In the existing regional medical construction, in the top-level design and replacement process, the existing data of medical institutions are taken as the basis, the data of each medical institution is independent, the unique identification of the dictionary in the region is not uniform, the goal of uniform management cannot be achieved, and certain data defects exist in the application of the later-stage access region. The unified management means that the purpose of flexible and unified management of data is achieved through a certain management method. Based on this, the data management method, the data management device, the data management system and the regional management server provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem that unique identifiers of the regional dictionaries are not uniform, optimize the management process and improve the supervision target of the regional basic dictionary.
To facilitate understanding of the embodiment, a detailed description will be given of a data management system disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a data management System, which can be applied to a Hospital Information System (HIS). Referring to a schematic structural diagram of a data management system shown in fig. 1, the data management system includes a regional management server 110 and a plurality of medical institution servers 120, and the regional management server 110 is connected to each medical institution server 120; the area management server 110 has a database in which medicine dictionary data and charge item dictionary data are stored. It should be noted that only three medical institution servers 120 are shown in fig. 1, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the number of medical institution servers 120 may be arbitrarily set.
In particular, the regional management server 110 may be connected to each medical institution server 120 through a private network in a region. Through the preliminary standard arrangement of medical dictionary data in the region, a set of database of unified dictionaries is established, and the regional management server 110 maintains and manages the medicine dictionary data and the charging project dictionary data in the database in a regional mode, so that the aim of unified management of the medicine dictionary and the charging project dictionary in the region is fulfilled. The regional management server 110 may perform access management on the medical institution servers 120 in the region, and flexibly configure a drug dictionary control authority and a charging item control authority for the medical institution servers 120, so as to flexibly control whether the medical interfaces of the medical institution servers 120 in the region access the unified dictionary. The medical institution server 120 with the drug dictionary control authority can call the drug dictionary data adaptive to the medical institution server 120 from the database as required, and the medical institution server 120 with the charge item control authority can call the charge item dictionary data adaptive to the medical institution server 120 from the database as required, so that the dictionary data can be flexibly called.
Referring to fig. 2, a medical institution access diagram of a data management system is shown, the data management system adopts a top-level design, a regional management server 110 has unified medicine dictionary data and charging item dictionary data, and the regional management server 110 flexibly accesses each medical institution server 120 through authority configuration. The regional management server 110 may be accessed to all medical institution servers 120 in a unified manner, or may be accessed to some medical institution servers 120, and may configure a drug dictionary control authority and a charging item control authority for the accessed medical institution servers 120, or may configure only one of the drug dictionary control authority and the charging item control authority, so that flexible access management and authority management for the medical institution servers 120 are realized.
Under special management and emergency, the data management system can uniformly disable a certain drug (for example, a disabled identifier for all medical institution servers 120 is set for the drug) or a certain charging item through batch disabling, so that the corresponding drug or charging item of each medical institution server 120 in the area is immediately disabled and cannot be used any more. In addition, the data management system may disable some drugs or some charging items for some medical institutions (e.g., set a disable flag for some medical institution servers 120 for the drug), so as to achieve the purpose that corresponding drugs or charging items of some medical institution servers 120 are disabled immediately and cannot be used any more.
In the process of quickly promoting the online and replacement of the medical institutions, the data management system can flexibly configure the authority of the medical institution servers 120, and each medical institution server 120 can flexibly access dictionary data, so that the unique ID values of a medicine dictionary and a charging item dictionary in an area can be unified, the dictionaries of each medical institution are associated, the interconnection and intercommunication informatization of the area is further improved, and the purposes of unified supervision and flexible application are further achieved. In the advancing process of regional medical construction, the data management system provides unified standards and specifications for regional medical construction through unified top-level dictionary design, and the most effective basic preparation is achieved for later-stage regional supervision, flexible management and control, interconnection and intercommunication and mutual recognition and other hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
In order to facilitate understanding of the working process of the data management system, an embodiment of the present invention provides a data management method, which is applied to an area management server, where a database of the area management server stores medicine dictionary data and charging item dictionary data. Referring to the flow chart of a data management method shown in fig. 3, the medical institution server calls dictionary data as required through the following steps S302 to S308:
step S302, an inquiry request sent by the medical institution server is received.
