The specific meaning of the terms in this application will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as the case may be.
Referring to fig. 1, a mounting assembly and a grille 100 according to an embodiment of the present application will now be explained in further detail.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the grille 100 includes a display module 1001 and a bottom case 1002, the display module 1001 is formed by arranging a plurality of LED light bars in parallel at a certain interval, and the bottom case 1002 covers the back and the periphery of the display module 1001 to form the grille 100. The overall contour shape of the grille panel 100 can be any shape, such as square, circular, triangular, etc.
In this embodiment, front mounting of the display screen means that the operator stands on the front position of the display screen to perform the relevant mounting operation.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a first aspect of an embodiment of the present application is to provide a mounting assembly for mounting a grille panel 100 to a mounting object 200, the mounting assembly including a mounting bracket 10 and a fixing member 20; the mounting bracket 10 is fixed to the grille screen 100; the mounting bracket 10 comprises a mounting part provided with a mounting hole 13; the fixing member 20 is inserted into the mounting hole 13 and fixed to the mounting object 200.
In the present embodiment, the mounting portion is used to fix the mounting bracket 10 to the mounting object 200 via the fixing member 20.
It is understood that the installation component of the present embodiment may be used for outdoor installation of the grille screen 100 in environments such as building walls, glass curtain walls, building tops, keel billboards, LED curtain walls, sightseeing elevators, etc., and thus the installation object 200 of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, external objects such as building walls, glass curtain walls, building tops, keel billboards, LED curtain walls, sightseeing elevators, etc.
The mounting assembly of the embodiment is applicable to the mounting of the LED grid screen 100 in a scene where the gap K between adjacent light bars is an arbitrary value. Referring to fig. 2, in a case where the gap K between the LED light bars is small, that is, the gap K between the light bars is smaller than the size of the fitting position of the fixing member 20, the mounting tool such as a wrench having a smaller size than the gap K may be inserted from the front side of the grille screen 100 toward the back side of the grille screen 100 along the gap K between the adjacent light bars, and the mounting tool may be placed in the end surface fitting hole of the end section of the fixing member 20, and the fixing member 20 may be rotated by the mounting tool to be screwed into the mounting surface of the mounting object 200, so that the mounting bracket 10 may be fastened to the mounting object 200, thereby realizing the fixed connection between the grille screen 100 and the mounting object 200. Of course, for the scene that the gap K between the light bars of the display screen is larger, that is, when the gap K between the light bars is larger than the size of the fitting position of the fixing member 20, the installation assembly can be used to assist in installing the grille screen 100, and the installation assembly can be pre-installed and fixed to the grille screen 100, and then the grille screen 100 with the installation assembly is fixedly installed to the installation object 200.
For convenience of description of the working principle of the mounting assembly of the present embodiment, as a possible embodiment, the fixing member 20 includes a start section, an end section, and an intermediate section therebetween, the start section extending toward the mounting surface near the mounting object 200 and being fixed to the mounting surface, and the end section extending toward the display screen near the grid screen 100.
Illustratively, the initial section of the fixture 20 is provided with a threaded section for mating connection with the mounting object 200, and the connecting section of the fixture 20 is provided with a threaded section for mating connection with the mounting bracket 10. In this embodiment, the installation assembly operation includes the following steps. Step one, the fixing member 20 is pre-installed: firstly, the fixing piece 20 is penetrated into the mounting hole 13 on the mounting part of the mounting bracket 10, two ends of the fixing piece 20 are distributed on two side surfaces of the mounting part, the tail section of the fixing piece 20 is distributed on one side close to the grid screen 100, and the initial section of the fixing piece 20 is distributed on one side close to the mounting surface of the mounting object 200. And step two, fixedly connecting the mounting bracket 10 with the grille 100. Step three, fixing the grille 100 to the installation object 200: the grill screen 100 is placed on the installation surface of the installation object 200, the fixing member 20 is rotated, and the initial section of the fixing member 20 is screwed into the installation surface of the installation object 200, thereby fixing the grill screen 100 to the installation object 200.
