1. A remote sensing alarm system for a garbage power plant is characterized by comprising: infrared module, response module, alarm module and control module:
an infrared module: sensing the outside through infrared data connectivity, forming warning information when the infrared data are in a state of being unable to be connected, and transmitting the warning information to the alarm module;
a control module: collecting the equipment parameters in the detection in real time to form position information, and transmitting the position information to the induction module;
the induction module: receiving the position information to form induction information, judging the induction information within a preset range, and if the induction information is outside the preset range, not sending the induction information to the outside of the module; if the sensing information is in the set range, the sensing information is transmitted to an alarm module;
an alarm module: when the warning information and the induction information are received at the same time, acousto-optic alarm information is formed and transmitted to an external terminal.
2. The remote sensing alarm system for the garbage power plant according to claim 1, wherein the control module further collects parameters of the position change speed of the equipment in real time to form speed information, and transmits the speed information to the sensing module.

The remote sensing alarm system for the garbage power plant according to claim 2, wherein the sensing module receives the speed information and the sensing information, processes and judges the speed information and the sensing information, forms speed inhibition information if the speed information and the sensing information are within a judgment range, and transmits the speed inhibition information to the control module.

the infrared device is positioned on the discharging platform, and the electronic fence device and the garbage grab bucket are positioned in the garbage pool; when the infrared device detects the transport vehicle, the alarm device gives a warning according to the position state of the garbage grab bucket different from that of the electronic fence device.

The remote sensing and alarming system for the garbage power plant according to claim 1, wherein the infrared device comprises an infrared transmitting device and an infrared receiving device, the infrared receiving device and the infrared transmitting device are positioned on two sides of the traveling of the transport vehicle, and the sensing light beam always keeps intersecting with the traveling track of the vehicle; an induction light beam is formed between the infrared transmitting device and the infrared receiving device, and the position of the transport vehicle is detected through the induction light beam; the height of the infrared receiving device and the infrared transmitting device is 1.9-2.3 m.

The remote sensing alarm system for the garbage power plant according to claim 1, wherein the alarm device is divided into a first alarm device and a second alarm device, and the first alarm device is located on the discharging platform; the second alarm device is positioned in the garbage pool; both the first alarm device and the second alarm device are provided with an acoustic unit and an optical unit.
8. The remote sensing and alarming system for the garbage power plant as recited in claim 1, further comprising a control device for controlling the garbage grab bucket to move in the garbage pool and grab and release the garbage.

The remote sensing alarm system for the garbage power plant as claimed in claim 8, wherein the garbage grab is provided with a position encoder, the control device is provided with a position resolver for analyzing data measured by the position encoder, and the position encoder is electrically connected with the position resolver.
10. The remote sensing and alarming system for garbage power plants as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a discharge door, wherein the transportation cart discharges garbage to the area formed by the electronic fence device through the discharge door.
