In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the dust cleaning device 10 includes a mounting box 200 and a dust cleaning mechanism 300.
The mounting box 200 has a purge inlet 202 and a purge outlet 204.
The dust cleaning mechanism 300 is provided in the mounting case 200. The dust removing and purifying mechanism 300 includes a filter screen 310 and a dust removing member.
The filter screen 310 is located on the airflow path between the purge air inlet 202 and the purge air outlet 204, and a dust collecting side 310a is located on a side of the filter screen 310 close to the purge air inlet 202. That is, after the outdoor air passes through the cleaning inlet 202 and the cleaning outlet 204 in sequence, the dust in the outdoor air is trapped on the dust collecting side 310a, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the outdoor air. Namely, the dust-cleaning device 10 has the function of cleaning air.
The dust removing member is used to remove dust on the dust deposition side 310 a. In this way, the dust on the dust-collecting side 310a can be effectively removed, so that the dust cleaning and removing device 10 also has a dust removing function.
The purifying and dedusting device 10 has both air purifying and dedusting functions, and can ensure that the outdoor air passing through the purifying air inlet 202 and the purifying air outlet 204 in sequence is in a clean state for a long time.
Moreover, the purifying and dust-removing device 10 includes a mounting box 200 having a purifying air inlet 202 and a purifying air outlet 204, that is, the mounting box 200 forms an air duct with the purifying air inlet 202 and the purifying air outlet 204 at two ends. Therefore, the purifying and dedusting device 10 is applied to equipment with a large air inlet area and a large air outlet area, such as an air conditioner outdoor unit, and the like, and can form an independent small air channel in the equipment, the small air channel can supply relatively clean outdoor air for the oxygen enrichment module loaded on the air conditioner outdoor unit, so that the failure of the oxygen enrichment module due to much dust is effectively avoided, the problem that the oxygen enrichment module loaded on the air conditioner outdoor unit fails due to much dust is effectively solved, meanwhile, the small air channel has small influence on the large air inlet area and the large air outlet area of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the basic functions of the air conditioner outdoor unit are basically not interfered.
In this embodiment, the dust removing member is movable relative to the filter screen 310 to remove dust on the dust side 310 a. Thus, the dust on the dust collecting side 310a can be effectively removed.
Wherein, (1) the dust removing part is fixed, and the filter screen 310 moves in the mounting box 200; (2) the filter screen 310 is fixed, and the dust removing part can move in the mounting box 200; (3) the dust removing member and the filter screen 310 can move in the mounting box 200, but the movement is not consistent. All three conditions can realize the relative movement of the dust removing part and the filter screen 310.
In this embodiment, the dust removing member includes a dust removing brush, and the dust removing brush is in contact with the dust deposition side 310 a. In this way, dust on the dust side 310a can be better removed. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the dust removing brush is located between the purge air inlet 202 and the dust side 310 a. Thus, the dust removing brush is more easily contacted with the dust side 310 a.
In the present embodiment, the dust removing brush is fixed to the mounting case 200, and the filter screen 310 is rotatably mounted to the mounting case 200. The rotation of the filter screen 310 in the mounting box 200 disturbs the outdoor air passing through the filter screen 310, which is more favorable for the dust in the outdoor air to be deposited on the dust collecting side 310a of the filter screen 310. It is understood that in other embodiments, the filter screen 310 may be fixed to the mounting box 200, and the dust removing brush may be rotatably mounted on the mounting box 200.
In other embodiments, the dusting member may not include a dusting brush.
In some embodiments, the dust removing member includes a rapping member or a striking member that can repeatedly rap or strike the filter screen 310, thereby vibrating the filter screen 310 to remove dust on the dust side 310a by vibration. Specifically, in this embodiment, the purifying and dust-removing mechanism 300 further includes a driving member connected to the dust-removing member for driving the dust-removing member to move toward or away from the filter screen 310 so as to repeatedly knock or impact the filter screen 310.
