Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of food material storage technologies, and for example, to a method, an apparatus, and a storage apparatus for food material storage reminding.
Background
When a user uses the refrigerator, a lot of food is often accumulated in the refrigerator, and if the user forgets to press the food at the bottom layer of the refrigerator rack, the food can be overdue and deteriorated, thereby causing a waste problem.
At present, two intelligent modes are mainly adopted for food management of the refrigerator. One is to adopt the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, attach an RFID chip to each food, and then read the chip information through an RFID antenna built in the refrigerator to manage the storage and date of the food. However, the method for attaching the RFID chip to the food is difficult and tedious to operate, and is more difficult to operate for food without external packaging, and in addition, if the food in the refrigerator is stacked, the read-write effect of the RFID chip is large, and the food at the bottom of each layer of rack cannot be read, so that omission is easily caused. The other method is to adopt an image recognition technology, and to manage the food by recognizing the type and date of the food put in the refrigerator through images. Although the image recognition technology does not need steps such as attaching labels, the problems of low recognition rate, incapability of recognizing packaged food, incapability of recognizing bottom layer food during stacking and storing food exist, and the like, so that the food placed at the bottom layer of the refrigerator rack can be missed to cause overdue.
In the process of implementing the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is found that at least the following problems exist in the related art: food stored at the bottom of the refrigerator rack is easy to be forgotten by users and goes bad after time, which causes waste.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a method for reminding food storage according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for reminding food storage, where food is stored in a shelf of a storage device, the shelf is provided with a pressure detection module, and the method for reminding food storage includes:
and S01, generating a plurality of pressure images of the shelf according to the detection result of the pressure detection module.
S02, it is determined whether or not the color information of the pressure image has changed, based on the plurality of pressure images.
S03, when the coloring information of the pressure image has not changed, a warning message is issued.
By adopting the method for reminding food material storage provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, food materials are stored on the shelf, a plurality of pressure images of the shelf when the shelf is pressed are generated according to the result detected by the pressure detection module arranged on the shelf, and whether the coloring information of the plurality of pressure images changes or not is judged; under the condition that the coloring information is not changed, the food material is proved to be not moved and possibly forgotten by a user, and then the reminding information is sent out to remind the user to collect the food which is placed at the bottom layer of the rack and is contacted with the rack plate, so that the problem that the food collected at the bottom layer of the rack is forgotten by the user and goes bad after being aged is solved, and the waste phenomenon is avoided.
Optionally, the pressure image may be generated by the pressure detection module 24 days, so that when determining whether the coloring information of the pressure image changes, it is ensured that the pressure image is always generated latest without delay, and an error is avoided when determining whether the coloring information changes.
Alternatively, the pressure image may be generated by the pressure detection module after the user turns on the storage device and performs the closing operation each time. Therefore, when judging whether the coloring information of the pressure image changes, the pressure image can be ensured to be generated latest all the time without delay, and errors are avoided when judging whether the coloring information changes.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a method for determining whether coloring information of a pressure image changes according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and with reference to fig. 2, determining whether coloring information of a pressure image changes according to a plurality of pressure images includes:
s21, comparing the similarity of the coloring information of the first pressure image and the second pressure image in the plurality of pressure images;
s22, judging that the coloring information with the similarity higher than the set threshold value is not changed; judging that coloring information with the similarity lower than a set threshold value changes;
the first pressure image is a latest pressure image generated on the day when the food materials are placed on the shelf; the second pressure image is the latest pressure image generated before the preset storage time is reached.
By adopting the method for judging whether the coloring information of the pressure image changes or not, the first pressure image is the latest generated pressure image when the food material is placed on the shelf, and the second pressure image is latest generated before the preset storage time is reached, so that the condition of delay is avoided when the coloring information is judged, and the error is avoided when the coloring information is judged to change or not. When the similarity of the coloring information of the first pressure image and the second pressure image is compared, under the condition that the similarity of the coloring information of the first pressure image and the second pressure image is higher than a set threshold value, namely under the condition that the similarity of the coloring information of the first pressure image and the second pressure image is highly similar, the food material can be proved to be not moved and possibly forgotten by a user, then, reminding information is sent out to remind the user to unload the food which is placed at the bottom layer of the rack and is in contact with the rack plate, the problem that the food unloaded at the bottom layer of the rack is forgotten by the user and goes bad is solved, and the waste phenomenon is avoided.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a method for similarity comparison provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, and in conjunction with fig. 3, the similarity of the coloring information of the first pressure image and the second pressure image is compared by:
s31, extracting characteristic parameters of the first pressure image and the second pressure image based on a convolutional neural network algorithm;
s32, calculating the characteristic distance between the first pressure image and the second pressure image according to the characteristic parameters;
and S33, calculating the similarity of the coloring information of the first pressure image and the second pressure image in the preset area according to the characteristic distance.
