The first fastening member may be a bolt, a screw, a stud, etc., and correspondingly, the second connection hole 734 may be a threaded hole.
In some examples, the middle mounting plate 730 has a picking notch 735 formed in the middle of the edge of the left and right sides of the mounting hole and communicating with the mounting hole 732, and the picking notch 735 is used for a finger of an operator or a picking object to pass through, so as to facilitate the mounting and dismounting of the display panel box 140 b.
In some possible embodiments, the front panel assembly further includes a left fascia 740 and a right fascia 750.
The left decorative plate 740 is detachably attached to the front side of the left base plate 710, and covers the first connecting portion 141 on the left side of the display panel case 140b and the second connecting portion 131 on the left side of the display mask 130 b.
The right decorative plate 750 is detachably covered on the front side of the right substrate 720, and covers the first connecting portion 141 on the right side of the display panel box 140b and the second connecting portion 131 on the right side of the display mask 130 b.

So set up, left plaque 740 can be firm installs on left base plate 710, and left base plate 710 and left plaque 740 easy dismounting.
It is understood that the second fastening hole is a through hole, and the second fastening hole may be provided in the coupling lug protruding from the lower end of the left trim 740. With this arrangement, the right decorative plate 750 can be stably mounted on the right substrate 720, and the right substrate 720 and the right decorative plate 750 are easy to assemble and disassemble.
It is understood that the fourth fastening hole is a through hole, and the fourth fastening hole may be provided in the coupling lug protruding from the lower end of the right deco 750. The fourth fastening member may be a bolt, screw, stud, etc., and in this case, the third fastening hole 722 is a corresponding threaded hole.
In some possible embodiments, at least one positioning notch 133 is formed on each of two opposite sides of the display mask 130b, and the front side surface of the middle mounting plate 730 is formed with positioning protrusions 733 corresponding to the positioning notches 133 in a one-to-one manner, and each positioning protrusion 733 is used for being inserted into and matched with the corresponding positioning notch 133.
So configured, it is convenient to improve the assembly efficiency of the display mask 130b and the middle mounting plate 730.
In some examples, the positioning notches 133 on both sides of the display mask 130b are aligned.
In some examples, the middle of the left and right sides of the display mask 130b is formed with a positioning notch 133.
In some possible embodiments, the front panel assembly further includes a lower substrate 760 arranged vertically, wherein the lower end of the left substrate 710 and the lower end of the right substrate 720 are fastened to the left and right sides of the top end of the lower substrate 760, respectively, and the lower substrate 760 is used to fasten the base 600.
It is understood that the left substrate 710, the right substrate 720 and the lower substrate 760 may be an integral structure, or may be fastened and connected by a fastening structure. When the lower ends of the left and right substrates 710 and 720 are fastened to the top end of the lower substrate 760, the left and right substrates 710 and 720 are fastened to the base 600 via the lower substrate 760.
In some possible embodiments, the front panel assembly further includes a lower decorative plate 770, and the lower decorative plate 770 detachably covers the front side of the lower substrate 760.
In some examples, the lower trim 770 covers the second fastening hole and the fourth fastening hole.
In some examples, the lower trim 770 is snap-fit to the lower substrate 760.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the embodiment of the invention for the floor air conditioner specifically includes: left side column, right side column, rear panel assembly 300, top cover 200b, and front panel assembly in any of the above embodiments.
The left base plate 710 of the front panel assembly is fixedly connected with the left upright post, the right base plate 720 of the front panel assembly is fixedly connected with the right upright post, the left side and the right side of the rear panel assembly 300 are respectively fixedly connected with the left upright post and the right upright post, and the top cover 200b is respectively fixedly connected with the top surfaces of the rear panel assembly 300, the left upright post and the right upright post.
In the above embodiment, the connection position between the display mask 130b and the middle mounting plate 730 is not blocked by the top cover 200b, and the display mask 130b is only required to be detached from the front side surface of the middle mounting plate 730 without detaching the top cover 200b and detaching the top cover from the top of the vertical air conditioner. In addition, the display panel case 140b is fixed independently of the display mask 130b, and the display mask 130b can be detached from the display panel case 140b by detaching the display mask 130b from the middle mounting plate 730. The display mask 130b can be detached from the display board box 140b more conveniently, which is beneficial to improving the efficiency of the staff for checking and maintaining the display mask 130b and the electric components in the display board box 140 b.
It can be understood that the vertical air conditioner further includes a base 600, the lower ends of the left, right and rear panel assemblies 300 are all fastened to the base 600, and the lower ends of the left and right base plates 710 and 720 of the front panel assembly can be directly fastened to the base 600, or fastened to the base 600 through the lower base plate 760 or other structures.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A front panel assembly for a vertical air conditioner is characterized by comprising a left base plate, a right base plate, a middle mounting plate, a display mask and a display panel box;
the left base plate, the right base plate and the middle mounting plate are all vertically arranged;
the left base plate is used for being fastened and connected with a left upright post of the vertical air conditioner, and the right base plate is used for being fastened and connected with a right upright post of the vertical air conditioner;
the left and right sides of middle part mounting panel respectively with the left side base plate with the upper portion fastening connection of right side base plate, display panel box fastening connection in the leading flank of middle part mounting panel, the display face guard in the front side of display panel box, just the display face guard with the connection can be dismantled to the leading flank of middle part mounting panel.
2. The front panel assembly of claim 1, wherein the front side of the middle mounting plate is provided with a mounting opening, and the display panel box is disposed in the mounting opening.
3. The front panel assembly of claim 2, wherein the side wall of the display panel box is formed with at least one protruding first connecting portion, the front side surface of the middle mounting plate is provided with mounting grooves at the edges of the mounting openings, the mounting grooves are communicated with the mounting openings and correspond to the first connecting portions one by one, each first connecting portion is embedded in the corresponding mounting groove, and each first connecting portion is fastened to the wall of the mounting groove in the corresponding mounting groove.
4. The front panel assembly of claim 3, wherein at least one of the first connecting portions is formed on each of a left side wall and a right side wall of the display panel box;
the left side and the right side of display mask all are formed with the second connecting portion, the left side and the right side of display mask pass through respectively the second connecting portion with the middle part mounting panel is located the left part of display panel box with the middle part mounting panel is located the part on display panel box right side can be dismantled and be connected.
5. The front panel assembly of claim 4, wherein the left side wall of the display panel box is formed with at least 2 of the first connecting portions arranged up and down, and the right side wall of the display panel box is formed with at least 2 of the first connecting portions arranged up and down;
every all be equipped with 2 on the second connecting portion at least and dismantle connection structure that distributes from top to bottom, every the second connecting portion all through above that can dismantle connection structure with the front side of middle part mounting panel can dismantle the connection.
6. The front panel assembly according to claim 5, wherein each of the first connecting portions has a first mounting through hole formed in a front side thereof, and each of the first connecting portions is fastened to a rear wall of the mounting groove corresponding to the first connecting portion by a first fastening member passing through the first mounting through hole;

