the operation assembly comprises a protection mechanism, a rotary table, a rotary shaft, a second bevel gear, a telescopic pipe, a telescopic rod, a handle and a fixing unit, wherein the protection mechanism is positioned between the rotary table and the base;

As shown in fig. 4, the support mechanism includes a bracket 24, a convex plate 25 and two hinge assemblies, the bracket 24 is L-shaped, one end of the bracket 24 is fixed on the base 1, the other end of the bracket 24 abuts against the lamp post 2, the vertical section of the convex plate 25 is a right triangle, one of the right triangles of the right triangle of the convex plate 25 is fixed on one side of the lamp post 2 far away from the bracket 24, the inclined plate of the right triangle of the convex plate 25 abuts against the supporting plate 10, and the two hinge assemblies are respectively located on two sides of the lamp post 2.
In the supporting mechanism, the lamp pole 2 can be conveniently rotated through the hinge assembly, the support 24 can limit the rotation range of the lamp pole 2, and the convex plate 25 with the cross section being a right triangle is abutted against the supporting plate 10 on one side of the lamp pole 2 far away from the support 24, so that the lamp pole 2 rotates correspondingly when the supporting plate 10 goes up and down.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the rotation of the lamp post 2, the hinge assembly comprises an insert rod 26, an insert tube 27 and a vertical rod 28, one end of the insert rod 26 is fixed on the lamp post 2, the other end of the insert rod 26 is arranged in the insert tube 27, and the insert tube 27 is fixed above the base 1 through the vertical rod 28. The height position of the insertion pipe 27 is fixed through the vertical rod 28, and since one end of the insertion rod 26 is arranged in the insertion pipe 27, the insertion rod 26 can rotate along the insertion pipe 27, and further the rotation of the lamp post 2 is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 5, a sliding plate 29 and two sliding rails 30 are arranged in the telescopic tube 17, the two sliding rails 30 are respectively located at two sides of the sliding plate 29, the sliding rails 30 are U-shaped, two ends of the sliding rails 30 are fixed on the inner wall of the telescopic tube 17, the sliding plate 29 is sleeved on the sliding rails 30, and the sliding plate 29 is fixedly connected with the telescopic rod 18.
In the telescopic tube 17, the position of the slide rail 30 is fixed, and the slide plate 29 can slide along the slide rail 30, so that the telescopic rod 18 is convenient to move.
As shown in fig. 3, the fixing unit includes a fixing ring 31, a fixing tube 32, a fixing rod 33 and a cross rod, the fixing ring 31 is fixed on the telescopic rod 18, the fixing tube 32 is located below the fixing ring 31, the fixing tube 32 is fixed above the base 1, the fixing tube 32 and the fixing ring 31 are both sleeved on the fixing rod 33, and the cross rod is fixed on the top end of the fixing rod 33.
When the rotating position of the rotating disc 14 needs to be fixed, the telescopic pipe 17 is moved, the fixing ring 31 is positioned above the fixing pipe 32, then the fixing rod 33 penetrates through the fixing ring 31 and extends into the fixing pipe 32, and the angle position of the telescopic rod 18 is fixed through the fixing rod 33, so that the position of the rotating disc 14 is fixed.
As shown in fig. 3, the protection unit includes a first cylinder 34, a first air rod 35, a frame 36, a first spring 37 and a connecting pipe, the first cylinder 34 is fixed on the supporting rod 21, one end of the first air rod 35 is disposed in the first cylinder 34, the other end of the first cylinder 34 is fixedly connected to the frame 36, the frame 36 is U-shaped, an opening of the frame 36 points to the protruding rod 38, two ends of the first spring 37 are respectively fixedly connected to inner walls of two sides of the frame 36, the connecting pipe is located in the supporting rod 21, and the first cylinder 34 is communicated with the branch pipe 23 through the connecting pipe.
When the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 15 needs to be limited, the driving assembly conveys air flow into the branch pipe 23, the air flow enters the first air cylinder 34 through the connecting pipe, the first air rod 35 is far away from the first air cylinder 34, the frame 36 is close to the rotating shaft 15, along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 15, the convex rod 38 on the rotating shaft 15 acts on the first spring 37, the resistance of the first spring 37 needs to be overcome when the rotating shaft 15 rotates, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 15 is further reduced, and the phenomenon that the lamp post 2 rotates downwards too fast due to the fact that the rotating shaft 15 rotates too fast is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, the driving assembly includes a second cylinder 39, a second air rod 40, a weight box 41, an air duct 42, and a plurality of reset units, the second cylinder 39 is fixed on the base 1, the weight box 41 is fixed on the top end of the second air rod 40, the bottom end of the second air rod 40 is disposed in the second cylinder 39, the second cylinder 39 is communicated with one of the branch pipes 23 through the air duct 42, and the reset units are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the second cylinder 39 in the circumferential direction.
When the rotation speed of the rotating shaft 15 needs to be limited, a weight such as a stone block can be placed in the weight box 41, the second air rod 40 is moved downwards, air in the second air rod 40 is conveyed into the branch pipe 23 through the air guide pipe 42, and the first air rod 35 is moved away from the first air cylinder 34.
Preferably, in order to reset the weight box 41, the reset unit includes a horizontal plate 43 and a second spring 44, the horizontal plate 43 is fixed on the second cylinder 39, and the horizontal plate 43 is connected with the weight box 41 through the second spring 44. When a weight is placed in the weight box 41, the second air rod 40 and the weight box 41 move downwards to compress the second spring 44, and after the weight in the weight box 41 is removed, the compressed second spring 44 pushes the weight box 41 to move upwards to gradually return the weight box 41 to the original position in order to recover the deformation.
Preferably, the characteristic of long service life of the monocrystalline silicon solar panel is utilized, and in order to ensure the service life of the solar panel 5, the solar panel 5 is the monocrystalline silicon solar panel.
Preferably, the annular grooves are dovetail grooves in order to achieve smooth rotation of the rotary disk 14. The annular groove is designed as a dovetail groove to prevent the slider 22 from being separated from the annular groove, thereby ensuring smooth rotation of the turntable 14.