The query request can be divided into a medicine query request and a charging item query request, wherein the query request carries a keyword, data corresponding to the keyword carried by the medicine query request is queried in the medicine dictionary data, and data corresponding to the keyword carried by the charging item query request is queried in the charging item dictionary data.
And step S304, inquiring in the database to obtain target dictionary data corresponding to the inquiry request.
And step S306, returning the target dictionary data to the medical institution server so that the medical institution server carries out data calling based on the target dictionary data.
And step S308, receiving a data calling result returned by the medical institution server, and recording the data calling result.
For example, referring to a schematic diagram of a medicine dictionary calling interface shown in fig. 4, a worker may send a query request to the regional management server by inputting one or more of a medicine name, a medicine type, a medicine code, a serial number, and the like, where a keyword carried in the query request is one or more of the medicine name, the medicine type, the medicine code, the serial number, and the like. Target dictionary data returned by the regional management server can be displayed on a medicine dictionary call-in interface in a list form, and a worker can call in corresponding medicines by clicking a call-in button after checking required medicines.
For the detailed description in the above steps S302 to S308, reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the foregoing embodiments, and details are not described here.
According to the data management method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when dictionary data of an accessed medical institution server is called, a query request sent by the medical institution server is received firstly, and target dictionary data corresponding to the query request is obtained by querying in a database; then returning the target dictionary data to the medical institution server so that the medical institution server can call in the data based on the target dictionary data; and then receiving a data calling result returned by the medical institution server and recording the data calling result. Thus, the regional management server performs unified maintenance and management on the medicine dictionary data and the charging project dictionary data, the medical institutions are accessed according to the required access types, the accessed medical institutions can call in the dictionary data as required, unified supervision of the medicine dictionary and the charging project dictionary of the medical institutions accessed in the region is realized, and regional interconnection and intercommunication informatization is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another data management method, compared with the method shown in fig. 3, the method is added with the access process of the medical institution server. Referring to fig. 5, a flow chart of another data management method is shown, which includes the following steps S502 to S512:
step S502, access information is obtained, wherein the access information comprises a medical institution server to be accessed and an access type of the medical institution server, and the access type comprises medicine dictionary management and control and/or charging item management and control.
And step S504, accessing the medical institution server according to the access type.
A manager can log in a management end of the regional management server, and access setting of the medical institution server is performed through a medical institution access interface, referring to a schematic diagram of a medical institution access interface shown in fig. 6, dictionary management control (i.e. access types) includes two types of drug dictionary management and charge item management, and batch management can be performed on a plurality of medical institutions, or individual management can be performed on the medical institutions one by one, wherein the batch management can be divided into batch total management (all subordinate medical institutions included in the currently selected superior medical institution check the control of the upper drug dictionary and the control of the charge item, for example, all village health rooms included in a2 health court in fig. 4 check the control of the upper drug dictionary and the control of the charge item), batch drug management (all subordinate medical institutions included in the currently selected superior medical institution check the control of the upper drug dictionary) and batch charge item management (the currently selected superior medical institution includes the currently selected superior medical institution All subordinate medical institutions of (1) check the upper toll project management and control). Once the drug dictionary control is selected, the regional management server is accessed to a medical institution server of a corresponding medical institution to open the authority of calling the drug dictionary data for the regional management server; once the toll collection project management and control is checked, the regional management server accesses a medical institution server of a corresponding medical institution to open the authority of calling the toll collection project dictionary data for the regional management server.
Step S506, an inquiry request sent by the medical institution server is received.
Step S508, the database is queried to obtain the target dictionary data corresponding to the query request.