It should be noted that, the use of the installation assembly of the present embodiment relates to a location where the installation is fixed, for example, a connection between the grille screen 100 and the installation frame 10, and a connection between the fixing member 20 and the installation frame 10 and a connection between the fixing member 20 and the installation object 200, which may be designed to be a detachable connection manner such as a threaded connection or a snap connection, so as to facilitate replacement and later maintenance when individual components such as the installation frame 10 and the fixing member 20 are damaged.
The installation component of this embodiment utilizes installing support 10 to use with mounting 20 cooperation, and the installation of supplementary grating screen 100 can be according to the outdoor use demand of difference, fixes the grating screen 100 of different size specifications in the target position, has convenient operation, simple structure's advantage. Meanwhile, since the installation assembly can be pre-installed to the grille screen 100 and then the grille screen 100 is installed to the installation object 200 such as a wall surface, the installation efficiency of the grille screen 100 to the external environment is improved.
When the grille screen 100 is assembled, the fixing piece 20 is assembled on the mounting bracket 10 in advance, and as long as mounting tools such as an internal hexagonal wrench corresponding to the fixing piece 20 can pass through the gap K of the light bar, the mounting can be realized, and the limitation that the fixing piece 20 cannot pass through the gap K due to the fact that the gap K of the light bar is smaller is avoided. Therefore, in the conventional installation technology, before the grille screen 100 reaches the installation position, the fixing member 20 needs to be transferred from the side surface of the grille screen 100 to the installation hole 13 in advance, and then the fixing member is not placed by being propped by a wrench, and finally the fixing member and the fixing member are moved to the installation screw hole of the connecting member 15 together.
Compared with the prior art, in the process of installing the grille screen 100 in this embodiment, the problems of unchanged operation and low installation efficiency of the traditional installation technology of the grille screen 100 are avoided by means of the installation component.
Alternatively, one end of the fixing member 20 is directed toward the installation object 200 and the other end is directed toward the gap K between adjacent light bars of the grill screen 100.
For the grille 100 with small K light bars, aligning the fixing members 20 with the gaps K between the light bars may be more advantageous for the related operation of tightening the fixing members 20 from the front direction of the display. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the second step of fixing the mounting bracket 10 to the grille 100 further includes first positioning the mounting bracket 10: the mounting holes 13 of the mounting bracket 10 are aligned with the light bar gaps K of the grille 100 to ensure that in the subsequent mounting step, a mounting tool such as a wrench is conveniently inserted from the front direction of the grille 100 toward the direction of the rear of the grille 100 at the smaller light bar gaps K, the wrench is contacted with the mating holes of the end face of the start end of the fixing member 20, so that the fixing member 20 is rotated by the mounting tool, and the end section of the fixing member 20 is screwed into the mounting face of the mounting object 200, thereby fixing the grille 100 to the mounting object 200.
It can be appreciated that in the second step, when the light bar gap K is larger, for example, the operator can extend a finger from the gap K to the fixing member 20 located at the back of the display screen and touch the fixing member 20, and the installation tool such as a wrench is not required to extend from the gap K to touch the fixing member 20, so that the installation hole 13 of the installation bracket 10 is not required to be aligned with the light bar gap K of the grid screen 100 in this scenario.
Referring to fig. 3, optionally, the fixing member 20 is provided with a limiting portion 21, and the limiting portion 21 is used to limit the fixing member 20 to move away from the mounting bracket 10.
In some embodiments, the mounting bracket 10 and the fixing member 20 may be separate components, and are connected to form a combined mounting assembly, for example, the fixing member 20 is inserted into the mounting bracket 10, and the contact surfaces of the two are designed to be in threaded connection; the mounting bracket 10 and the fixing member 20 may also be integrally formed. For the combined installation component, if the fixing piece 20 is loosened during the process of installing the grid screen 100 or disassembling the grid screen 100, the limiting part 21 abuts against the installation support 10, so that the fixing piece 20 is prevented from loosening and falling. Under the condition that the assembly is formed, the fixing piece 20 is limited on the mounting bracket 10 by the limiting part 21, so that the problem that the fixing piece 20 is loosened and falls off when the display screen is mounted or dismounted can be avoided. Of course, in the case where the mounting bracket 10 and the fixing member 20 are integrally formed, the stopper 21 may not be provided in the bracket.