In some embodiments, the dust removing member comprises a first dust removing fan, the first dust removing fan can be located at the periphery of the dust collecting side 310a and can provide a first dust removing airflow for the dust collecting side 310a, the airflow path of the first dust removing airflow sweeps across the dust collecting side 310a to remove dust on the dust collecting side 310a, namely the first dust removing airflow is approximately parallel to the plane of the dust collecting side 310a, and dust on the dust collecting side 310a is removed by blowing the first dust removing airflow through the first dust removing fan.
In some embodiments, the dedusting element includes a second dedusting fan that can provide a second dedusting air flow that is routed from the clean air outlet 204 to the clean air inlet 202. That is, when the dust-removing and cleaning device 10 is cleaning air, the airflow path of the dust-removing and cleaning device 10 is from the cleaning air inlet 202 to the cleaning air outlet 204 (airflow flowing in the forward direction), and when the dust on the dust-collecting side 310a is removed, the second dust-removing fan provides the airflow path as the second dust-removing airflow from the cleaning air outlet 204 to the cleaning air inlet 202 (airflow flowing in the reverse direction). Thus, the dust on the dust side 310a can be removed well.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the dust-removing member includes at least two of the dust-removing brush, the rapper (or impactor), the first dust-removing fan, and the second dust-removing fan described above. In this way, different ways of dust removal can be employed.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4-7, the purifying and dust-removing mechanism 300 further includes a driving structure 320. The driving structure 320 includes a motor 322, a first gear 324 and a second gear 326, the first gear 324 is connected to the output shaft of the motor 322, and the second gear 326 is engaged with the first gear 322. The filter screen 310 is provided on the second gear 326. The driving structure 320 not only facilitates driving the filter screen 310 to rotate, but also facilitates mounting and fixing the filter screen 310. And the motor 322 and the first gear 324 may be located at the outer circumference of the second gear 326, and outdoor air may flow through the hollow area of the second gear 326, and the driving structure 320 may not substantially interfere with the outdoor air flow. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the filter screen 310 may be directly fixed to the output shaft of the motor.
In this embodiment, the motor 322 is a stepper motor. Therefore, the automatic dust sweeping of the purification and dust removal mechanism 300 is controlled.
In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the second gear 326 is larger than the outer diameter of the first gear 322. Thus, the filter screen 310 with a larger area can be arranged, and the purpose of rotating the filter screen 310 at a reduced speed can be achieved. It is understood that in other embodiments, when the requirement for the area of the filter screen 310 is low and the requirement for the rotation speed of the filter screen 310 is high, the outer diameter of the second gear 326 may be smaller than the outer diameter of the first gear 322.
In the embodiment, the second gear 326 is annular, and the filter screen 310 is disposed in the second gear 326. Thus, it is very convenient to fix the filter net 310.
In the present embodiment, the filter screen 310 is integrally formed with the second gear 326. Thus, the assembly is very convenient, and the purifying and dust removing device 10 can have a long service life under the severe working condition environment. It is understood that in other embodiments, the filter screen 310 may be fixed to the second gear 326 by gluing.
In this embodiment, the drive structure 320 further includes a stationary cartridge 328. The motor 322, the first gear 324 and the second gear 326 are all disposed in the fixing box 328. The stationary box 328 has an air flow passage corresponding to the filter screen 310.
The fixing box 328 is convenient for the dust-removing and purifying mechanism 300 to be fixed on the mounting box 200, and can also protect the driving structure 320, so as to prevent the gear exposed outside from being meshed and transmission failure due to excessive dust accumulation under severe working conditions, and further prevent the filter screen 310 from rotating.
In the present embodiment, the fixed box 328 is connected with a plurality of side plates of the mounting box 200. Thus, the fixing box 328 is fixed on the mounting box 200 firmly.
In this embodiment, the fixing box 328 is connected to at least one side plate of the mounting box 200 by screws; and/or the fixing box 328 is connected with at least one side plate of the mounting box 200 through a limiting boss and a limiting groove.
In this embodiment, the fixing box 328 is connected to three side plates of the mounting box 200, wherein the fixing box 328 is connected to two side plates of the mounting box 200 by screws, and the fixing box 328 is connected to one side plate of the mounting box 200 by a limiting boss and a limiting groove.
