Background
Researchers in the united states in the 80-90 s of the 20 th century have first developed a flue gas dilution channel sampling method. The dilution sampling method before the middle of the 80's of the 20 th century focused on the mass concentration of the particulate matter emitted from the combustion source, and then focused on the particle size and chemical composition of the particulate matter emitted from the combustion source in consideration of the health effect of the particulate matter. With the development of the analysis research of the environmental air particulate matter source, in order to construct a more real fixed source emission particulate matter source spectrum, more and more scientists adopt a dilution channel sampling method to collect fixed source particulate matter samples.
The main device of the dilute sampling method, called the dilution channel, is the most critical part of the method. The main parameters of the dilution tunnel include dilution ratio, residence time and mixing section reynolds number. The dilution tunnel principle is relatively simple. Various dilution channels are designed by various scholars according to needs, such as positive pressure dilution and negative pressure dilution. In order to ensure that the flue gas and the diluent gas are fully mixed, the dilution channel mostly adopts a turbulent mixing mode. The dilution process is a dynamic process of interaction of volatile and semi-volatile substances with particles and particles, including nucleation, condensation and coalescence, and sufficient residence time is required to ensure that the particle size distribution of the particles is stable.
At present, no standard method related to a fixed source dilution channel sampling method exists in China. The international organization for standardization (ISO) abroad and the EPA in the united states have been explored for many years, and proposed by taking a portable dilution channel designed by England as a prototype, and proposed the standards of a dilution sampling Method, namely ISO25597:2013 and EPA Method CTM-039.
According to the ISO method, a PM2.5-PM10 two-stage cyclone sampler is used for removing particles with aerodynamic diameters larger than 2.5 microns in flue gas, then a cyclone sampler is used for removing particles with aerodynamic diameters larger than 2.5 microns after dilution and condensation, then a filter membrane is used for collection, and finally weighing is carried out. The standard specifies in detail that the dilution channel parameters are such that the dilution ratio is greater than or equal to 20:1, the residence time is not less than 10s, the temperature at the membrane after dilution is less than or equal to 42 ℃, and the relative humidity is less than 70%.
The industry common problem is as follows: the comprehensive analysis of the condition of PM2.5 inverse hanging in the sampling process of the dilution channel adopted at present in China has the following points:
(precondition: the impinging cutter/cyclone cutter channel flow operates stably and accurately in the sampling process, the airtightness is good, and the following analysis is made.)
1. The coal-fired boiler in China mostly adopts a semi-dry desulfurization process, and the water vapor and the moisture content in the flue are high;
2. the dilution sampling technology needs to simulate a real natural environment and needs natural cooling, so that more pipeline condensate water is produced in the sampling process;
3. at present, most coal-fired boilers in China generally implement ultra-low emission standards, the sampling time is long when the sampling analysis amount is reached, and the large particle loss amount is large in the environment with high moisture content;
4. based on the national conditions of China, the matching problem of test units is difficult to be solved on site according to international ISO: 25597, 2013 standard parameter setting execution;
5. at high moisture content, it is possible that no sample can be collected.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new portable fixed-source dilutable particulate matter and VOCs sampler that solves the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the technical problem of providing a portable fixed-source condensable particulate matter and VOCs dilution sampler which is compact in structure and convenient to carry.
In order to solve the technical problem, the portable fixed-source condensable particulate matter and VOCs dilution sampler provided by the invention comprises:
a host;
the dilution device is arranged on the top side of the main machine and comprises a staying chamber and a spray head assembly, and the spray head assembly is arranged on one side of the staying chamber;
the electric heating sleeve is sleeved on the spray head assembly;
a pitot tube mounted on a side of the dilution device.

2. Mixing section
Reynolds numbers far greater than 4000 achieve about 12000; real flue gas diffuses to the atmosphere, and the dilution and mixing are finished within 1 second, and the mixing time of the mixing section of the device is less than 1 second.
3. The mixing dilution and the retention chamber are coaxial, the axial flow dilution is adopted, the particle loss can be reduced to the maximum extent, and especially the loss of fine particles due to the non-uniformity of an internal pipeline and structural factors is caused.
4. The dilution ratio can be adjusted by itself in the range of 10-100 or manually.
5. And the sampling time and the sampling flow are set autonomously.
6. The secondary dilution ring can adjust the flow according to actual conditions.
7. The stay chamber is additionally provided with a particle optical particle size measuring sensor, and the particle size distribution condition is real-time or after dilution.

The pitot tube 4 includes a K thermocouple junction 41, a dynamic pressure tube 42, and a static pressure tube 43.