7. The front panel assembly of claim 4, further comprising a left fascia and a right fascia;
the left decorative plate is detachably covered on the front side surface of the left substrate and covers the first connecting part on the left side of the display board box and the second connecting part on the left side of the display mask;
the right plaque is detachably covered on the front side surface of the right substrate and covers the first connecting part on the right side of the display board box and the second connecting part on the right side of the display mask.

The front panel assembly according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of first clamping ports are formed in the left portion and the right portion of the front side of the left base plate, the first clamping ports are vertically and alternately distributed in the left portion of the front side of the left base plate and the first clamping ports are vertically and alternately distributed in the right portion of the front side of the left base plate, a first fastening hole is formed in the lower portion of the left base plate, first fasteners corresponding to the first clamping ports in a one-to-one manner and second fastening holes corresponding to the first fastening holes are formed in the rear side of the left trim plate, each first fastener is clamped with the corresponding first clamping port, and the first fastening holes and the second fastening holes are detachably connected through third fasteners; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the left part and the right part of the front side surface of the right substrate are respectively provided with a plurality of second clamping ports which are distributed up and down, the second clamping ports of the left part of the front side surface of the right substrate and the second clamping ports of the right part of the front side surface of the right substrate are distributed along the vertical direction in an alternating mode, the lower part of the right substrate is provided with a third fastening hole, the rear side surface of the right decorative plate is provided with a second buckle which is in one-to-one correspondence with the second clamping ports and a fourth fastening hole which is in correspondence with the third fastening hole, each second buckle is in clamping connection with the second clamping ports which are in correspondence with the second buckle, and the third fastening hole and the fourth fastening hole are detachably connected through a fourth fastening piece.
9. The front panel assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein at least one positioning notch is formed on each of two opposite sides of the display mask, and positioning protrusions corresponding to the positioning notches one to one are formed on the front side surface of the middle mounting plate, and each positioning protrusion is used for being in insertion fit with the corresponding positioning notch.
10. A floor air conditioner comprising a left side column, a right side column, a rear panel assembly, a top cover, and a front panel assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9;
the left base plate of the front panel assembly is fixedly connected with the left side upright post, the right base plate of the front panel assembly is fixedly connected with the right side upright post, the left side and the right side of the rear panel assembly are respectively fixedly connected with the left side upright post and the right side upright post, and the top cover is respectively fixedly connected with the top surfaces of the rear panel assembly, the left side upright post and the right side upright post.