In the present embodiment, the fixing box 328 is provided with a screw post 328a, and the screw post 328a is connected to the side plate of the mounting box 200 by a screw. The fixing box 328 is provided with a limiting boss 328b, the side plate of the mounting box 200 is provided with a limiting groove 206, and the limiting boss 328b is inserted into the limiting groove 206.
In the present embodiment, the position-limiting boss 328b is located at the upper portion of the fixed case 328 in the gravity direction, that is, in the direction in which dust falls, and the two screw posts 328a are located at the left and right sides of the fixed case 328.
In this embodiment, the fixed box 328 includes a box body 3282 and a box cover 3284 detachably connected. The box body 3282 is provided with a first through hole 328c corresponding to the filter screen 310, and the box cover 3284 is provided with a second through hole 328d corresponding to the filter screen 310. The first and second through holes 328c and 328d are both ends of the airflow path. The removable attachment of the housing 3282 to the housing 3284 facilitates assembly of the actuator assembly 320.
In the present embodiment, the box body 3282 defines an annular sliding groove 328e, and the annular sliding groove 328e surrounds the first through hole 328 c. The second gear 326 is provided with a sliding block 326a, and the sliding block 326a is inserted into the annular sliding groove 328e in a sliding manner. The arrangement of the annular slide groove 328e and the slide block 326a is more favorable for the stable rotation of the second gear 326. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the sliding block 326a is multiple, and the multiple sliding blocks 326a are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second gear 326.
In this embodiment, the box cover 3284 is located between the purge inlet 202 and the dust side 310 a. The lid 3284 has a dust drop opening 328 f. Thus, dust swept down from the dust side 310a can fall into the mounting box 200 through the dust falling notch 328 f.
In the present embodiment, the mounting box 200 further has a dust falling opening 208, and the dust falling opening 208 is disposed corresponding to the dust deposition side 310a, that is, the dust falling notch 328 f. Thus, the dust swept down from the dust-collecting side 310a can fall into the mounting box 200 through the dust falling notch 328f and then be discharged from the mounting box 200 through the dust falling opening 208. That is, the mounting box 200 itself collects dust, and thus, the step of pouring the dust can be omitted.
In this embodiment, a cross 210 is disposed at the purification air inlet 202, and the dust removing brush is disposed on the cross 210. Thus, the air inlet is convenient, and the dust removing brush is convenient to fix. Specifically, the dust brush may be secured to the cross 210 by bolting or gluing.
In the present embodiment, the cross 210 includes a transverse portion 212 and a vertical portion 214 that are connected in an intersecting manner. The transverse portion 212 is parallel to the side plate of the mounting box 200 with the ash falling opening 208, and the vertical portion 214 is perpendicular to the side plate of the mounting box 200 with the ash falling opening 208. The dust removing brush is provided on the vertical portion 214. Thus, when the dust removing brush is used for cleaning dust on the dust collecting side 310a, the dust can fall off from the dust removing brush immediately and can not be collected on the dust removing brush, the dust collecting amount on the dust removing brush can be reduced to the maximum degree, and the dust on the dust collecting side 310a can be cleaned to the maximum degree.
In the present embodiment, the purge air outlet 204 is provided with an air outlet grill 220. Therefore, the air outlet of the air outlet 204 can be purified.
In this embodiment, the side plate of the mounting box 200 with the cleaning inlet 202 is perpendicular to the side plate of the mounting box 200 with the cleaning outlet 204. TABLE 1 environmental air contaminant other item concentration limits
The total suspended particulate matter (TSP) in air is calculated from the data in table 1 above, and it can be seen that:
and (3) calculating the dust accumulation amount in 1 year:
-3300*60*10*10*24*365*10-6g=1.5768g
of these, 60 x 24 converts 24 hours to minutes (min), 10-3Is to convert liters (L) to cubic meters (m)3),10-6Is to convert micrograms (. mu.g) to grams (g).
Through conversion, the dust deposition amount per day is 4.32mg, so that the maximum dust bearing amount of the filter screen is 130mg, and dust removal can be performed once every 30 days.
In this embodiment, the method for controlling an outdoor unit of an air conditioner further includes:
before starting dust removal, checking the current power consumption of an air conditioner outdoor unit;
and when the current power consumption of the air conditioner outdoor unit is less than a preset value, starting dust removal.