The limiting portion 21 may be integrally formed with a limiting structure formed on the fixing member 20, for example, the fixing member 20 is a segmented cylinder structure, and includes a start section, a tail section and a middle section. The middle section is thinner and is used for being matched with the mounting hole 13 of the mounting bracket 10, and at least one thicker structural section is arranged at any position of the fixing piece 20 near the initial end side or near the final end side and is used as a limiting part 21. The limiting portion 21 is thicker than the intermediate section, and will limit the movement of the fixing member 20 in a direction away from the mounting bracket 10.
In the case of integral molding of the limiting portion 21, the limiting portion 21 may be a protruding portion protruding in a circumferential direction away from the body of the fixing member 20, and the fixing member 20 is limited to move in a direction away from the mounting bracket 10 by the protruding portion, so as to prevent the fixing member 20 from being separated from the mounting bracket 10.
The limiting portion 21 may be a limiting member independently assembled to the fixing member 20, and the limiting member may be a structural body of any shape such as a ring member or a square member penetrating through the fixing member 20. In addition, the limiting piece can be made of foam, rubber and other materials.
With respect to the fixing piece 20 provided with the stopper 21, the fixing piece 20 can be restricted from moving in a direction away from the stopper 21 side, thereby preventing the fixing piece 20 from being separated from the mounting bracket 10.
In some embodiments, the fixing member 20 may be a conventional screw-type mechanical connection structure, and one end of the fixing member 20 extends toward the direction approaching the grille 100 and is located at the gap K between adjacent light bars; the other end of the fixing member 20 extends in a direction approaching the installation object 200 and is fixed to the installation object 200.
In some embodiments, the fixing member 20 may be a structure body with a regular shape, such as a cylinder or a cuboid, for example, the fixing member may be a stud with a double-ended thread, or may have one end of a threaded section for fixing to the installation object 200, and the other end of a non-threaded section for manually rotating, for example, a screw. The fixing member 20 may be a special-shaped structure with an irregular middle section, and the two ends of the special-shaped structure facing the grid screen 100 and the installation object 200 are respectively provided with connecting parts, and meanwhile, the fixing member needs to be capable of being penetrated in the installation support 10 and being fixedly connected with the installation support 10 and the installation object 200.
In the installation assembly of the embodiment, the limiting part 21 of the fixing piece 20 adopts a principle similar to that of loosening and not loosening screws, and the fixing piece 20 cannot fall off no matter in disassembly or installation. During installation and later maintenance of the grid screen 100, the greater safety risk of falling the grid screen 100 due to the loose falling of the fixing members 20 can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, optionally, the mounting portion includes a first sub-portion 11 and a second sub-portion 12, the mounting hole is formed on the first sub-portion 11, and the second sub-portion 12 is used to fix the mounting bracket 10 to the grille screen 100.
Illustratively, in this embodiment, at an edge of one side of the first sub-portion 11, a second sub-portion 12 is formed by extending along a direction forming an angle with a plane on which the first sub-portion 11 is located, so as to fix the second sub-portion 12 to the grille screen 100.
Referring to fig. 3-5, the second sub-portion 12 is an extension portion formed along an edge of one side of the first sub-portion 11 and extending away from the first sub-portion 11. The extension part comprises a plurality of extension surfaces, and a certain included angle is formed between every two adjacent extension surfaces.
Referring to fig. 3, in one possible embodiment, the first sub-portion 11 is flat, and to facilitate the installation of the mounting bracket 10, the second sub-portion 12 includes a first extending surface 1201, where the first extending surface 1201 extends in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the first sub-portion 11, i.e. the plane of the first extending surface 1201 is perpendicular to the plane of the first sub-portion 11, so that the mounting bracket 10 has an "L" shape.
