As shown in fig. 1-4, the present embodiment provides a clothes airing machine control system capable of automatically adjusting the lifting height, which comprises a detection sensor 1, a data processing unit 2, a controller unit 3, a motor driving unit 4 and a motor 5 for lifting the airing rod 7.
The detection sensor 1 is used to identify the height information of the user, which can be directly measured or can be obtained by post-calculation of the measured data.
And, the data processing unit 2 calculates the rotation speed and the operation time of the motor 5 based on the detection sensor feedback information, and feeds back the rotation speed and the operation time to the controller unit 3.
The controller unit 3 controls the motor 5 through the motor driving unit 4 according to the rotating speed and the running time of the motor 5 so as to automatically adjust the lifting height of the airing rod 7 according to the height of a user.
Through the mode, suitable airing rods 7 can be matched in height for users with different heights, and the airing rods 7 are located at the positions convenient for airing, so that the efficient and convenient auxiliary users can dry clothes conveniently. And the phenomenon that the airing rod 7 runs too low to collide with a user can be avoided, and the use safety of the airing machine is improved. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the detection sensor 1 provided in this embodiment includes a signal transmitting unit 11, a signal receiving unit 12 and an MCU unit 13, wherein the signal transmitting unit transmits a signal to a user, and the signal is reflected and received by the signal receiving unit; the MCU unit calculates the time difference between the signal sent by the signal transmitting unit and the signal received by the signal receiving unit; the data processing unit calculates the time difference to obtain height data of the user; the controller unit controls the motor to operate according to the height data of the user so as to enable the airing rod to descend to a preset height.
The MCU unit 13 controls the signal transmission unit to transmit a signal, which is t 1. The signal is transmitted to a person, the person is reflected to a receiving unit, the MCU unit 13 receives the signal of the signal receiving unit, the time is t2, the MCU unit 13 calculates the time difference between t2 and t1, the value is transmitted to the data processing unit, the data processing unit is internally provided with a corresponding table of time, height and motor running time, the table is obtained by testing in advance, the height of the person is calculated by the time from the transmission to the receiving time, the motor running time is output and transmitted to the controller unit, and the controller unit controls the running of the motor.
Preferably, the signal transmitting unit and the signal receiving unit are mounted on a lower panel of the main body part 8.
In one embodiment, the height measuring signal is an infrared ray, the signal transmitting unit is an infrared ray transmitting unit, and the signal receiving unit is an infrared ray receiving unit. The infrared transmitting unit transmits infrared rays from top to bottom to touch the top of the head of a user and then returns, and the infrared receiving unit receives the infrared rays and further detects height information of the user.

6) the controller unit processes the motor running rotating speed information and converts the motor running rotating speed information into real-time descending data of the airing rod;
7) the controller unit compares the real-time descending data of the drying rods with the descending data parameters of the drying rods and judges whether the drying rods reach the descending data;
8) and after the controller unit judges that the descending position of the airing rod reaches, the motor is controlled to stop running.
Further preferably, the user turns on the lowering function of the laundry machine through a wall switch, a remote controller, or voice. The motor driving unit 4 is a relay, a silicon controlled rectifier or an MOS tube.