And step S510, returning the target dictionary data to the medical institution server so that the medical institution server can call in the data based on the target dictionary data.
And step S512, receiving a data calling result returned by the medical institution server, and recording the data calling result.
For the detailed description in the above steps S502 to S512, reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the foregoing embodiments, and details are not described here.
Further, the method further comprises: acquiring removal information to determine a second medical institution server to be removed and a removal type thereof; removing the second medical institution server according to the removal type; wherein the removal type comprises a medicine dictionary management and/or a charge item management. This may enable rights removal that has access to the medical facility server.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, on the medical institution access interface, for a medical institution that has already checked the drug dictionary management control or the charge item management control, the right of the medical institution server to call the drug dictionary data may be removed by canceling the checking of the drug dictionary management control; and removing the authority of the medical institution server for calling the toll project dictionary data by canceling the check on the toll project management and control.
For convenience of understanding, referring to a schematic diagram of a drug dictionary management interface shown in fig. 7 and a schematic diagram of a charge item dictionary management interface shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a drug dictionary management interface and a charge item dictionary management interface, and a manager may perform drug dictionary management and charge item dictionary management through the drug dictionary management interface and the charge item dictionary management interface, respectively. In order to implement the disable function, the method further comprises: acquiring dictionary forbidding information submitted by a management end of a regional management server to determine first dictionary data to be forbidden and a first medical institution server; a disable flag is set for the first dictionary data in the database, the disable flag indicating that the first dictionary data is in a non-queryable state with the first medical facility server. Therefore, the first medical institution server can not call the first dictionary data any more, and the medicine corresponding to the first dictionary data can not be used any more.
The first dictionary data may be all or part of the medicine dictionary data or all or part of the charge item dictionary data, and the first medical institution server may be one or a plurality of servers.
Taking the first dictionary data as all the medicine dictionary data as an example, as shown in fig. 7, a usage right button is further arranged on a medicine dictionary management interface, after a manager clicks the usage right button, the usage right interface as shown in fig. 9 is displayed, a required medical institution can be queried on the usage right interface by inputting an institution code or an institution name, and batch prohibition of all the medicine dictionary data by a plurality of medical institutions can be realized by checking a special prohibition identifier corresponding to a corresponding medical institution.
Taking the first dictionary data as part of the medicine dictionary data as an example, as shown in fig. 7, each piece of medicine data displayed on the medicine dictionary management interface is correspondingly provided with a deactivation button, and by clicking the deactivation button, all or part of the accessed medical institutions can disable the piece of medicine data.
When the first dictionary data is all or part of the charge item dictionary data, the specific implementation process of disabling all or part of the charge item dictionary data is similar to that of all or part of the medicine dictionary data, and is not described again here.
Further, in order to ensure the disabling effect, the method further includes: inquiring whether the first medical institution server calls the first dictionary data or not according to the data calling result of the first medical institution server; and when the query result is yes, sending a disabling instruction of the first dictionary data to the first medical institution server so as to enable the first dictionary data called by the first medical institution server to be in an invalid state. Therefore, the first dictionary data which is called into the first medical institution server can be ensured to be invalid, so that the first medical institution server can not use the medicine or the charging items corresponding to the first dictionary data.
Further, in order to facilitate management of the dictionary data, the method further includes: receiving a template exporting instruction; storing the dictionary template corresponding to the template instruction to a preset storage position so that managers can write newly added dictionary data in the dictionary template in batches;
and/or
Receiving a dictionary importing instruction, and performing data identification on a file carried by the dictionary importing instruction to obtain newly added dictionary data; and storing the newly added dictionary data into a database.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, both the drug dictionary management interface and the toll project dictionary management interface are provided with a export template button and an import dictionary button, and a manager can store the corresponding dictionary template to a preset storage position by clicking the export template button, and can store newly added dictionary data contained in the imported file to the database by clicking the import dictionary button.