Compared with the mounting bracket 10 without the second sub-portion 12, the mounting bracket 10 in the shape of an L is fixedly connected with the grid screen 100 by the second sub-portion 12, so that the convenience in fixing the mounting bracket 10 at the bottom of the grid screen 100 is further improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in another possible embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiment, two side edges of the first sub-portion 11 are provided with extension portions toward one side of the installation object 200, so that the installation bracket 10 has an "h" shape.
In this embodiment, since a space is defined between the two side extending portions of the mounting bracket 11 and the mounting surface of the mounting object 200, the length of the fixing member 20 accommodated in the space can be freely adjusted, thereby facilitating flexible adjustment of the mounting position of the grille panel 100.
Referring to fig. 5, in yet another possible embodiment, the second sub-portion 12 further includes a second extension surface 1202, where the second extension surface 1202 is formed by extending in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the first extension surface 1201, so that the mounting bracket 10 has a "Z" shape.
Referring to fig. 5-6, the grille screen 100 in this embodiment further includes a section bar 1003, the section bar 1003 is disposed on the back surface of the bottom case 1002, and is used for assembling a plurality of light bars into a display module 1001 of the grille screen 100, and the second sub-portion 12 of the mounting bracket 10 is fixedly connected with the section bar 1003 of the grille screen 100, so as to fix the mounting bracket 10 to the grille screen 100. The second sub-portion 12 may be fixedly connected to the profile 1003 by a snap fit, a threaded connection, or the like.
Illustratively, profile 1003 includes:
a first mating face 100301 for mating with the first sub-portion 11 of the mounting bracket 10;
a second mating surface 100302, the second mating surface 100302 being disposed opposite the first mating surface 100301;
the mounting surface 100303, the mounting surface 100303 is disposed transversely between the first mating surface 100301 and the second mating surface 100302. Depending on the configuration of the mounting bracket 10, any one of the first mating surface 100301, the second mating surface 100302, or the mating surface 100303 of the profile 1003 may be selected to mate with and secure to the second sub-portion 12 of the mounting bracket 10.
In this embodiment, the mounting bracket 10 is secured to the rear face of the grille panel 100 by fixedly connecting the first extension face 1201 of the second sub-portion 12 with the first mating face 100301 of the profile 1003.
In the case where the second sub-portion further comprises a second extension surface 1202, the bracket will be secured to the rear face of the grille panel 100 by fixedly attaching the second extension surface 1202 to the mounting surface 100303 of the profile 1003.
In addition, to facilitate the fixing of the mounting bracket 10, the mounting face 100303 of the profile 1003 is provided with a raised surface projecting outwardly in a direction away from the rear face of the grille screen 100. The raised surface is provided with at least one screw hole for mounting the second extension surface 1202 of the mounting bracket 10 to the mounting surface 100303 of the profile 1003.
Referring back to fig. 5, optionally, the first sub-portion 11 is in a box shape, and includes a first flat plate 1101 and a second flat plate 1102 disposed on two opposite surfaces of the grid screen, where the first flat plate 1101 and the second flat plate 1102 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 13, and the fixing member 20 penetrates through each mounting hole 13 and penetrates through the first sub-portion 11.
By designing the box-shaped mounting portion, the stability of the mounting bracket 10 can be improved.
In order to reduce the overall weight of the grille 100, the first sub-portion 11 may be configured in a flat plate-like structure. When the first sub-portion 11 is in a flat plate shape, the first sub-portion 11 includes a first flat plate 1101, and a mounting hole 13 is formed in the first flat plate 1101. The first flat plate 1101 is in direct contact with the mounting surface of the mounting object 200.
The mounting holes 13 can be arranged at any position of the first flat plate 1101/the second flat plate 1102 according to practical application, for example, the mounting holes 13 are arranged at the central position of the flat plates, so that the stress of the mounting bracket 10 is balanced, and the mounting stability of the mounting assembly and the grid screen 100 is improved.
Referring back to fig. 5, optionally, a side of the first plate 1101 facing the second plate 1102 is provided with a reinforcing rib 14, and the reinforcing rib 14 extends from the first plate 1101 to the second plate 1102.
