Example one
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of a cargo storage method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the method specifically includes steps S10 to S40.
Step S10, obtaining storage information of the cargo box, the storage information at least including the size of the cargo box and the type of cargo in the cargo box.
Specifically, in this embodiment, before obtaining the storage information of the cargo box, the storage information of the cargo box is manufactured on the surface of the cargo box in the form of an RFID tag in advance, and the RFID tag is scanned by a reader to obtain the relevant storage information.
Step S20, judging whether a storage cabinet corresponding to the size of the container is contained in the warehouse or not; if yes, go to step S30.
Before judging whether the storage cabinets corresponding to the sizes of the containers exist in the warehouse or not, a database needs to be established for the storage cabinets of the warehouse, the database at least comprises coordinate addresses (namely positions) of each storage cabinet, the size of each storage cabinet and information of types of the stored goods of each storage cabinet, and after the sizes of the containers are obtained, the size data are matched with the size data of the storage cabinets in the database, and the matching rule is as follows: when the size of the storage cabinet in the warehouse is larger than or equal to the size of the container, the containers are judged to be matched. When it is determined that the storage bin corresponding to the size of the container is included in the warehouse, performing step S30; and when the storage cabinet corresponding to the size of the container does not exist in the warehouse, the container size which represents that the container needs to be stored is larger than the size of the storage cabinet or the storage cabinet in the warehouse is full, and the storage of the goods cannot be carried out, and then the operation is stopped.
Step S30, determining whether the storage cabinets include a target storage cabinet corresponding to the type of the cargo in the cargo box, if yes, performing step S40.
When it is determined that the storage cabinet contains a target storage cabinet corresponding to the type of the goods in the container, S40 is executed, it should be noted that generally, a large number of goods need to be stored in the warehouse, and for circulation and movement of the goods, the number of the various storage cabinets is large and the following situations may occur:
when the number of the matching of the size of the storage cabinet and the size of the container is one, the container corresponds to the storage cabinet;
when the number of the matching of the size of the storage cabinet and the size of the container is at least two, the positions of all the matched storage cabinets are extracted, the positions are arranged in the order from small to large, and finally the container is corresponding to the storage cabinet at the minimum position, for example, the positions of AB9, AA1, BA5 and BC3 are matched, the size of the first letter is compared firstly, so that the A is minimum, the Z is maximum, then the size of the second letter is compared, and the like, after the letters are compared, the size of a single number is compared, so that the size of the single number is understood to be 0 minimum and 9 maximum, and according to the above rules, the four positions are AA1, AB9, BA5 and BC3 in the order from small to large, so that the container is corresponding to the storage cabinet of AA 1.
And when the target storage cabinet corresponding to the type of the goods in the container does not exist in the storage cabinet, the type of the goods in the container is represented to be beyond the type range of the existing storage cabinet in the warehouse, and the goods cannot be stored, stopping the action.
And step S40, sending out prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the position of the target storage cabinet.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the carrier of the prompt message is a paper label printed with the target storage cabinet position and a signal lamp configured for the target storage cabinet, wherein the paper label printed with the target storage cabinet position is to be attached to the surface of the container and is located at a conspicuous position, and the warehouse manager stores the container in a prompt manner combining the paper label attached to the surface of the container and the signal lamp, and in some optional embodiments, the prompt message may also be other manners indicating the warehouse manager to store the goods, such as a broadcast manner.
In summary, in the cargo storage method in the above embodiment of the present invention, by obtaining the storage information of the cargo box, it is determined whether the storage cabinet corresponding to the size of the cargo box is included in the warehouse, it can be effectively determined whether a position with a suitable size is in the warehouse for storage, and by determining whether the storage cabinet includes a target storage cabinet corresponding to the type of the cargo in the cargo box, it can be effectively determined whether a position with a suitable size and a corresponding type is in the warehouse for storage, and by sending the prompt information, storage guidance can be effectively performed on the warehouse manager, so that the problem of a cargo storage error is solved.

When it is determined that the storage cabinet includes a target storage cabinet corresponding to the type of the goods in the cargo box, S23 is executed; and when the storage cabinet is judged to have no target storage cabinet corresponding to the type of the goods in the container, automatically creating a matching storage cabinet of a corresponding type according to the type of the goods in the container, and binding the identity of the container with the matching storage cabinet.
It should be noted that, in the actual warehouse operation process, the types of the goods in the containers are diversified, the types of the goods which are not involved in the existing warehouse are likely to appear, when the obtained types of the goods in the containers are not within the range of the types of the storage cabinets in the warehouse, the types which are consistent with the types of the corresponding goods are created in the storage cabinets in the warehouse and are matched with the types of the corresponding goods, of course, an idle storage cabinet needs to be arranged in the warehouse, the idle storage cabinet is used for converting the types of the goods which are not contained into the types of the corresponding goods when the types of the goods are not contained in the storage cabinets in the warehouse, and meanwhile, the ID of the container wrapping the goods is bound with the coordinate address of the matched storage cabinet.
Step S23, binding the id of the container with the target storage cabinet.
Specifically, the ID of the container and the coordinate address of the target storage cabinet are obtained and associated, it can be understood that when the ID of the container is queried, the specific position of the target storage cabinet can be obtained, and similarly, the ID of the container to which the storage cabinet belongs can be obtained by querying the coordinate address of the target storage cabinet.
Step S24, judging whether the goods in the container belong to the preset goods type according to the goods type in the container.
When the type of the goods in the container is judged to belong to the preset goods type of the goods in the container, the goods type needing unpacking inspection is preset, and S25 is executed after the obtained comparison result shows that the type of the goods in the container is consistent with the preset goods type needing unpacking inspection; and when the type of the goods in the container is judged not to belong to the preset goods type of the goods in the container, the goods in the container do not need to be checked, and the action is stopped.
And step S25, acquiring picture information of goods in the container, and associating and storing the picture information with the identity of the container.
Specifically, the goods in the container need to be photographed, the photographed picture information is uploaded and stored, and the uploaded picture information is associated with the container ID, which can be understood, and is also associated with the storage cabinet.
And step S26, sending out prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the position of the target storage cabinet.
And step S27, judging whether goods are stored in the target storage cabinet.
When the position of the target storage cabinet is judged to have goods to be stored, S28 is executed, in this embodiment, a gravity sensing device is installed in the storage cabinet in the warehouse, and after the goods box is bound with the target storage cabinet, the gravity sensing device in the target storage cabinet is activated to reach a starting state, the gravity sensing device is used for sensing the goods to be stored, and since the goods in the goods box have a certain weight, when the goods are placed in the target storage cabinet, the gravity sensing device is pressed, so that the position of the target storage cabinet can be judged to have goods to be stored, in some optional embodiments, the target storage cabinet can be scanned by using infrared rays, whether the target storage cabinet contains the goods box is checked, so that the function of judging whether the target storage cabinet has goods to be stored is realized; and when the position of the target storage cabinet is judged to have no goods for storage, stopping the action.
Step S28, obtaining the storage information of the current container.
