step S6, when the arm spread angle of the telescopic arm (3) needs to be adjusted, the electric telescopic rod (21) is powered on, the electric telescopic rod (21) extends to support the bottom of the telescopic arm (3) to rotate a certain inclination angle along the fixed seat (22), and when the telescopic arm (3) reaches a preset inclination angle, the electric telescopic rod (21) is powered off;

step S9, the electric telescopic rod (21) is electrified, the electric telescopic rod (21) retracts to drive the telescopic arm (3) to be gradually vertical to the fixed seat (22), and the electric telescopic rod (21) is stopped until the electric telescopic rod (21) retracts to the shortest;
and S10, taking out the screw connected to the base (1) from the supporting surface, and separating the base (1) from the supporting surface to finish the disassembly of the street lamp.
