current running information refers to the information related to playing recorded during the running process from the latest starting time to the current time of the broadcast application, such as whether the program is currently playing, and for example, what programs have been played before, how the playing progress of the program is. Starting from the current running information, the content which the user wants to resume can be quickly and accurately positioned from a small range.
If the target playing information does not exist, the target playing information needs to be determined by combining the latest playing stop time of the current terminal and the playing record of the current terminal and/or the terminal associated with the current terminal, and at this time, the latest playing stop time of the current terminal can be considered preferentially.
According to the time difference between the current time and the latest playing stop time of the current terminal, the playing stop duration, that is, the time length elapsed after the playing of the current terminal is stopped, can be determined.
After the playing stop duration is obtained, the playing stop duration can be compared with a first preset duration, if the playing stop duration is less than the first preset duration, a user is likely to be a program to be played before the current terminal, and a recently played program and a playing progress can be directly determined from a playing record of the current terminal, so that target playing information is obtained;
if the playing stop duration is greater than or equal to the first preset duration, the user may want to continue playing the program played before the current terminal, and also may want to continue playing the program played before other terminals, at this time, it needs to be further considered whether the current terminal has a terminal related thereto, that is, whether a terminal capable of performing cross-terminal breakpoint playing jointly with the current terminal exists, if the terminal exists, that is, the playing stop duration is greater than or equal to the first preset duration, and a terminal related to the current terminal exists, the target playing information may be determined from the playing records of the current terminal and the terminal related to the current terminal, and if the terminal does not exist, that is, the playing stop duration is greater than or equal to the first preset duration, and the terminal related to the current terminal does not exist, the target playing information may be determined from the playing record of the current terminal only.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the determining target playback information based on the current running information of the playback-class application includes:
if the program which is being played does not exist in the current operation information, extracting the information of the program which is played in the current operation from the current operation information as the target playing information;
and if the information of the program played in the current operation does not exist in the current operation information, determining the target playing information based on the playing record of the current terminal and/or the playing record of the terminal associated with the current terminal.
Specifically, under the condition that the voice instruction is controlled to continue playing, if the current terminal has a running play application, whether a program being played exists can be judged according to the current running information of the play application:
if a program which is being played exists, the program which is being played is considered to be the program which needs to be subjected to breakpoint resume, and the user can be only prompted that the program is being played without additional operation, and the breakpoint resume method is ended so far;
if the program being played does not exist, the information of the program played in the current operation can be extracted from the current operation information, and here, the program played in the current operation, namely the program interrupted in the playing process, is most likely the program which a user needs to perform breakpoint resuming, so that the information of the program played in the current operation can be directly used as the target playing information to perform breakpoint resuming;
in addition, there is also a case that no program playing is executed after the broadcast application is started, that is, there is no information of the program played in the current operation information, and for this case, the target playing information may be determined from the playing record of the current terminal and/or the playing record of the terminal associated with the current terminal. At this time, it may also be considered whether the current terminal has a terminal related thereto, that is, whether a terminal capable of performing cross-terminal breakpoint continuous playing in conjunction with the current terminal exists, if so, the target playing information may be determined from the playing records of the current terminal and the terminal related to the current terminal, and if not, the target playing information may be determined from only the playing record of the current terminal.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in a case where the control voice indicates a universal playback, the determining the target playback information based on the playback record of the current terminal and/or the playback record of the terminal associated with the current terminal includes:
and selecting the program playing information with the latest playing ending time from the program playing information in the playing record of the current terminal and the program playing information which is allowed to be played across equipment in the playing record of the terminal associated with the current terminal so as to determine the target playing information.
Specifically, in consideration of the operation habits of the user, programs that generally need to be continuously played at a breakpoint are all the programs that are recently played by the user, and therefore, when the target playing information is located, the playing end time of each program playing information in the playing record of the current terminal and/or the terminal associated with the current terminal may be referred to.
In addition, in view of the problem of copyright, the programs authorized to be played on some terminals do not necessarily support cross-terminal playing, and therefore, when the target playing information is located, it may also be necessary to refer to the cross-device playing identifier of each program playing information in the playing record of the terminal associated with the current terminal.
It should be noted that the case that the cross-device playing identifier needs to be referred to is a case that there are other terminals related to the current terminal, and the cross-device playing may occur only in the case that there are other terminals, and if there is only the current terminal, there is no possibility that there is the cross-device playing identifier, that is, there is no need to refer to the cross-device playing identifier.
