The controller 2 draws corresponding auxiliary parameters according to the relation between oil quality parameters of the last year and rotary kiln starting parameters, selects the auxiliary parameters to control corresponding parts according to the oil quality parameters during starting, and the auxiliary parameters comprise the temperature of thin oil, the temperature in the riding wheel bearing 6, the torque of the auxiliary motor 4, the heating time and the temperature of the heating lamp tube on the riding wheel surface; the rotary kiln starting parameters comprise the torque of a rotary kiln starting motor and the time for the rotary kiln to reach a set rotating speed. The temperature in the idler bearing 6 is the temperature of the thin oil in the idler bearing 6.