The reinforcing ribs 14 are used for reinforcing structural strength, ensuring the fixed connection between the grid screen 100 and the installation object 200, and not causing structural damage and damaging the installation support 10 when bearing the weight of the grid screen.
Referring to fig. 7, optionally, the mounting assembly further includes at least one connecting member 15, wherein the connecting member 15 is provided with a connecting hole 1501 and a binding hole 1502, wherein the connecting hole 1501 is used for connecting the mounting bracket 10 to the connecting member 15, and the binding hole 1502 is used for fixing the connecting member 15 to the mounting object 200.
In this embodiment, the connecting member 15 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes 1501, each connecting hole 1501 is used to connect a plurality of mounting brackets 10 to the same connecting member 15, and by means of the connecting member 15, a plurality of grid panels 100 with the mounting brackets 10 fixed thereto are spliced in combination on the same connecting member 15, thereby realizing the combined splicing of the grid panels 100.
The installation component that is equipped with connecting piece 15 of this embodiment can be used to the concatenation equipment of large-scale display screen, through the installation component that is fixed in each connecting hole 1501 of connecting piece 15 respectively with a plurality of grid screens 100 to the realization is assembled into the large-scale display screen of concatenation with a plurality of independent grid screens 100. Further, the large display screen can be fixed to the surface of the installation object 200 such as the outer wall surface of a building by using the binding holes 1502 on the connection member 15. In order to facilitate the installation, the size of the installation hole 13 may be slightly larger than that of the corresponding matching section of the fixing piece 20, and when a reasonable error exists in the installation of the installation object 200 such as a steel structure, a building wall surface and the like, the fixing piece 20 may be moved and adjusted to a proper position in the installation hole 13, so that the installation of the LED grid display screen is completed.
Considering the structural characteristics of the grille 100, to adapt to the strip-shaped gaps between the adjacent light bars, the mounting holes 13 are designed to be strip-shaped hole structures such as kidney-shaped holes and rectangular holes, so that the fixing pieces 20 can move along the length direction of the holes in the strip-shaped holes.
Compared with the prior art, the mounting assembly is provided with the mounting holes 13 with slightly larger sizes or in a strip-shaped hole structure, so that the grid screen 100 is easy to mount and operate, and the mounting efficiency is improved.
The second aspect of the embodiments also provides a grille screen 100, the grille screen 100 comprising a mounting assembly as previously described, by which the grille screen 100 is mounted to a mounting object 200.
The grille screen 100 assembled with the mounting assembly according to the second aspect of the present embodiment may be a detachable structure, where detachable may refer to that the mounting assembly of the grille screen 100 is detachable from the grille screen 100, and may also refer to that the splicing of the large-sized grille screen 100 is detachable. In the detachable grille screen 100, the assembly between the installation component and each adjacent part of the grille screen 100 may be pre-installed before the grille screen 100 is fixed to the installation object 200, so that the grille screen 100 to which the installation component is fixed is to be used for outdoor display scenes, thereby improving the installation efficiency and the assembly firmness when the grille screen 100 is installed outdoors.
In this embodiment, the grid screen 100 also refers to a spliced display screen, and the combined display screen is formed by splicing and combining a plurality of independent grid screens 100. In this embodiment, the mounting assembly further comprises at least one connector 15, each adjacent grille panel 100 being integrally connected by a respective mounting bracket 10 and a common connector 15.
By means of the connection 15, an outdoor installation of the large grille screen 100 is achieved. First, a plurality of independent grille screens 100 are spliced together by the connection holes 1501 of the connection members 15, and then the spliced large display screen is mounted on a mounting object 200 such as a wall surface of a building by the binding holes 1502 of the connection members 15. It should be noted that, by means of the connecting member 15, the contact area between the display screen and the installation object 200 is increased due to the direct contact between the connecting member 15 and the installation object 200, so that the stress of the display screen is reduced, and the firmness and stability of the installation of the display screen are improved.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present utility model is not intended to limit the utility model to the particular form disclosed, but on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the utility model.