Specifically, in the process of positioning the target playing information, under the condition that only the current terminal exists, the program playing information with the latest playing ending time can be directly selected from the playing records, namely the program playing information with the latest playing ending time is obtained and is used as the target playing information.
Under the condition that a terminal associated with the current terminal exists, program playing information with the latest playing ending time can be selected from each playing record, if the selected program playing information comes from the current terminal, cross-equipment playing does not exist, and the program playing information can be used as target playing information; if the selected program playing information comes from other terminals associated with the current terminal, cross-device playing may occur, a cross-device playing identifier in the program playing information needs to be inquired, if the cross-device playing identifier indicates that cross-device playing is possible, the program playing information is used as target playing information, if cross-device playing is indicated to be impossible, the program playing information with the next closest playing ending time is selected from each playing record to perform a new round of judgment until the target playing information is found.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 120 includes:
and under the condition that the control voice indicates accurate continuous playing, determining the target playing information based on the playing record of the current terminal and/or the playing record of the terminal associated with the current terminal and a target object contained in the control voice.
Specifically, under the condition that the control voice indicates accurate continuous playing, the target object at this time is known and clear, and on the premise that the target object included in the control voice is clear, whether the target object has been played before, that is, whether a record of the playing progress of the target object exists or not, may be determined based on the playing record of the current terminal and/or the playing record of the terminal associated with the current terminal, so as to obtain the target playing information.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the determining the target play information based on the play record of the current terminal and/or the play record of the terminal associated with the current terminal, and the target object includes:
determining current playing information of the current terminal;
if the playing object indicated by the current playing information is different from the target object, searching historical playing information of the target object from the playing record of the current terminal and/or the playing record of the terminal associated with the current terminal;
and if the historical playing information exists, determining the target playing information based on the historical playing information.
Specifically, before querying the playing schedule of the target object, current playing information of the current terminal may be queried, where the current playing information reflects whether a program currently being played exists at the current terminal, and if so, the current playing information further includes related information of the program being played, such as a name of the program, the playing schedule, and the like.
If the playing object indicated by the current playing information is consistent with the target object, the current terminal is playing the program that the user wants to perform the breakpoint resume, and the user can be only prompted that the program is playing without additional operation, and the breakpoint resume method is ended.
If the playing object is different from the target object, that is, there is a program being played, but the program is not the program that the user wishes to play, or the program is not played at all at present, it is necessary to search the historical playing information of the target object from the playing record of the current terminal and/or the playing record of the terminal associated with the current terminal, where the historical playing information is used to reflect the historical playing progress of the target object.
When searching for the historical playing information of the target object, it is first required to determine whether there is a terminal related to the current terminal, that is, whether there is a terminal that can perform cross-terminal breakpoint continuous playing in conjunction with the current terminal, if so, the historical playing information of the target object can be searched from the playing records of the current terminal and the terminal related to the current terminal, and if not, the historical playing information of the target object can be searched from the playing record of the current terminal only.
If the historical playing information of the target object can be found, the target playing information can be determined based on the historical playing progress indicated by the historical playing information. For example, if the target object is the bushy, and the history play information of the bushy indicates that the play is ended to the 16 th set, the target play information may indicate that the play is started from the 17 th set of the bushy.
If the historical playing information of the target object cannot be found, that is, the historical playing information does not exist, at this time, it may be considered that the target object has not been played by the user before, and the start playing information of the target object may be directly determined as the target playing information, where the start playing information indicates the beginning of playing of the target object, or if the user sets a skip slice header in advance, the start playing information may indicate that the target object skips the beginning after the slice header.
Based on any of the above embodiments, step 120 includes:
determining a user identifier corresponding to the control voice based on the voiceprint feature of the control voice;
and determining the target playing information of the control voice based on at least one of the latest playing stop time of the current terminal, the playing record under the user identifier in the current terminal and the playing record under the user identifier in the terminal associated with the current terminal.
Specifically, considering that the playing records of multiple user accounts may be mixed in the playing record of the terminal, if the target playing information is selected only according to the playing ending time, the playing records of other users may be selected instead of the playing record of the user who currently requires to perform breakpoint playing, so that the finally played program is not the program that the user desires to play.