The convolutional neural network is a feedforward neural network which comprises convolutional calculation and has a deep structure, and is one of deep learning algorithms. The convolutional neural network has the characteristic learning ability and can carry out translation invariant classification on input information according to the hierarchical structure of the convolutional neural network. The convolutional neural network simulates the visual perception mechanism construction of organisms, can perform supervised learning and unsupervised learning, and has the advantages that the convolutional neural network can learn lattice characteristics with small calculation amount by sharing convolution kernel parameters in hidden layers and sparsity of interlayer connection, so that the convolutional neural network has stable effect and has no additional characteristic engineering requirements on data.
Therefore, with the method for comparing similarity provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the similarity of the coloring information of the first pressure image and the second pressure image can be compared very conveniently based on the convolutional neural network, and in the case that the similarity of the coloring information of the first pressure image and the second pressure image is higher than the set threshold, that is, when the first pressure image and the second pressure image are highly similar, it is proved that the food material has not been moved and may be forgotten by the user.
Optionally, the coloring information includes a position of the coloring and/or a shape of the coloring. Therefore, after the coloring information is changed, the pressed position of the corresponding shelf can be judged according to the coloring position, and the storage position of the food material on the shelf can be conveniently determined.
Optionally, after determining whether the coloring information of the pressure image changes according to the plurality of pressure images, the method further includes: under the condition that the coloring information is not changed, determining the pressed position of the corresponding shelf according to the colored position; and determining the storage position of the food material on the shelf according to the pressed position. Since the coloring position of the pressure image corresponds to the pressed position of the shelf, namely the storage position of the food material on the shelf, the pressed position of the shelf can be easily determined according to the coloring position through analyzing the coloring information of the pressure image, and then the storage position of the food material on the shelf can be obtained. Under the condition that the coloring information is not changed, the food material is proved to be not moved and possibly forgotten by a user, and then the reminding information is sent out to remind the user to collect the food which is placed at the bottom layer of the rack and is contacted with the rack plate, so that the problem that the food collected at the bottom layer of the rack is forgotten by the user and goes bad after being aged is solved, and the waste phenomenon is avoided.
Optionally, in a case that the coloring information of the pressure image is not changed, sending out a reminding message, including: after the preset storage time is passed, sending reminding information to a display module/voice module under the condition that the coloring information is not changed; and/or sending reminding information to the mobile terminal; the reminding information comprises the storage positions of the food materials on the shelf. After the preset storage time, if the coloring information of the second pressure image is judged to be unchanged, the fact that the food material is not moved and is possibly forgotten by a user can be proved, at the moment, the storage position of the food material is displayed through the display module or the storage position of the food material is sent out through the voice module, or the storage position of the food material is sent to a mobile terminal of the user, the user can be reminded of storing the food which is placed at the bottom layer of the storage rack and is in contact with the storage plate conveniently, the problem that the food stored at the bottom layer of the storage rack is forgotten by the user and goes bad after being overdue is solved, and the waste phenomenon is avoided.
Optionally, the method for reminding food storage further includes: inputting the shelf life of one or more food materials stored in a storage device; determining the shortest shelf life according to the shelf lives of one or more food materials; and setting a preset storage time length according to the shortest quality guarantee period. The preset storage time is set according to the shortest quality guarantee period in the food materials, so that the food materials stored in the storage device can not be reminded after the quality guarantee period is exceeded, the problem that the food stored at the bottom layer of the rack is forgotten by a user and goes bad due to expiration is solved, and the waste phenomenon is avoided.