For this situation, the playing record under the user account can be located, and the program playing information with the latest playing ending time is selected from the playing records, so that the selection range of the target playing information can be limited in the playing record of the user. However, in many cases, the user does not necessarily log in the controller through an account, and the controller cannot limit the selection range of the target broadcast information even if the user identity is unknown. However, if the user is required to log in before the breakpoint resume can be performed, the operation of breakpoint resume is further complicated. In addition, in the play records of the same user account, the play records of different users sharing the same account may also be mixed, and the user account is used as a play record positioning condition, so that the problem that a unified account is mixed by multiple users cannot be solved.
In view of the above problem, the embodiment of the present invention extracts the voiceprint feature of the user from the control voice, and further determines the user identifier of the control voice through the voiceprint feature. The user identification can be information which can identify the user identification, such as a user account number, a user id and the like, the voiceprint features of all the user identifications can be stored in the controller in advance, after the voiceprint features of the control voice are obtained, the voiceprint features of the control voice can be matched with the acoustic features of all the user identifications stored in advance, the user identification corresponding to the voiceprint features which are successfully matched is determined to be the user identification corresponding to the control voice, and therefore the user identification can be obtained under the condition that the user is not logged in.
After the user identifier corresponding to the control voice is determined, the play record under the user identifier can be selected from the play records of the current terminal and/or the terminal associated with the current terminal. Here, the play record under the user identifier may be a play record recorded by the terminal when the account corresponding to the user identifier is logged in, or may be a play record recorded by the terminal when the voice or the face of the user is detected, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention. For example, when a user performs a play operation through a voice control terminal, the terminal may extract a voiceprint feature in a voice, and further determine a user identifier corresponding to the voiceprint feature, so that the play operation implemented based on the voice control is associated with the user identifier corresponding to the voiceprint feature, thereby implementing maintenance of a play record carrying the user identifier. And subsequently, when the target playing information is positioned by using the playing record, the user identifier corresponding to the control voice can be used, and the part of the playing record carrying the same user identifier in the positioning playing record is positioned, so that the selection range of the target information is limited.
After the playing record under the user identifier is determined, the program playing information with the latest playing ending time can be selected from the program playing information of the playing record under the user identifier as the target playing information, or the program playing information with the latest playing ending time and capable of being played by crossing equipment is selected as the target playing information.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the control intention is obtained by controlling the voice, and the user identification is determined by applying the voiceprint characteristics carried by the control voice, so that the selection range of the target playing information is limited, and the effect of improving the accuracy and reliability of breakpoint continuous playing can be realized without additional login operation of a user.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 2 is a second schematic flow chart of the breakpoint continuous playing method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
first, a control voice is received.
After receiving the control voice, performing intention recognition on the control voice to obtain a control intention and a target object of the control voice, if the control intention is a playing class, namely the control voice is a breakpoint continuous playing intention, further judging whether the target object is empty, if so, executing general continuous playing, and if not, executing accurate continuous playing; and if the control intention is not in the playing class, namely the control voice is not used for breakpoint continuous playing, returning to continuously receiving the control voice.
Fig. 3 is a third schematic flow chart of the breakpoint resuming method provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, in the case of performing the extensive resuming, it is first determined whether a currently running play-type application exists in the current terminal, if the currently running play-type application exists, it is determined whether the play-type application is playing a program, if yes, no processing is performed, if no, it is further determined whether information of the program played in the current running exists in the current running information of the play-type application, if there is information of the played program, the program is continuously played, and if there is no information of the played program, it is further determined whether a terminal associated with the current terminal exists in the current terminal. If the running playing application does not exist, determining the playing stop time length according to the time difference value between the current time and the latest playing stop time of the current terminal, and judging whether the playing stop time length is less than a first preset time length or not, if so, continuing to play the latest playing program according to the playing record of the current terminal; if the current terminal is greater than or equal to the preset value, whether the current terminal has a terminal related to the current terminal needs to be further judged:
if the current terminal is judged and known to have the associated terminal, the information of the recently played program can be determined as the target playing information to carry out breakpoint continuous playing from the playing records of the current terminal and the associated terminal;
if the judgment shows that the current terminal does not have the associated terminal, the information of the program played recently can be determined as the target playing information to perform breakpoint continuous playing from the playing record of the current terminal.
